Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, and discloses an acid rain resistant elastic napping paint which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10.0 to 20.0 percent of water; 0.6 to 1.0 percent of ammonium salt dispersant; 0.1 to 0.2 percent of wetting agent; 0.5 to 1.0 percent of defoaming agent; 1.0 to 1.5 percent of propylene glycol; 0.1 to 0.2 percent of pH regulator; 0.2 to 0.4 percent of bactericide; 0.3 to 0.5 percent of bentonite; 10.0 to 15.0 percent of rutile type titanium dioxide; 35 to 45 percent of precipitated barium sulfate; 0 to 0.5 percent of film forming additive; 35.0 to 40.0 percent of elastic emulsion; 0.4 to 1.0 percent of thickening agent. The invention is used on the wall body of an outdoor building, overcomes the defect of poor acid rain resistance of the existing elastic napping paint for the outer wall, has high elastic covering power performance and excellent acid rain resistance, and avoids the damage of acid rain, outer wall cracking and the like to the outer wall of the building.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to an acid rain resistant elastic napping paint and a preparation method thereof, which are suitable for acid rain areas and used for protecting and decorating the surface of an outer wall of a building.
Background
The formation reason of acid rain is mainly caused by artificially discharging a large amount of acid substances into the atmosphere, and the acid rain in China is mainly formed by burning a large amount of coal with high sulfur content. In addition, exhaust gas emitted from various automobiles is also a significant cause of acid rain. A large amount of environmental monitoring data show that as acidic substances in the atmosphere are increased, cloud water above most regions of the earth is becoming acidic, and if the cloud water is not controlled, the area of an acid rain region is continuously enlarged, and the harm to human beings is increased day by day.
Atmospheric sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide are the primary species for acid rain formation. In the acid rain composition, sulfuric acid accounts for 60%, nitric acid accounts for 32%, hydrochloric acid accounts for 6%, and the balance is carbonic acid and a small amount of organic acid. Acid rain can dissolve surface hardening cement of building materials (concrete, mortar and sand lime brick), and voids and cracks occur, so that the strength is reduced, the building is damaged, the service life of the building is shortened, urban appearance and landscape are influenced, and meanwhile, safety is possibly caused to generate danger.
The elastic napping paint has excellent decoration and protection performance, lasting flexibility and good elongation, can resist cracks of wall surfaces, and is widely applied to exterior wall buildings. However, the prior art has no acid rain resistance because the prior art has the rough surface paint containing calcium carbonate, silicate and aluminum silicate fillers. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an acid rain resistant elastic rough-finish paint, which can protect the exterior wall of the building from acid rain.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides an acid rain resistant elastic rough lacquer and a preparation method thereof, which can provide a decorative effect and reduce damage to the outer wall of a building caused by acid rain, concrete cracking, etc.

The invention also aims to disclose a preparation method of the elastic napping paint, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water in a formula into a reaction container, sequentially adding an ammonium salt dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a half of defoaming agent, bentonite, propylene glycol and a pH regulator at a rotating speed of 300-500 rpm, and dispersing for 5 minutes;
(2) feeding rutile titanium white and barium sulfate at the rotating speed of 800-1000 rpm, and dispersing for 20-30 minutes at the rotating speed of 1000-1300 rpm; the fineness of quality inspection sampling inspection is less than or equal to 50 micrometers;
(3) sequentially adding the elastic emulsion, the film-forming assistant, the bactericide and the other half of the defoaming agent at the rotating speed of 500-800 r/min, and dispersing for 10 minutes;
(4) adding a thickening agent at the rotating speed of 800-1000 rpm, increasing the rotating speed along with the increase of the viscosity, and dispersing for 5 minutes; sampling and inspecting quality; and packaging after the product is qualified.
The technical principle of the invention is as follows: the traditional elastic rough finish paint uses a large amount of calcium carbonate, silicate and kaolin (aluminum silicate), and the pigment and filler are easy to react with acid, so that the elastic rough finish paint prepared by the pigment and filler is corroded by acid rain for a long time, and a paint film is easy to discolor, bubble and peel. The use of such inert fillers as barium sulfate in the present invention avoids such problems.
The invention adopts the excellent pure acrylic elastic emulsion, has good extensibility, can make up the cracking of the external wall base material of the building, and leads the base material to avoid the damage of acid rain.
The organic bentonite is an inorganic mineral/organic ammonium compound, takes bentonite as a raw material, and is prepared by inserting an organic covering agent through an ion exchange technology by utilizing the lamellar structure of montmorillonite in the bentonite and the characteristic that the lamellar structure can be swelled and dispersed into colloidal clay in water or an organic solvent. The organic bentonite can form gel in the coating resin, and has good thickening property, thixotropy, suspension stability, high-temperature stability, water resistance and chemical stability. Therefore, the organic bentonite can be used for preparing the high-thixotropy coating, and the galling effect can be achieved through construction.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the elastic rough-finish paint has a decorative effect, and can reduce damage to the outer wall of a building caused by acid rain, concrete cracking and other factors.

