In the flavoring stage (the third stage), the pressure relief solenoid valve is in a closed state, so that the grease and the oxygen can fully react. After the aroma-increasing procedure is finished, the pressure-releasing stage is started, and the pressure in the cooking cavity is continuously reduced by controlling the pressure-releasing electromagnetic valve to be opened intermittently. It will be appreciated that the present depressurization scheme may also be used.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for controlling the oil filter of the cooking appliance further includes: in the process of separating the grease in the cooking cavity, oxygen is injected into the cooking utensil so as to lead the oxygen to have oxidation reaction with the fat in the grease contained in the separating device in the cooking utensil.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, injecting oxygen into a cooking appliance includes: and continuously or intermittently injecting oxygen into the cooking utensil, and controlling a pressure relief electromagnetic valve on the cooking utensil to be closed in an aroma adding stage.
In other words, after the oil filtering process is performed in the pressure reduction process, the aroma adding process can be performed in the pressure reduction stage, that is, after the oil filtering is completed, the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is controlled to be in a closed state, and meanwhile, oxygen is continuously or intermittently injected into the cooking appliance, so that the oxygen and fat in the grease contained in the separation device in the cooking appliance are subjected to oxidation reaction. The following describes in detail how the separation process of the oil from the cooking cavity is carried out during the oil filtration stage.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the method for controlling the intermittent opening of the pressure relief solenoid valve on the cooking appliance comprises the following steps: and alternately sending an opening instruction for indicating that the pressure relief solenoid valve is kept in an opening state for a first time length and a closing instruction for indicating that the pressure relief solenoid valve is kept in a closing state for a second time length to the pressure relief solenoid valve, wherein the sum of the first time length and the second time length is equal to a first pressure relief period. According to one embodiment of the invention, the method for controlling the intermittent opening of the pressure relief solenoid valve on the cooking appliance comprises the following steps: and controlling a heating unit in the cooking appliance to perform intermittent heating, so that the pressure relief solenoid valve is jacked up in the heating process of the heating unit and is closed when the heating unit stops heating.
Specifically, the pressure relief solenoid valve may be intermittently opened by adjusting the heating power, or may be intermittently opened by adjusting the power adjustment ratio under the condition that the heating power is not changed.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, before controlling the cooking appliance to perform the oil filtering stage, the method further includes: controlling the cooking appliance to cook to a target pressure and/or a target temperature according to a cooking curve; the target pressure is greater than a preset pressure and less than a cooking finishing pressure, and the target temperature is greater than a preset temperature and less than a cooking finishing temperature; the step of controlling the cooking utensil to perform flavoring includes the following steps after injecting oxygen into the cooking utensil: and controlling the cooking appliance to enter a cooking pressure relief stage, and opening the pressure relief electromagnetic valve to perform cooking pressure relief.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, before controlling the cooking appliance to perform the oil filtering stage, the method further includes: and controlling the cooking appliance to cook to the cooking finishing temperature according to the cooking curve, and finishing the cooking pressure relief.
That is, the above embodiment is performed after the cooking appliance cooks to the cooking end temperature according to the cooking curve and finishes the cooking pressure relief. The cooking end temperatures are determined by different cooking curves, in other words, the cooking end temperatures corresponding to the different cooking curves are different.
In summary, according to the oil filtering control method of the cooking appliance in the embodiment of the invention, the cooking appliance is controlled to cook to the cooking completion temperature according to the cooking curve; controlling the cooking appliance to enter a cooking pressure relief stage; controlling a pressure relief electromagnetic valve on the cooking appliance to be opened intermittently according to a first pressure relief period, and separating grease in cooking liquor in a cooking cavity; the first pressure relief period is smaller than a second pressure relief period when the cooking utensil is only used for cooking and pressure relief; the cooking utensil is characterized in that the cooking juice is in a boiling state in the opening process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, grease in the cooking juice floats upwards to enter a separating device in the cooking utensil, the boiling is stopped in the closing process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, and the cooking juice sinks to flow back to the cooking cavity. Therefore, the method can intermittently open the pressure relief electromagnetic valve to intermittently boil the cooking liquor in the pressure reduction process, and the grease continuously flows into the oil filtering container in the process and is intercepted by the oil filtering container, so that the oil filtering effect is achieved.
Fig. 9 is a block schematic diagram of a control apparatus of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, the oil filter control device of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present invention may include: a first control module 10, a second control module 20, and a third control module 30.
