The invention can assist the financial staff to complete the verification of the original certificate and the accounting certificate data, automatically complete the establishment of the accounting report, and greatly reduce the workload of the financial staff.

As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an accounting system, including:

the financial data arrangement module is used for identifying each piece of financial occurrence data which is internally loaded by each piece of original certificate through verification, configuring corresponding user and manager information for each piece of financial occurrence data, and realizing arrangement and registration of each piece of financial occurrence data;
the accounting voucher preparation module is used for preparing corresponding accounting vouchers for each piece of financial occurrence data and configuring corresponding original voucher pictures on the back of each accounting voucher;
and the financial statement preparation module is used for calling a corresponding financial statement preparation model based on a preset financial statement preparation rule to prepare a corresponding financial statement.
In this embodiment, the original certificate verification module configures a corresponding authenticity verification model and a monetary rationality verification standard for each original certificate, and the original certificates which do not pass verification all adopt a WeChat applet to directly push unqualified verification results to realize return operation. At the same time, the financial staff is reminded to make corresponding treatment on the original certificate in the form of a pop-up dialog box.
In this embodiment, the financial data arrangement module first implements identification of each piece of original certificate-passing and collated data based on ctpn+crnn model, and then implements identification of each piece of financial occurrence data and corresponding user and manager information based on classification of infinite depth network model data.
In this embodiment, a shortcut key for displaying the billing certificate and the original certificate picture on the same interface is provided on each billing certificate.
In this embodiment, the accounting document creating module is further configured to implement one-to-one correspondence between accounting document data and accounting document data carried in an original document picture, and when the mouse moves to a position where any one of the marks is located, the corresponding other mark can be lightened simultaneously, preferably, a mode of marking frames with different colors is adopted, and in a normal state, all the marking frames are in an invisible state.
In this embodiment, the financial statement preparation rules include a time rule, a financial data feature rule and a financial data quantity rule for preparing the financial statement, and when all conditions are monitored to be in accordance with the financial statement preparation rules, the corresponding financial statement preparation model is started, and the corresponding financial statement template is called to realize preparation of the corresponding financial statement.

the original certificate checking module is used for checking authenticity and money rationality of the original certificate;
the financial data arrangement module is used for identifying each piece of financial occurrence data which is internally loaded by each piece of original certificate through verification, configuring corresponding user and manager information for each piece of financial occurrence data, and realizing arrangement and registration of each piece of financial occurrence data;
the accounting voucher preparation module is used for preparing corresponding accounting vouchers for each piece of financial occurrence data and configuring corresponding original voucher pictures on the back of each accounting voucher;
the financial statement preparation module is used for calling a corresponding financial statement preparation model based on preset financial statement preparation rules to prepare a corresponding financial statement;
the original certificate checking module configures a corresponding authenticity checking model and an amount rationality checking standard for each original certificate, and the original certificates which do not pass checking realize the returning operation in a mode of directly pushing unqualified checking results by using a WeChat applet;
the financial data arrangement module firstly realizes the identification of the data carried in each original certificate through the collation based on a CTPN+CRNN model, and then realizes the identification of each financial occurrence data and the corresponding user and manager information based on the classification of infinite depth network model data;
each billing certificate is provided with a shortcut key for realizing the display of the billing certificate and the original certificate picture with an interface;
the accounting voucher preparation module is also used for realizing one-to-one correspondence marks of accounting voucher internally-loaded financial generation data and original voucher picture internally-loaded financial generation source data, and a mouse can be moved to the position where any mark is located to simultaneously light the corresponding other mark;
all the bookkeeping vouchers and financial reports which are compiled are audited by adopting a mode that a WeChat applet pushes financial staff to audit, the financial staff can check the corresponding bookkeeping vouchers and financial reports after entering the WeChat applet, and signature authentication of the corresponding bookkeeping vouchers and financial reports can be realized by clicking 'audit pass'.
