The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a waterproof crease-free synthetic leather comprises a base layer, a waterproof layer, a fiber layer, an anti-wrinkle layer and a skin-friendly layer; the waterproof layer is bonded on the bottom surface of the base layer through a water-based adhesive, and the anti-wrinkle layer is bonded on the bottom surface of the waterproof layer through a water-based adhesive; the fiber layers are bonded between the waterproof layer and the base layer and between the anti-wrinkle layer and the waterproof layer; the skin-friendly layer is bonded with the anti-wrinkle layer through a water-based adhesive; the anti-wrinkle layer is 1.0-1.5mm thick, the waterproof layer is 2-3mm thick, and the skin-friendly layer is 3-5mm thick.
In the waterproof crease-free synthetic leather, the fiber layer is formed by weaving one of jute fibers, flax fibers, bamboo fibers and protein fibers by a warp and weft weaving method.
The waterproof crease-free synthetic leather is characterized in that the anti-wrinkle layer comprises an alumina fiber layer; and an anti-wrinkle agent is adsorbed on the surface of the alumina fiber layer.
The waterproof crease-free synthetic leather comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of polyglutamic acid, 2-3 parts of polyglycine, 2-3 parts of guar gum, 0.1-0.3 part of tragacanth gum and 0.2-0.3 part of galactan.
According to the waterproof crease-free synthetic leather, the skin-friendly layer is made of cotton fibers and polyester fibers, and the bottom surface of the skin-friendly layer is uniformly distributed with the protrusions of the hemispheroids.
According to the waterproof crease-free synthetic leather, the fiber layer is subjected to antibacterial treatment by adopting antibacterial liquid.
The waterproof crease-free synthetic leather comprises the following components in parts by mass: rosemary essential oil 0.5-1 parts, zedoary extract 0.5-1.0 parts, lemongrass herb extract 1-3 parts, and the balance of purified water.
The waterproof layer is a waterproof breathable film and is made of polytetrafluoroethylene materials.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the waterproof crease-free synthetic leather, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, paving the fiber layers on the front and back surfaces of the base layer by a needle punching method;
step 2, sequentially adding guar gum, polyglutamic acid, polyglycine, tragacanth gum and galactan into water according to mass fraction, stirring at high temperature, adding alumina fiber, standing for 5min, stirring for 5min, repeatedly treating for 3 times until the viscosity of the mixture is unchanged, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain the anti-wrinkle layer;
step 3, bonding the waterproof layer and the crease-resistant layer on the front surface and the back surface of the base layer through the water-based adhesive, and pressing and cooling;
and 4, adhering the skin-friendly layer to the surface of the anti-wrinkle layer through the water-based adhesive to obtain the waterproof crease-free synthetic leather.
Preferably, the stirring temperature in step 2 is 55-60 ℃.
Preferably, the standing and stirring treatment is stopped when the viscosity of the mixture of step 2 is not changed for 10 min.
Preferably, the hot pressing temperature of the step 3 and the step 4 is 180-.
3. Advantageous effects
(1) According to the synthetic leather disclosed by the invention, the waterproof layer and the anti-wrinkle layer are bonded on the bottom surface of the base layer through the water-based environment-friendly adhesive, so that the waterproof and anti-wrinkle capabilities of the whole base layer are improved, the whole synthetic leather can keep good flatness and waterproof performance after the base layer is used for a long time, and the synthetic leather can be used as a cloth liner and the like;
(2) according to the synthetic leather disclosed by the invention, the fiber layers are bonded between the base layer and the waterproof layer as well as between the waterproof layer and the anti-wrinkle layer, so that the toughness of the whole synthetic leather is improved, and the synthetic leather can still keep no crack after being used for a long time;
(3) the skin-friendly layer and the fiber layer are bonded on the synthetic leather, so that the synthetic leather has certain comfort and warmth retention property in a wearable mode.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for illustrative purposes only.
A waterproof crease-free synthetic leather comprises a base layer, a waterproof layer, a fiber layer, an anti-wrinkle layer and a skin-friendly layer; the waterproof layer is bonded on the bottom surface of the base layer through a water-based adhesive, and the anti-wrinkle layer is bonded on the bottom surface of the waterproof layer through a water-based adhesive; the fiber layers are bonded between the waterproof layer and the base layer and between the anti-wrinkle layer and the waterproof layer; the skin-friendly layer is bonded with the anti-wrinkle layer through a water-based adhesive; the anti-wrinkle layer is 1.0-1.5mm thick, the waterproof layer is 2-3mm thick, and the skin-friendly layer is 3-5mm thick.
Preferably, the fiber layer is woven by one of jute fiber, flax fiber, bamboo fiber and protein fiber by a warp and weft weaving method.
Preferably, the wrinkle resistant layer comprises an alumina fiber layer; and an anti-wrinkle agent is adsorbed on the surface of the alumina fiber layer.
Preferably, the anti-wrinkle agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of polyglutamic acid, 2-3 parts of polyglycine, 2-3 parts of guar gum, 0.1-0.3 part of tragacanth gum and 0.2-0.3 part of galactan.
Preferably, the skin-friendly layer is prepared from cotton fibers and polyester fibers, and the bottom surface of the skin-friendly layer is uniformly distributed with the hemispheroid bulges.
Preferably, the fiber layer is subjected to an antibacterial treatment using an antibacterial solution.
Preferably, the antibacterial liquid comprises the following components in percentage by mass: rosemary essential oil 0.5-1 parts, zedoary extract 0.5-1.0 parts, lemongrass herb extract 1-3 parts, and the balance of purified water.
Preferably, the waterproof layer is a waterproof breathable film and is made of polytetrafluoroethylene materials.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the waterproof crease-free synthetic leather, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, paving the fiber layers on the front and back surfaces of the base layer by a needle punching method;