The first control module 10 is configured to control the cooking appliance to cook to a cooking completion temperature according to a cooking curve. The second control module 20 is used for controlling the cooking appliance to enter a cooking pressure relief stage. The third control module 30 is used for controlling a pressure relief electromagnetic valve on the cooking appliance to be opened intermittently according to the first pressure relief period, and is used for separating grease in cooking liquor in the cooking cavity; the first pressure relief period is smaller than a second pressure relief period when the cooking appliance only performs cooking pressure relief. The cooking utensil is characterized in that the cooking juice is in a boiling state in the opening process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, grease in the cooking juice floats upwards to enter a separating device in the cooking utensil, the boiling is stopped in the closing process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, and the cooking juice sinks to flow back to the cooking cavity.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the third control module 30, when controlling the pressure relief solenoid valve on the cooking appliance to be intermittently opened, is specifically configured to: alternately sending an opening instruction for indicating that the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is kept in an opening state for a first duration and a closing instruction for indicating that the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is kept in a closing state for a second duration to the pressure relief electromagnetic valve; wherein the sum of the first duration and the second duration equals the first pressure relief period.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the opening duration of the pressure relief solenoid valve in the first pressure relief period is longer than the opening duration of the pressure relief solenoid valve in the second pressure relief period; the closing time of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve in the first pressure relief period is shorter than that of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve in the second pressure relief period.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the third control module 30 is further configured to: in the process of separating the grease in the cooking cavity, oxygen is injected into the cooking utensil so as to lead the oxygen to have oxidation reaction with the fat in the grease contained in the separating device in the cooking utensil.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the third control module 30, when injecting oxygen into the cooking appliance, is specifically configured to: continuously or intermittently injecting oxygen into the cooking utensil, and controlling a pressure relief electromagnetic valve on the cooking utensil to be closed in the oxygen injection process.
It should be noted that, for details not disclosed in the oil filtering control device of the cooking appliance in the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to details disclosed in the oil filtering control method of the cooking appliance in the embodiment of the present invention, and detailed description thereof is omitted here.
According to the oil filter control device of the cooking appliance, the first control module controls the cooking appliance to cook to the cooking completion temperature according to the cooking curve; the second control module controls the cooking appliance to enter a cooking pressure relief stage; the third control module controls a pressure relief electromagnetic valve on the cooking appliance to be opened intermittently according to the first pressure relief period and is used for separating grease in cooking liquor in the cooking cavity; the cooking utensil is characterized in that the cooking juice is in a boiling state in the opening process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, grease in the cooking juice floats upwards to enter a separating device in the cooking utensil, the boiling is stopped in the closing process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, and the cooking juice sinks to flow back to the cooking cavity. Therefore, the device can intermittently open the pressure relief electromagnetic valve to ensure that the soup is intermittently boiled in the pressure reduction process, the grease is continuously poured into the oil filter container in the process, and the grease is intercepted through the oil filter container, so that the oil filter effect is achieved.
Fig. 10 is a block schematic diagram of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 10, a cooking appliance 1000 of an embodiment of the present invention includes: the oil filter control device 1100, the cooking cavity 1120, the pressure relief solenoid valve 1130, and the separating device 1 of the cooking appliance described above.
The pressure relief solenoid valve 1130 is adapted to be intermittently opened under the control of the oil filter control device. The separating apparatus 1 is used to contain grease filtered from the cooking cavity soup. Wherein, the cooking liquor in the cooking utensil is in a boiling state in the opening process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, and the grease in the cooking liquor floats upwards to enter a separating device in the cooking utensil; the soup stops boiling in the closing process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, and sinks to flow back to the cooking cavity of the cooking utensil.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a liquid storage chamber 100 and a liquid passing channel 200 are provided in the separation device 1, the liquid passing channel 200 has a first liquid passing part 210 and a second liquid passing part 220 which are communicated with each other, the liquid passing channel 200 is communicated with the liquid storage chamber 100 through the first liquid passing part 210, wherein the first liquid passing part 210 is lower than the second liquid passing part 220.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cooking appliance further includes: and the oxygen injection device is internally provided with an oxygen storage cavity, an oxygen injection channel and a control valve, the oxygen injection channel is communicated with the separation device 1, and oxygen in the oxygen storage cavity enters the oxygen injection channel when the control valve is opened so as to be conveyed into the separation device 1.
It should be noted that, for the details disclosed in the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to the details disclosed in the oil filtering control method of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present invention, which are not repeated herein.
According to the cooking appliance provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the cooking appliance enters an oil filtering stage, the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened intermittently by the oil filtering control device, so that soup in the cooking appliance is in a boiling state in the opening process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, and grease in the soup floats upwards to enter the separating device in the cooking appliance; the soup stops boiling in the closing process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, and sinks to flow back to the cooking cavity of the cooking utensil. Therefore, the cooking utensil can intermittently open the pressure relief electromagnetic valve to ensure that the soup is intermittently boiled in the pressure reduction process, the grease continuously gushes into the oil filter container in the process, and the grease is intercepted through the oil filter container, so that the oil filter effect is achieved.
