Description

Cross-center punching loan repaying method, device, equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of mobile internet, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a device and a storage medium for cross-center credit repayment.
Background
The rush repayment refers to a service that a borrower of the house loan withdraws the public deposit to pay the fund to return the house loan under the permission of the public deposit policy. The house loan can be a public accumulation fund loan or a commercial loan; the public deposit fund can be the fund of the borrower or the fund of the relative.
The accumulation fund charging and repaying includes account-reporting type charging and repaying and direct charging and repaying. The payment type charge and repayment mode refers to a charge and repayment mode that a borrower returns a loan according to the own fund by date and then draws the payment fund according to repayment details to be paid to the borrower. The direct-impulse type charging and repayment mode is a charging and repayment mode which extracts payment funds according to a bill to be repacked of the borrower's loan and uses the payment funds for returning the loan, and in the mode, only the internal accounting and clearing of a public accumulation fund center are needed, and the borrower does not need to pay the funds.
In the conventional daily loan transaction, the accumulation fund centers in various places mostly adopt a mode of independently deploying systems, and information isolated islands are formed among the centers. However, the work of the contractor may be changed, which may cause a change in the payment center. Since each regional public accumulation fund center has a complex operation system, the regional public accumulation fund centers in the prior art cannot communicate with each other, otherwise, network errors may occur to the complex operation systems of each center, potential safety hazards are formed, and the risk of client information leakage is generated. The center before the change cannot acquire the current payment condition of the contractor, and the contractor may separately reimburse at the center before the change and the current center every month. In order to solve the problems in the prior art, a method for realizing interconnection and intercommunication among various regional public accumulation fund centers so as to carry out cross-center credit-making and credit-making is urgently needed, and normal operation of the credit-making and credit-making business is ensured.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the scope of protection.
In the conventional daily loan transaction, most of the regional accumulation fund centers adopt an independent system deployment mode, and the centers cannot be connected in the next year of communication to form an information island. However, due to a change in work of the contractor or the like, a change in payment center or the like may occur, and the center before the change cannot acquire the current payment of the contractor, and the contractor may individually reimburse both the center before the change and the current center every month.
To address the above-mentioned problems, embodiments herein provide a method for cross-center impulse repayment. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of steps of a cross-center impulse repayment method provided in an embodiment herein, and the present specification provides the method operation steps as described in the embodiment or the flowchart, but may include more or less operation steps based on conventional or non-creative labor. The order of steps recited in the embodiments is merely one manner of performing the steps in a multitude of orders and does not represent the only order of execution. When an actual system or apparatus product executes, it can execute sequentially or in parallel according to the method shown in the embodiment or the figures.
Referring to fig. 1, a method of cross-center impulse repayment comprising the steps of:
s101: determining the current signed signing type according to the loan information of the current signatory, wherein the loan information comprises the loan record of the current signatory in a local center or an external center;
s102: judging whether the current contractor meets the signing conditions or not and whether the loan information meets the cross-center interconnection conditions of the corresponding signing type or not;
s103: if the current contractor meets the signing conditions and the loan information meets the cross-center interconnection conditions of the corresponding signing type; determining the type of the credit and debit of the current subscription, and interconnecting the local center and the external center through the subscription information of the current subscription.
In the prior art, each center is an independently operating system, and in the embodiment of the present application, after the center and the outer center are interconnected through subscription information, communication connection can be realized between the multiple centers through interconnection, and after the multiple centers are connected through communication, information intercommunication can be realized between the multiple centers. When the contractor changes the payment center and other conditions, the communication between the two centers before and after the change can be connected through the subscription information, so that the mutual communication of the information is realized, and the condition that two places independently report the expense is prevented.
In an embodiment herein, the subscription conditions include: the current contractor has no public accumulation fund account and no outstanding loan; the subscription type includes: a contract for a public accumulation loan and a contract for a commercial loan.
