a second hole (3) with the diameter larger than that of the clamping hole (24) is formed in the bottom of the clamping hole (24), a U-shaped clamp spring (31) is arranged in the second hole (3), the middle of the clamp spring (31) is hinged with the bottom of the second hole (3), arch parts (32) are arranged at positions, close to two ends, of the clamp spring (31), and the arch parts (32) are bent towards the direction, close to the axis of the second hole (3); the distance between the two arches (32) is smaller than the diameter of the spool (23); a graphite ring (33) is fixedly connected in the second hole (3) at a position corresponding to the end part of the clamp spring (31);
a group of barbs (34) are uniformly distributed on one side, close to the inner wall of the graphite ring (33), of the clamp spring (31), and the heights of the barbs (34) gradually decrease towards the direction close to the free end of the clamp spring (31); the end parts of the barbs (34) incline towards the direction close to the bottom of the second hole (3).
