A fully closed system for autologous fat-filled transplantation, comprising: the system comprises: the device comprises a sedimentation barrel (1), a hydrodynamic liposuction instrument (3), a sedimentation barrel cover (4), a liposuction port (4-1), a negative pressure port (4-2), a liposuction port (14), an injector (13), a three-way ball valve (12), a needle head (11) and a plurality of guide pipes (16), wherein the sedimentation barrel cover (4) is arranged at the upper end of the sedimentation barrel (1), a second sealing ring (21) is arranged on the upper surface of the sedimentation barrel (1), the sedimentation barrel (1) and the sedimentation barrel cover (4) are of a separated structure, the liposuction port (4-1) and the negative pressure port (4-2) are arranged on the sedimentation barrel cover (4), a first sealing ring (20) is arranged on the lower surface of the sedimentation barrel cover (4), the negative pressure port (4-2) is connected with the hydrodynamic liposuction instrument (3) through the guide pipe (16), the liposuction port (4-1) is connected with a liposuction pipe (10) through the guide pipe (16), sediment bucket (1) bottom is provided with row fat mouth (14), arrange fat mouth (14), it is connected through pipe (16) with confession fat mouth (12-2) on tee bend ball valve (12) to arrange fat mouth (14), tee bend ball valve (12) one end is provided with the screw thread, syringe (13) pass through threaded connection with tee bend ball valve (12), tee bend ball valve (12) are kept away from syringe (13) one end and are provided with the internal thread, syringe needle (11) pass through threaded connection with tee bend ball valve (11).