Specifically, the subsequent operation can be performed only when the current contractor has no public accumulation fund account or has outstanding loan, wherein the public accumulation fund-free account of the contractor is a public accumulation fund account which is not normally used by the contractor at present, but can have a cancelled public accumulation fund account. For the accumulation fund center, each accumulation fund center can look up the current contractor information through a detail table, and the contractor information comprises the accumulation fund account condition, the loan repayment condition and the loan information. The detail table can be updated regularly, so that the public accumulation fund center can acquire the latest contractor information.
Wherein the loan information further comprises: the type of the contractor's loan, the public accumulation fund center where the contractor's loan records are located, and the communication address of the corresponding public accumulation fund center.
In the embodiment, the cross-center interconnection condition for signing the public accumulation fund loan comprises:
the loan type of the current contractor is a public accumulation loan, and the loan of the current contractor is recorded in an external center.
Further, if the current contractor meets the contract signing condition, and the loan information meets the cross-center interconnection condition of the public accumulation fund loan contract signing;
determining the type of the credit and debit of the current subscription, and interconnecting the local center and the external center through the subscription information of the current subscription, wherein the steps comprise:
determining the type of the currently contracted credit and repayment is a payment type accumulation fund credit and repayment;
and determining the communication address of the external center according to the loan information, pushing the signing information of the current signing to the external center, so that the external center determines the communication address of the local center according to the signing information of the current signing, and pushing the reimbursement information of the current signing to the local center when reimbursing.
Specifically, the subscription information includes a subscription's public accumulation fund loan number, a repayment type, and a communication address of the public accumulation fund center to which the subscription belongs. After the communication address of the outer center is determined through the loan information, the signing information can be transmitted to the outer center, and after the outer center receives the signing information, the outer center can mark the corresponding signing to facilitate later identification of the signing which is in communication interconnection with the outer center. The subscription information also contains the communication address of the center, so that the interconnection between the two centers can be realized.
In the prior art, because the loan information does not contain the communication address of the external center, the local center cannot transmit the contract information to the external center, and the contract information does not contain the communication address of the local center, the external center cannot push the reimbursement information to the local center, and finally, the two centers cannot be in communication connection with each other about the current loan contract situation. The embodiment of the application solves the problems, and each public accumulation fund center can access the public accumulation fund center communication address table to obtain the communication address of an external center or a local center so as to determine the current signed loan information and the signed contract information. Therefore, the communication connection between the center and the outer center is formed, the communication and interaction about the same loan contract signing between the two centers can be realized, and the situation that an information island is formed by a single public accumulation fund center is prevented.
For example, it is assumed that a current contractor purchases a set of property with a public fund loan at a foreign place, the loan of the property is recorded at a foreign center, but the current contractor works locally, taxes, and contracts at the home center due to work mobilization and the like. In the above situation, for the current contractor's loan contract situation, the two centers need to be interconnected. When the public deposit reimbursement is carried out every month, the reimbursement information is pushed to the center by the outer center according to the communication address of the center, after the center records and reimburses the relevant information, reimbursement results are transmitted to the outer center according to the communication address of the outer center, and the outer center records the relevant reimbursement results, so that normal communication and exchange of the current contractor loan subscription information between the two centers are ensured, and the condition of violating the public deposit use rule is prevented.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment herein, the method further comprises, in parallel with step S103, the step of:
s104: and if the current contractor meets the signing conditions and the loan information meets the self-processing conditions of the local center corresponding to the signing type, determining the type of the currently signed repayment.
Further, the self-processing conditions of the local center signed by the public accumulation fund loan comprise: the loan type of the current contractor is a public accumulation loan, and the loan of the current contractor is recorded in the center.
Further, if the current contractor meets the contract signing condition and the loan information meets the local center self-processing condition of the public deposit loan contract signing, determining the type of the currently signed loan payment, comprising:
and determining the type of the currently contracted credit and repayment for the direct-charging type public accumulation fund loan.
Specifically, after the self-processing conditions of the local center meeting the contract of the public accumulation fund loan are met, the local center does not need to be interconnected with the external center. For example, it is assumed that a current contractor purchases a set of property locally through a public fund loan, the loan of the property is recorded in the local center, and the current contractor works, taxes, and signs a contract in the local center. Under the above condition, for the current contractor's loan contract signing condition, the interconnection between the two centers is not needed, and only the center needs to process the contract signing condition.
