Description

Method and system for candidate recruitment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of information processing, and more particularly, to a method, system and computer-readable storage medium thereof for candidate recruitment based on instant messaging and streaming media distribution systems.
Background
With the development of network communication and mobile devices, candidate recruitment via the internet becomes an important channel for enterprise recruiters to acquire candidate information.
However, existing internet recruitment approaches have a number of drawbacks. For example, a recruitment channel outside an enterprise is not sufficiently sunk, and a network recruitment platform such as carefree forethought, intelligent joining recruitment, etc. cannot effectively reach candidates for job hunting in a low-line city (three-line and below cities are collectively called low-line cities). The transmission of the recruitment information in the low-line city is limited, and the awareness of the recruitment information in job hunting people is not high, so that the transmission of the recruitment information is insufficient. In addition, the resource distribution of the human pool is also unbalanced. College graduation resources are mainly distributed in cities with more than three lines, and enterprises in low-line cities cannot effectively obtain college resources distributed in cities with less than three lines.
Thus, there is room for improvement in existing candidate recruitment approaches.

In the drawings, the size of some of the elements may be exaggerated or distorted for clarity. The same reference numerals denote the same or similar structures in the drawings, and thus detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.
Furthermore, the described features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments. In the following description, numerous specific details are provided to give a thorough understanding of embodiments of the application. One skilled in the relevant art will recognize, however, that the subject matter of the present application can be practiced without one or more of the specific details, or with other methods, components, etc. In other instances, well-known structures, methods, or operations are not shown or described in detail to avoid obscuring aspects of the application.
In this context, instant messaging and streaming media distribution systems are suitable for instant messaging applications, such as WeChat, QQ, nails, Twitter ("Twitter"), Facebook, etc., by Tencent, Inc.; streaming media distribution and on-demand applications such as jitters by byte hopping, TikTok, and bilibili, among others; and other applications, such as microblogs, capable of providing text, audio and video, image and other information publishing and sharing. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that these application platforms carrying information interaction and communication can be used as a medium for candidate recruitment and resume information thereof, and thus all of them will be covered in the application scope of candidate recruitment of the present application. Although the embodiments of the present application are described below using the wechat application platform as an example, this exemplary description should not be taken as limiting the scope of applicability of the solution described in the present application.
In instant messaging system applications, WeChat monthly users reach as much as 12 billion. Social resources of users who concern the recruiter enterprise on WeChat may be utilized to provide the recruiter with more information of superior quality, particularly to provide resume information such as candidates through the social approach of WeChat. A user who is interested in a recruiter in an instant messaging and streaming media delivery system may also be referred to as a "fan (fans)" of the recruiter. For example, in the WeChat recruitment matrix of a wining group, the accumulated fans exceed 50 ten thousand in the year 2020. If the second-degree pulse of the vermicelli is estimated by 100 friends per person, the second-degree pulse of the vermicelli exceeds 5000 ten thousands. Based on statistics, forwarding information typically brings on average 6.84 views of the information. If each fan forwards job information recruited by a candidate once, about 3.4 million job exposure effects can be brought about. Besides the fan stock of the WeChat recruitment number, the method can also be used for popularizing new media by means of a streaming media publishing system platform such as a buffeting system platform, and pushing accurate flow to potential candidates to obtain more effective resume information.
Fig. 1 illustrates an exemplary system architecture for candidate recruitment based on an instant messaging and streaming media distribution system (wechat) platform according to embodiments of the application.
The candidate recruitment system 100 generally includes a secondary recruitment system 110, an instant messaging and streaming media distribution system 120, and a network mall 130.
The supplementary recruitment system 110, as a subject for performing a recruitment task, is responsible for performing functions such as setting incentive rules 111 for evaluating and rewarding employees and fans of a recruiter enterprise providing resume information of candidates on a WeChat platform and candidates delivering resumes on the WeChat platform, pushing job position information 112 related to recruitment to an instant messaging and streaming media delivery system (WeChat) platform in a form such as channel advertisements, acquiring the candidate resume information 113 from the WeChat platform, screening 114 the acquired candidate resume information, and performing an interview process 115 on the screened candidates. The assisted recruitment system 110 may employ an informational assist system, such as an assisted transaction TAS system, may be included as part of the assisted recruitment system 110, or may be embedded in the assisted recruitment system 110 as a module of the informational assist system.
