The high-elasticity weather-resistant roof waterproof sealing material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pigment and filler is one or more of titanium dioxide, hollow glass beads, talcum powder, calcined talcum powder, heavy calcium, light calcium, calcined kaolin, barium sulfate, ferric oxide and nano calcium carbonate.
4. The high-elastic weather-resistant roof waterproof sealing material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the other auxiliary agents comprise ultraviolet-resistant auxiliary agents, dispersing agents, thickening agents, defoaming agents, leveling agents, pH regulators and coupling agents.

The high-elastic weather-resistant roof waterproof sealing material as claimed in claim 4, wherein the other additives comprise 0.1-0.5% of ultraviolet-resistant additive, 0.1-0.5% of dispersant, 0.1-1% of thickener, 0.1-1% of defoamer, 0.1-1% of flatting agent, 0.1-1% of pH regulator and 0.1-0.5% of coupling agent.
6. The high-elastic weather-resistant roof waterproof sealing material as claimed in claim 4, wherein the anti-ultraviolet auxiliary agent is one or more of salicylates, benzophenones, benzotriazoles, substituted acrylonitriles, triazines and hindered amines.
7. The high-elasticity weather-resistant roof waterproof sealing material as claimed in claim 4, wherein the dispersant is an inorganic dispersant and/or an organic dispersant.
8. The high-elasticity weather-resistant roof waterproof sealing material as claimed in claim 4, wherein the thickener is one or more of cellulose ethers, polyacrylates, associated polyurethanes and inorganic thickeners.
9. The process for preparing high-elastic weather-resistant roofing water-proofing sealing material according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) putting the metered pure acrylic emulsion into a dispersion kettle, and stirring for 3-10 minutes at a controlled rotation speed of 300-400 rpm;
(2) mixing pigment, filler, water and other assistants uniformly;
(3) controlling the rotation speed to be 400-500 rpm, adding metered neoprene latex and tackifier emulsion while stirring, and controlling the rotation speed to be 400-500 rpm and stirring for 10-15 minutes;
(4) filtering and discharging the materials by using a 40-60-mesh filter screen to obtain the high-elastic weather-resistant roof waterproof sealing material.