However, if the current subscriber goes to foreign work, the corresponding foreign center establishes contact with the home center about the subscription information of the current subscriber. Specifically, the outer center sends the corresponding subscription information to the center according to the communication address of the center, and the center receives and marks the subscription information corresponding to the subscription, so as to facilitate later identification of the subscription in communication interconnection with the outer center. When the public deposit reimbursement is carried out monthly, the local center needs to push reimbursement information to the external center according to the communication address of the external center, after the external center records and reimburses relevant information, reimbursement results are transmitted to the local center according to the communication address of the local center, and the local center records the relevant reimbursement results, so that normal communication of the current contractor loan subscription information between the two centers is ensured, and the condition of violating the public deposit use rule is prevented.
Referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, after the step S103 and the step S104, the method further includes:
s201: judging whether the current signed signing type is the public accumulation loan signing type;
s202: if the current signed contract type is the contract of the public deposit loan, judging that the current signed charge-back loan type is the direct-charging type public deposit loan charge-back loan or the account-reporting type public deposit loan charge-back loan;
s2021: if the type of the currently signed contract is the direct type accumulation fund loan repayment, adding the signing information corresponding to the current subscription into a first list;
s2022: if the type of the currently contracted credit is the account-type accumulation fund credit,
adding the subscription information corresponding to the current subscription into a second list.
Specifically, the subscription information corresponding to the subscription with the subscription type of the public accumulation fund loan subscription and the charging and repaying type of the direct charging type public accumulation fund loan subscription is added into a first list; and adding the subscription information corresponding to the subscription with the subscription type of the public deposit loan subscription and the payoff type of the account-reporting type of the public deposit loan subscription into a second list.
Referring to fig. 4, further, the method further includes:
s301: on a first fixed day of each month, the local center determines a first reimbursement amount of each subscription according to the subscription information of each subscription in the first list;
s302: the local center carries out reimbursement according to the first reimbursement amount;
s303: the local center receives a second reimbursement amount corresponding to each subscription in the second list transmitted by the external center;
s304: and on a second fixed day of each month, the local center performs reimbursement according to a second reimbursement amount corresponding to each contract in the second list, wherein the second fixed day is not earlier than the first fixed day.
Specifically, the subscription information further includes a first reimbursement amount, for the signed subscription, the first reimbursement amount includes a total reimbursement amount, a reimbursement amount of the local center, and a reimbursement amount of the external center, and for the subscription without the mark, the first reimbursement amount includes a total reimbursement amount, a reimbursement amount of the local center, and the subscription without the mark does not require the reimbursement of the external center.
Determining the total reimbursement amount of each subscription and the reimbursement amount of the center on the first fixed day of each month, if the total reimbursement amount is greater than or equal to the reimbursement amount of the center, the center reimburses the amount of money corresponding to the reimbursement amount of the center, and if the subscription is marked, the reimbursement amount of the outer center is the total reimbursement amount minus the reimbursement amount of the center; if the total reimbursement amount is less than the reimbursement amount of the center, the center reimburses the total reimbursement amount, and if the contract is marked, the reimbursement amount of the outer center is zero.
And after reimbursing according to the first reimbursement amount, transmitting the signing information corresponding to the signing with the marks in all the signing to the external center, and after receiving the signing information, the external center reimburses.
For the subscriptions in the second list, each subscription in the second list is marked by a corresponding outer center. And before the second fixed day of each month, the outer center sends the signed contracts marked by the outer center to the center, and the center determines the second reimbursement amount of each contract after receiving the second reimbursement amount, wherein when the second reimbursement amount is larger than zero, the center reimburses the amount corresponding to the second reimbursement amount on the second fixed day of each month.
For example, if a certain property a is purchased at an external center, but the local center contracts a posting type of public deposit loan repayment, the external center does not post the loan on the second fixed day of each month, but transmits the second posting amount of the property a corresponding to the local center according to the communication address of the local center, and the local center posts the loan.
