The PCD composite cutter for processing the automobile steering gear comprises a cutter body 5 and a cutter handle 6, wherein the cutter body 5 is arranged at the left end of the cutter handle 6, four cutting parts are sequentially arranged at the cutter body 5 from the left end to the right, the four cutting parts are connected in a stepped manner, are all cylinders, the diameters of the four cutting parts are sequentially increased, and each cutting part is provided with at least 2 cutting blades along the circumference;
