automatically generating manuscript data of a merging layer for the monomer audited reports of the audited units in the merging range according to a preset merging offset entry template, then automatically generating merging offset entries, automatically generating a unified account adjustment entry data summary table according to automatic certificates and manual adjustment certificates, synchronizing to a merging TB table and a merging remark transition table, and further automatically generating the audited merged reports and merging remarks of the reports;

9. An automatic generation system of single and merged audit reports according to the automatic generation method of single and merged audit reports of any of claims 1-8, comprising:

the system management module is used for maintaining the audited units and the audit items according to the setting instructions, determining the merging range of the items, receiving the merging range changing instructions in real time and correspondingly changing the merging range;

the data management module is used for acquiring an unexamined accounting document or a subject balance list of an audited unit by butting an interface of a third-party system or a preset template, and generating an unexamined report meeting report specification through a preset specification processing logic; configuring the disclosure dimension and the disclosure data format of an audit project according to a preset multi-dimensional variable form;

the standing book management module is used for automatically generating a single body adjustment entry and a combined offset entry for the unexamined accounting voucher or the subject balance table of the audited unit according to a preset single body adjustment entry template and a combined offset entry template;

the financial report module is used for synchronizing the account adjustment data to the single TB table and the combined TB table and automatically generating an examined single report and a combined report; after the single TB table and the combined TB table are finished, automatically generating a single note attached transition table and a combined note attached transition table, and further automatically generating an approved single note attached electronic table and a combined note attached electronic table; and automatically generating a single financial report and a combined financial report according to the form document configured by the project group.

10. The system for automated generation of singulated and merged audit reports according to claim 9 further comprising:

the guidance configuration module is used for displaying a guidance configuration interface when a user logs in for the first time or when a guidance configuration instruction is triggered, and assisting the user to complete related parameter setting, wherein the related parameter setting comprises the following steps: system foundation setting, data perfection, merging range, report period, user management, currency and exchange rate, auxiliary accounting management, accounting subject and report item setting; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

and the analysis and judgment module is used for analyzing and judging the checking relationship among various report data, automatically checking risks and errors and generating a guidance prompt.