Suppose that a certain house property and a certain house property B are in a couple relationship, two persons buy a set of house property at a common external center, the A certain house property signs an account-reporting type public accumulation loan repayment at the center, the B certain house property signs a direct-flushing type public accumulation loan repayment at the external center, the external center firstly performs the reimbursement on the corresponding house property B according to the first reimbursement amount at the first fixed day of each month, then transmits the second reimbursement amount to the center, and the center reimburses the corresponding house property A according to the second reimbursement amount.
In the embodiment, the cross-center interconnection condition for the commercial loan contract comprises:
the loan type of the current contractor is commercial loan, the current contractor corresponds to a common lender, the current contractor has no contract signing record, and the common lender has a contract signing record in an external center.
Referring to fig. 5, further, if the current contractor meets the contract signing condition and the loan information meets the cross-center interconnection condition of commercial loan contract signing;
determining the type of the credit and debit of the current subscription, and interconnecting the local center and the external center through the subscription information of the current subscription, wherein the steps comprise:
s1031: determining the type of the currently contracted payment type as an account-reporting type commercial loan payment;
s1032: determining a communication address of the external center according to the loan information, pushing the signing information of the current signing to the external center, enabling the external center to determine the communication address of the local center according to the signing information of the current signing, and pushing the reimbursement information of the current signing to the local center when reimbursing;
s1033: judging whether the currently signed main lender is the current subscriber or the common lender;
s1034: if the currently signed main lender is the current subscriber, setting the current subscriber as a first order deduction person;
s1035: and if the currently signed main borrower and lender are the common borrowers, setting the currently signed main borrower and lender as a second-order deducted person.
Specifically, a common lender is ubiquitous in bank loan transaction, and most typically in a house loan, a couple or a common buyer of a house applies for a loan from a bank as a common borrower.
After the communication address of the outer center is determined through the loan information, the signing information can be transmitted to the outer center, the outer center receives the signing information, the signing information comprises the communication address of the outer center, and therefore interconnection between the two centers can be achieved.
According to the embodiment of the application, the communication address of the outer center is determined through the loan information, and then the communication address of the outer center is determined through the subscription information, so that the communication connection between the outer center and the outer center is formed, the communication and interaction about the same loan subscription between the two centers can be realized, and the condition that an independent public accumulation fund center forms an information island is prevented.
For example, suppose that a current contractor a purchases a set of real estate with a commercial loan at a place outside his spouse B, and the loan of the real estate is recorded in the foreign center, but due to work movement and the like, a works locally, taxes, and signs contract at the local center, but B works at a place outside and signs contract with the foreign center. Under the above condition, if A is a principal lender, A is a first-order deduction person, then the reimbursement is carried out by the center firstly and then by the outer center when reimbursement is carried out; if B is a principal lender, A is a second-order deduction person, and when the payment is made, the payment is made from the external center and then from the local center.
In this embodiment, for step S104, further:
the self-processing conditions of the local center signed with the commercial loan comprise:
the loan type of the current contractor is commercial loan, the current contractor corresponds to a common lender, the current contractor has no contract signing record, and the common lender has a contract signing record in the center;
or the loan type of the current contractor is commercial loan, the current contractor corresponds to a common lender, the current contractor has no contract signing record, and the common lender has no contract signing record;
further, if the current contractor meets the contract signing condition and the loan information meets the local center self-processing condition of commercial loan contract signing, determining the type of the currently signed loan payment, comprising:
and determining the type of the currently signed business loan payment as an account-reporting type business loan payment, and setting the current subscriber as a direct deduction person.
Specifically, if the current contractor meets the contract signing conditions and the loan information meets the self-processing conditions of the local center signed by the commercial loan, the local center does not need to be interconnected with the external center. For example, it is assumed that the current contractor and his/her common lender purchase a set of real estate on a public deposit loan, the loan of the real estate is recorded in the local center, the current contractor works locally, taxes, and signs a contract in the local center, and the common lender also signs a contract with the local center. Under the above condition, for the current contractor's loan contract signing condition, the interconnection between the two centers is not needed, and only the center needs to process the contract signing condition.