Preferably, the stirring temperature in step 2 is 55-60 ℃.

The utility model provides a waterproof crease-free synthetic leather which characterized in that: comprises a base layer, a waterproof layer, a fiber layer, an anti-wrinkle layer and a skin-friendly layer; the waterproof layer is bonded on the bottom surface of the base layer through a water-based adhesive, and the anti-wrinkle layer is bonded on the bottom surface of the waterproof layer through a water-based adhesive; the fiber layers are bonded between the waterproof layer and the base layer and between the anti-wrinkle layer and the waterproof layer; the skin-friendly layer is bonded with the anti-wrinkle layer through a water-based adhesive; the anti-wrinkle layer is 1.0-1.5mm thick, the waterproof layer is 2-3mm thick, and the skin-friendly layer is 3-5mm thick.
2. The waterproof crease-free synthetic leather according to claim 1, wherein: the fiber layer is woven by one of jute fiber, flax fiber, bamboo fiber and protein fiber by a warp and weft weaving method.
3. The waterproof crease-free synthetic leather according to claim 1, wherein: the anti-wrinkle layer comprises an alumina fiber layer; and an anti-wrinkle agent is adsorbed on the surface of the alumina fiber layer.
4. The waterproof crease-free synthetic leather according to claim 3, wherein: the anti-wrinkle agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of polyglutamic acid, 2-3 parts of polyglycine, 2-3 parts of guar gum, 0.1-0.3 part of tragacanth gum and 0.2-0.3 part of galactan.

9. A method for preparing the waterproof crease-free synthetic leather according to any one of claims 1 to 8, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, paving the fiber layers on the front and back surfaces of the base layer by a needle punching method;
step 2, sequentially adding guar gum, polyglutamic acid, polyglycine, tragacanth gum and galactan into water according to mass fraction, stirring at high temperature, adding alumina fiber, standing for 5min, stirring for 5min, repeatedly treating for 3 times until the viscosity of the mixture is unchanged, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain the anti-wrinkle layer;
step 3, bonding the waterproof layer and the crease-resistant layer on the front surface and the back surface of the base layer through the water-based adhesive, and pressing and cooling;
and 4, adhering the skin-friendly layer to the surface of the anti-wrinkle layer through the water-based adhesive to obtain the waterproof crease-free synthetic leather.
10. The method for preparing the waterproof crease-free synthetic leather according to claim 9, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the stirring temperature of the step 2 is 55-60 ℃.
11. The method for preparing the waterproof crease-free synthetic leather according to claim 10, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and (3) stopping standing and stirring treatment when the viscosity of the mixture obtained in the step (2) is unchanged for 10 min.
12. The method for preparing the waterproof crease-free synthetic leather according to claim 9, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the hot pressing temperature of the step 3 and the step 4 is 180-200 ℃.