The instant messaging and streaming media distribution system 120, which is in bi-directional information interaction with the assisted recruitment system 110, is primarily responsible for publishing and presenting job information 121 from the assisted recruitment system 110, recording information 122 such as publication, forwarding, and retrieval of job information by employees within the recruiter enterprise and/or fans outside the recruiter enterprise, and resume delivery of candidates also outside the recruiter enterprise, providing candidate interview progress information 123 from the assisted recruitment system 110 automatically or in response to employee, fan, and/or candidate requests, evaluating 124 behavior of employees, fans, and candidates based on incentive rules set by the assisted recruitment system 110 and providing functionality of corresponding incentives (e.g., red packs, credits, virtual currency, etc.) 125, and so forth. The system 120 may provide corresponding functionality in the form of a community number or applet, plug-in based wechat platform as a module or function embedded in the instant messaging and streaming media distribution system 120.
The network mall 130 is communicatively coupled to, combined with, or as an inline function of the instant messaging and streaming media distribution system 120, implementing functions such as virtual currency consumption 131 and recording 132 of consumption of virtual currency. Incentives (credits, WeChat Red packages) generated by employees, fans, and candidates for behavior in the instant messaging and streaming media distribution system 120 may be exchanged for virtual currency in any of the instant messaging and streaming media distribution system 120 and the web mall 130, or may be issued directly as incentives for corresponding behavior. Red packs may also be considered a special form of virtual currency. The logging function 132 of the network mall 130 may also log incentive and virtual currency exchange reconciliation information.
Fig. 2 illustrates a logic flow for a system for candidate recruitment in accordance with an embodiment of the present application.
The assisted recruitment system 110 used by the human resources department of the recruiter enterprise may create job information 201 for candidate recruitment based on the templates and provide the job information to the instant messaging and streaming media delivery system 120 through the job information synchronization interface 202. The instant messaging and streaming media distribution system 120 pushes job information to users of the system 120 in forms such as public numbers and instant messaging messages. The job information forms information related to incentive information 203 for employees, users (fans) of the enterprise of interest recruiters, and candidates.
Users in the instant messaging and streaming media distribution system 120 may be divided into three types, internal employees of the recruiter enterprise 204, interested users outside the recruiter enterprise (fans) 205, and candidates 206. The recruiter may obtain resume information for candidates through social channels of these three types of users. Employee 204 needs to identify themselves through authentication of the recruiter enterprise or active invitation authentication 207. The employee 204 may recommend 208 friends that meet the recruiter's job information requirements to the recruiter (i.e., the employee's employer), and may also forward the job information to friends or post the job information 209 again, such as in a circle of friends. This forwarding 209 may be referred to as a second degree of engagement of the user of the instant messaging and streaming media distribution system 120. Fans 205 may also recommend 208 friends that meet the requirements for the recruiter's job information to the recruiter of interest, or may forward 209 the job information in a manner similar to employees 204, and the forwarding 209 of fans may also be referred to as second degree pulse of fans. The candidates 206 may directly deliver the resume complete application 210 in the instant communication and streaming media delivery system 120 in the public post or applet of the recruiter or in a communication provided by the recruiter after seeing the job information.
The resume information 211 acquired through the above three user channels may perform data standardization processing of the resume information and add additional information about its source. The processed resume information 211 is returned to the resume screening module 212 of the assisted recruitment system 110 via the resume information synchronization interface 213, screened by the recruiter and passed on to the subsequent interview flow 213.
Interview progress information for interview flow 213 may be periodically and automatically sent by the assisted recruitment system 110 to the instant messaging and streaming media delivery system 120 through interview progress query interface 215 or actively requested by the employees 204, fans 205, and candidates 206 (e.g., through public numbers or applets of the recruiter) and provided by the assisted recruitment system 110 to the user through interview progress query interface 215 in response to the request. In the progress view function 214, different progress view information may be provided for different user identities. For example, the employee 204 may obtain the interview progress information corresponding to the candidate recommended or forwarded by the employee through the progress check 214-1, the fan may obtain the interview progress information corresponding to the candidate recommended or forwarded by the fan through the progress check 214-2, and the candidate 206 submitting the application may generally obtain the interview progress of the candidate through the progress check 214-3. According to embodiments of the present application, for privacy reasons, it may be set that users of instant messaging and streaming media publication system 120 are unable to view interview progress information related to other users not socially associated therewith or candidates not recommended thereby.