However, if the current contractor has no contract-signing record and the common borrower also has no contract-signing record, the current contractor is set as the direct deduct regardless of whether the principal borrower is the current contractor or the common borrower. In this case, two persons borrow and purchase a real estate together, but the common borrower does not contract a contract, and the corresponding accumulation fund center does not reimburse the contract. Later stage, if the people of borrowing jointly and this center sign a contract, no matter the owner is borrowed the people of borrowing jointly or is the current contractor, the current contractor still is the direct person of deducting money, if the people of borrowing jointly is signed a contract with outer center, when the owner is borrowed the people of borrowing to be the current contractor, the current contractor will become first order person of deducting money, when the owner is borrowed the people of borrowing jointly, the current contractor becomes the second order person of deducting money.
Referring to fig. 6, in this embodiment, after the above step S103 and step S104, the method further includes:
s401: judging whether the signing type of the current signing is commercial loan signing or not;
s402: if the contract signing type of the current contract signing is the commercial loan contract signing, judging that the current contract signing is a direct deduction person, a first sequence deduction person or a second sequence deduction person;
s4021: if the current contract person is a direct deduction person, the contract corresponding to the current contract is signed
Adding information into a third list;
s4022: if the current subscriber is a first order money deduction person, adding the subscription information corresponding to the current subscription into a fourth list;
s4023: and if the current subscriber is a second sequential deduction person, adding the subscription information corresponding to the current subscription into a fifth list.
Specifically, the contract type is a commercial loan contract, a third list is added by a payer who is called directly when the buyer is signed currently, a fourth list is added by a first-order payer when the buyer is signed currently, and a fifth list is added by a second-order payer when the buyer is signed currently.
Referring to fig. 7, in an embodiment herein, the method further comprises:
s501: on a first determined day of each month, the local center acquires repayment information corresponding to each contract signing in the third list and the fourth list by a bank system;
s502: the local center determines the local center reimbursement amount and the foreign center reimbursement amount of each subscription according to the repayment information and the subscription information corresponding to each subscription in the third list and the fourth list;
s503: the local center carries out reimbursement according to the reimbursement amount of the local center;
s504: the local center transmits the reimbursement amount of the external center corresponding to each subscription in the fourth list to the external center so that the external center reimburses the reimbursement amount of the external center according to the reimbursement amount of the external center;
s505: the local center receives the reimbursement amount corresponding to each subscription in the fifth list transmitted by the external center;
s506: and on a second determined day of each month, the local center performs reimbursement according to the reimbursement amount corresponding to each contract in the fifth list, wherein the second determined day is not earlier than the first determined day.
Specifically, on the first determined day of each month, the center obtains repayment information from the bank system, wherein the repayment information includes the amount to be reported by the public deposit center. For the contracts in the third list, the amount of reimbursement from the outer center is zero because the contracts are not interconnected with the outer center, and for the contracts in the fourth list, the amount of reimbursement from the outer center is the amount of reimbursement from the accumulation center minus the amount of reimbursement from the outer center.
And after the central reimbursement, pushing the reimbursement amount of the outer center corresponding to each contract in the fourth list to the outer center through the communication address of the outer center, so that the outer center reimburses. Similarly, the external center transmits the external center reimbursement amount (corresponding to the reimbursement amount in the fifth list of the local center) corresponding to each contract in the fourth list to the local center, and the local center reimburses the external center on the second determined day of each month.
For example, suppose that a and B are a couple, and two people buy a set of real estate at the same external center, a signs up the payment type commercial loan payment and repayment at the local center as the first-order payer, and B signs up the payment type commercial loan payment and repayment at the external center as the second-order payer. On the first fixed day of each month, the central office firstly reimburses the reimbursement amount of the corresponding property A according to the central office, then transmits the reimbursement amount of the outer center to the outer center, and the outer center reimburses the reimbursement amount of the corresponding property B according to the outer center (corresponding to the reimbursement amount of the outer center).