The embodiment of the invention adopts the following raw materials:
the dispersant is one or two of a Dow DRAFT OROTAN1618 or a Pasteur DISPEX CX4240 ammonium salt dispersant;
the wetting agent is one of the group consisting of Toureton EF-106 and ECOSURF BD-109;
the defoaming agent is one or the combination of two of basf Efka 2580 or ByK-019;
the pH regulator is Dow AMP-95;
the bactericide is Dow ROCIMA 631;
the bentonite is Haimax Benaqua 4000;
the titanium dioxide is Whitcloud rutile titanium dioxide 668 or Doynrutile 2195;
barium sulfate is nano 5AA or 20BC in Guizhou;
the film-forming auxiliary agent is Istman TEXANOL;
the elastic emulsion is Archsol 8015A or ELASTENE 2471;
the thickener is one or two of Dow ACRYSOL DR-72 or ACRYSOL DR-50.
Example 1
A preparation method of acid rain resistant elastic napping paint comprises the following specific steps:
(1) weighing 11 parts of water according to 100 parts by weight, and sequentially adding an ammonium salt dispersant DRAFT OROTAN1618 at the rotating speed of 300-500 r/min: 0.6 part of wetting agent TRITON EF-106: 0.1 part, defoamer Efka 2580: 0.3 part, 0.35 part of bentonite Benaqua 4000, 1.0 part of propylene glycol, and a pH regulator AMP-95: 0.25 part; dispersing for 5 minutes;
(2) feeding rutile titanium dioxide 668 at the rotating speed of 800-1000 rpm: 10.0 parts of barium sulfate 5 AA; 37.5 parts of the raw materials are dispersed for 20 to 30 minutes at the rotating speed of 1000 to 1300 revolutions per minute; the fineness of quality inspection sampling inspection is less than or equal to 50 micrometers;
(3) sequentially adding Archsol 8015A of elastic emulsion at the rotating speed of 500-800 r/min: 37 parts, coalescent TEXANOL: 0.5 part of bactericide ROCUM 631: 0.3 part of defoaming agent BYK-019: 0.3 part, after dispersing for 10 minutes;
(4) adding a thickener ACRYSOL DR-72 at the rotating speed of 800-1000 revolutions per minute: 0.6 part, ACRYSOLDR-50: 0.2 part, the rotating speed is increased along with the increase of the viscosity, and the dispersion is carried out for 5 minutes; sampling and inspecting quality; and packaging after the product is qualified.
Example 2
A preparation method of acid rain resistant elastic napping paint comprises the following specific steps:
(1) weighing 11 parts of water according to 100 parts by weight, and sequentially adding an ammonium salt dispersant DISPEX CX 4240: 0.6 parts, wetting agents ECOSURF BD-109: 0.1 part, defoamer Efka 2580: 0.3 part, 0.25 part of bentonite Benaqua 4000, 1.0 part of propylene glycol, and a pH regulator AMP-95: 0.25 part; dispersing for 5 minutes;
(2) feeding rutile titanium dioxide 668 at the rotating speed of 800-1000 rpm: 10.0 parts, barium sulfate 5 AA: 37.5 parts of the raw materials are dispersed for 20 to 30 minutes at the rotating speed of 1000 to 1300 revolutions per minute; the fineness of quality inspection sampling inspection is less than or equal to 50 micrometers;
(3) sequentially adding an elastic emulsion ELASTENE 2471: 37 parts, coalescent TEXANOL: 0.5 part of bactericide ROCUM 631: 0.3 part of defoaming agent BYK-019: 0.3 part, dispersing for 10 minutes;
(4) adding an ACRYSOL DR-72 as a thickening agent at the rotating speed of 800-1000 rpm: 0.6 part, ACRYSOLDR-50: 0.3 part, the rotating speed is increased along with the increase of the viscosity, and the dispersion is carried out for 5 minutes; sampling and inspecting quality; and packaging after the product is qualified.

(3) sequentially adding Archsol 8015A of elastic emulsion at the rotating speed of 500-800 r/min: 37 parts, coalescent TEXANOL: 0.5 part of bactericide ROCUM 631: 0.3 part of defoaming agent BYK-019: 0.3 part, dispersing for 10 minutes;

The elastomeric gigging paints prepared in examples 1-3 were tested according to JG/T172-2014 elastomeric architectural coating standards and the results were as follows:
as can be seen from the above table, the acid rain resistant elastic napping paint of the embodiment meets the JG/T172-2014 standard.
The results of the tests with the various acids for the elastomeric galling paints obtained in examples 1 to 3 are as follows:
as can be seen from the above table, the acid rain resistant elastic gigging paint of the present embodiment has excellent acid rain resistant performance.
The working effects of the elastic rough finish prepared in examples 1 to 3 are shown in fig. 1 to 3, respectively, and it can be seen from these three working effect diagrams that the elastic rough finish prepared in examples 1 to 3 has good workability and rough finish effect.

8. The acid rain resistant elastomeric gig paint of claim 1, wherein the biocide is a carbomer plus BIT biocide.
9. The acid rain resistant elastic napping paint according to claim 1, characterized in that the titanium dioxide is rutile type titanium dioxide; the film-forming auxiliary agent is Istmann TEXANOL; the thickener is a low shear thickener.

(4) adding a thickening agent at the rotating speed of 800-1000 rpm, increasing the rotating speed along with the increase of the viscosity, and dispersing for 5 minutes; sampling and inspecting quality; and packaging after the product is qualified.