FIG. 11 is a block schematic diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 11, the electronic device 2000 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a memory 2100, a processor 2200; the processor 2200 executes a program corresponding to the executable program code by reading the executable program code stored in the memory 2100, so as to implement the oil filtering control method of the cooking appliance.
According to the electronic equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the processor can intermittently open the pressure relief electromagnetic valve in the pressure reduction process by executing the oil filtering control method of the cooking utensil, so that the cooking liquor is intermittently boiled, the grease continuously flows into the oil filtering container in the process, and the grease is intercepted by the oil filtering container, so that the oil filtering effect is achieved.
In addition, the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, wherein the computer readable storage medium stores a computer program, and the computer program realizes the oil filtering control method of the cooking appliance when being executed by a processor.
According to the computer-readable storage medium provided by the embodiment of the invention, by executing the oil filtering control method of the cooking appliance, the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is opened intermittently in the pressure reduction process, so that the cooking liquor is boiled intermittently, the oil continuously flows into the oil filtering container in the process, and the oil is intercepted by the oil filtering container, so that the oil filtering effect is achieved.

Claims (11)

1. An oil filter control method of a cooking appliance is characterized by comprising the following steps:
controlling the cooking appliance to cook to a cooking completion temperature according to a cooking curve;
controlling the cooking appliance to enter a cooking pressure relief stage;
controlling a pressure relief electromagnetic valve on the cooking appliance to be opened intermittently according to a first pressure relief period, and separating grease in cooking liquor in a cooking cavity; the first pressure relief period is smaller than a second pressure relief period when the cooking utensil is only used for cooking and pressure relief;
the cooking utensil is characterized in that the cooking juice is in a boiling state in the opening process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, grease in the cooking juice floats upwards to enter a separating device in the cooking utensil, the boiling is stopped in the closing process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, and the cooking juice sinks to flow back to the cooking cavity.
2. The oil filter control method of a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the controlling of the intermittent opening of the pressure relief solenoid valve on the cooking appliance comprises:
alternately sending an opening instruction for indicating that the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is kept in an opening state for a first duration and a closing instruction for indicating that the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is kept in a closing state for a second duration to the pressure relief electromagnetic valve; wherein a sum of the first duration and the second duration equals the first pressure relief period.
3. The oil filter control method of a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the opening period of the pressure relief solenoid valve in the first pressure relief period is longer than the opening period of the pressure relief solenoid valve in the second pressure relief period; the closing duration of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve in the first pressure relief period is shorter than the closing duration of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve in the second pressure relief period.
4. An oil filter control method of a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
in the process of separating the grease in the cooking cavity, oxygen is injected into the cooking utensil so as to enable the oxygen to have oxidation reaction with the fat in the grease contained in the separation device in the cooking utensil.
5. The control method of a cooking appliance according to claim 4, the injecting oxygen into the cooking appliance, comprising:
and continuously or intermittently injecting oxygen into the cooking utensil, and controlling a pressure relief electromagnetic valve on the cooking utensil to be closed in the oxygen injection process.
6. An oil filter control device of a cooking appliance, characterized by comprising:
the first control module is used for controlling the cooking appliance to cook to a cooking completion temperature according to a cooking curve;
the second control module is used for controlling the cooking appliance to enter a cooking pressure relief stage;
the third control module is used for controlling a pressure relief electromagnetic valve on the cooking appliance to be opened intermittently according to a first pressure relief period and used for separating grease in cooking liquor in the cooking cavity; the first pressure relief period is smaller than a second pressure relief period when the cooking utensil is only used for cooking and pressure relief;
the cooking utensil is characterized in that the cooking juice is in a boiling state in the opening process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, grease in the cooking juice floats upwards to enter a separating device in the cooking utensil, the boiling is stopped in the closing process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, and the cooking juice sinks to flow back to the cooking cavity.
7. A cooking appliance, comprising: the oil filter control device, the cooking cavity, the pressure relief solenoid valve and the separating device of the cooking appliance according to claim 6;
the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is used for being intermittently opened under the control of the oil filtering control device;
the separation device is used for containing grease filtered out from cooking liquor in the cooking cavity;

The cooking appliance according to claim 7 or 8, further comprising: and the oxygen injection device is internally provided with an oxygen storage cavity, an oxygen injection channel and a control valve, the oxygen injection channel is communicated with the separation device, and oxygen in the oxygen storage cavity enters the oxygen injection channel when the control valve is opened so as to be conveyed into the separation device.