The instant messaging and streaming media publication system 120 may evaluate the behavior of the employees 204, fans 205, and candidates 206, respectively, as well as obtain resume information based on incentive rules formulated by the assisted recruitment system 110 and provide incentives to them based on the results of the evaluation. The rating may be based on the forwarding of the position information and/or the number of times the candidates are recommended by the users of the instant messaging and streaming media delivery system 120 and/or the provided candidates are in the recruitment process (e.g., whether to be filtered as interviews, interview success rate, as alternate resumes in the resume repository 216 although not being recruited, etc.). The evaluation results may be in the form of scores, credibility, weights, importance, ranking, and the like. The employees 204 and fans 205 may have joined the recruiter business' information system, such as by membership, and thus the incentive mechanism may be implemented, such as by points. For example, staff 204 may be provided with WeChat red envelope, credits, etc. based on the evaluation results and accumulate persistent resume information acquisition over a period of time. For the fan 205, the evaluation result may also be ranking information related to the area and forwarding, and the manner of obtaining the incentive may also be issuing a WeChat red packet, an integral, and the like. Virtual currency (e.g., V dollars) may also be provided directly to employees and fans. When the incentives for employee 204 and fan 205 are WeChat Red envelope and credits, they need to be exchanged for virtual currency by exchange. For example, employee 204 may exchange red packs/points for virtual currency 221, and fan 205 may also exchange virtual currency 222 directly through the region-ranking data. It may be preferable for candidates 206 outside of the information system of the recruiter enterprise to be provided with virtual currency 223 directly as an incentive.
The network mall 130 is used to offer goods for consumption 225 by users of the instant messaging and streaming media distribution system 120 using virtual currency. The user's virtual currency may be redeemed at the instant messaging and streaming media distribution system 120 or may be redeemed at the network mall 130 via the redemption interface 224. The exchange record and consumption record of the user's virtual currency and/or points/red packets are recorded in the network mall 130 and fed back to the instant messaging and streaming media distribution system 120 through the exchange interface 224. According to embodiments of the present application, virtual currency, red envelope and credits may also be consumed in the instant messaging and streaming media distribution system 120, for example, WeChat red envelope and virtual currency may be consumed in WeChat public signs or applets of recruiters, or in network shopping malls provided by WeChat.
The assisted recruitment system 110 may store the biographical information of the filtered candidates in a database to generate a biographical repository 216. The resume repository 216 may also include candidate resume information data obtained through other means. In addition, the assisted recruitment system 110 may also update the data in the resume repository 216. Through the resume verification interface 217, the resume data in the resume repository 216 may be sent to the instant messaging and streaming media publication system 120, which retrieves and matches among its users, and associates 218 those candidates (which may be referred to as non-instant messaging and streaming media publication system candidates) corresponding to resume information that was not obtained by users in the instant messaging and streaming media publication system 120 with corresponding users in the instant messaging and streaming media publication system 120 (if the candidates have a user account registered in the system 120). After the association, the supplementary recruitment system 110 may obtain the updated data of the resume information of the relevant candidate through the resume verification interface 217 to update the resume repository 216, or may perform the interview progress check 214 through a corresponding association path (via the branch 216, 217, 218 in fig. 2).
The instant messaging and streaming media distribution system 120 may analyze 220 the behavior of the users of the instant messaging and streaming media distribution system 120 based on the information set consisting of employees added position information, interview progress information, interested users, and candidate incentive information 203, and update and adjust the information template 219 of the distributed position information based on the analysis results, improving template message push. The assisted recruitment system 110 may also formulate, modify, and update incentive rules for providing incentives based on behavioral analysis of the users providing the resume information. The behavior analysis 220 may be performed separately for employees, fans, and candidates, and in particular, the analysis of fan behavior may serve as an important reference in formulating and modifying incentive rules in the assisted recruitment system 110.
Fig. 3 shows an exemplary flowchart of a method for candidate recruitment according to an embodiment of the application, wherein technical details similar to those above are not detailed.
The method 300 first provides position information about candidate recruitment to the instant messaging and streaming media distribution system in step S310, and then publishes the position information and obtains resume information of the candidates in the instant messaging and streaming media distribution system in step S320, wherein the candidate information is at least from users of the instant messaging and streaming media distribution system. As described above, users include employees, fans, and candidates. After obtaining the resume information, the method proceeds to screening and interviewing based on the obtained resume information in step S330. The method may also generate and/or update a candidate' S resume repository in step S340 after the interview. Further, the method may evaluate the employee, the fan, and the candidate based on the resume information and/or the interview situation, respectively, and provide corresponding incentives using incentive rules based on the evaluation results in step S350. Employees, fans, and candidates may redeem incentives and consume in a network mall. The method may also provide interview progress information to a user of the instant messaging and streaming media distribution system automatically or in response to the request in step S360.
By the candidate recruitment method and the candidate recruitment system, private domain fan resources in an instant messaging and streaming media publishing system platform can be fully activated to obtain high-quality candidate resume information, a long-acting and continuous resource acquisition incentive mechanism is constructed, an inner circulation mechanism for guiding candidates to consumers to acquire information is achieved, and efficiency and success rate of candidate recruitment are effectively improved.
