As shown in fig. 1, when the ear panels 21 of the paper box 20 are bent and pressed, the paper box forming and ear panel folding mechanism 10 needs the paper box pressing mechanism 30 to press the paper box 20. The paper box pressing mechanism 30 presses the paper box 20, so that on one hand, the relative position of the paper box 20 can be prevented from shifting when the ear plates of the paper box 20 are folded, and on the other hand, after the ear plates are folded, the ear plate clamp device is prevented from being taken out of the whole paper box 20 when being lifted.

Claims (10)

the ear plate folding clamp device comprises an ear plate folding cylinder, and the left side and the right side of the ear plate folding cylinder are both provided with a connecting plate and an external forming plate; the ear plate folding cylinder is connected with one end of the connecting plate; the other end of the connecting plate is connected with the external forming plate; the lower side of the bottom of the lug plate folding cylinder is symmetrically provided with an inner forming plate, the outer forming plate is positioned on the lower side of the bottom of the lug plate folding cylinder, and the inner forming plate is positioned on the lower side of the outer forming plate;
the lifting device comprises a lifting cylinder, the lifting cylinder is fixed to the top of the support body, and the lifting cylinder is connected with the ear plate folding cylinder.

A carton forming and ear folding mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein said outer forming panel comprises a first ear panel folding panel and a second ear panel folding panel, said first ear panel folding panel is placed horizontally, said second ear panel folding panel is placed obliquely, and said second ear panel folding panels on the left and right sides are adjacent to each other in a splayed shape; first otic placode folded sheet one end with connecting plate fixed connection, the other end with the second otic placode folded sheet is connected.

A carton forming and ear folding mechanism as in claim 3 wherein said web comprises a first web and a second web; one end of the first connecting plate is connected with the ear plate folding cylinder, and the other end of the first connecting plate is fixedly connected with the second connecting plate; the second connecting plate is provided with at least one strip-shaped through hole, one end of the second connecting plate is fixedly connected with the first connecting plate through the strip-shaped through hole, and the other end of the second connecting plate is fixedly connected with the mounting plate; the strip-shaped through holes in the second connecting plate are used for adjusting the height of the second connecting plate.

The carton forming and ear folding mechanism of claim 3 wherein said ear folding clamp means further comprises a third connecting plate, said third connecting plate comprising a horizontal plate and a vertical plate, said vertical plate being secured to a side of said ear folding cylinder, said horizontal plate being located on an underside of a bottom of said ear folding cylinder.

A carton forming and ear folding mechanism as in claim 5 wherein said inner forming panel comprises a horizontal trimming panel, a fourth connecting panel and a fifth connecting panel, said horizontal trimming panel, first ear folding panel and said fifth connecting panel being parallel to each other; one end of the fourth connecting plate is connected with the fifth connecting plate, and the other end of the fourth connecting plate is connected with the horizontal arranging plate; the fifth connecting plate is provided with at least one strip-shaped through hole, and the internal forming plate is fixedly connected with the horizontal plate through the strip-shaped through hole in the fifth connecting plate; the fourth connecting plates on the inner forming plates on the left side and the right side are arranged close to each other.

A carton forming ear flap mechanism as in claim 6 wherein said inner forming panel further comprises an end guide panel and a guide wedge; the end part guide plate is arranged on one side, far away from the fourth connecting plate, of the horizontal arranging plate, and the end part guide plate is bent towards one side, close to the fourth connecting plate; the guide wedge block is fixed at the bottom of the inner forming plate and used for arranging articles in the paper box.

A carton forming and ear folding mechanism as in claim 7 wherein said guide wedge is of downwardly convex configuration along the bottom of said inner forming panel, said guide wedge having inclined surfaces, the inclined surfaces of said guide wedges on the left and right sides being spaced apart to form an inverted chevron.

A carton forming and ear folding mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least one linear bearing is provided on the top of said supporting frame, at least one guiding shaft is provided between said top of said supporting frame and said ear folding cylinder, one end of said guiding shaft is fixed on said ear folding cylinder, and the other end passes through said linear bearing.
10. A carton forming and ear folding mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein said lifting cylinder is an adjustable stroke lifting cylinder.
