Abstract
The application provides a coating white board paper production energy-saving process, through adding guanidine hydrochloride and lipase or the stickies control agent at suitable opportunity, has realized the effective control of stickies, and then has optimized the production flow of coating white board paper, has realized the effect of energy saving and emission reduction waste water.
Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of papermaking and biological enzymes, and particularly provides an energy-saving process for producing coated white board, wherein guanidine hydrochloride and lipase or laccase are used for controlling stickies.
Background
The coated white board paper has high whiteness of the coating surface, good printing performance and excellent mechanical performance, gradually becomes a main type of product packaging paper, is also an important product type of a large number of domestic paper mills, and the domestic annual output and sales amount reaches the level of about 1500 ten thousand tons.
The waste paper secondary fiber used in the production of the coated white board paper can save wood resources and save water and energy consumption in the cooking process, so that more and more enterprises use the waste paper as the raw material to prepare the coated white board paper based on the requirements of environmental protection and energy conservation. When the coated white board paper is prepared by using the waste paper secondary fibers, complex components in the waste paper, especially sticky components (such as packaging tapes, plastic ropes, coatings, pigments, latex and the like) often bring troubles to production, so that not only is the product quality reduced, but also the closed circulation of white water is difficult, the problem of shutdown is caused due to paper breakage and the like, or more energy is consumed to remove the sticky materials by various filtering, air flotation and heat dispersing devices.
There is therefore a need for stickies control and further energy efficient processes in coated white board production.
Disclosure of Invention
Considering the skeleton effect possibly played by a complex structure formed by connecting lignin and other polysaccharide substances in the formation of the adhesive substances, the applicant selects the proper adhesive control agents of guanidine hydrochloride, lipase and laccase and determines the proper adding time and conditions, thereby effectively reducing the concentration of the off-web white water under the condition of ensuring the quality of paper and saving the energy consumption of an air flotation and filtering device when the white water adhesive substances are treated; meanwhile, the deposition speed of stickies on the cylinder surface of the paper machine and the scraper is obviously reduced, and the occurrence probability of shutdown problems such as paper breaking and the like is reduced.
In one aspect, the present application provides an energy efficient process for coated white board paper production characterized by the addition of stickies control agents to the pulp, optionally guanidine hydrochloride, lipase, laccase.
Further, the coated white board raw materials are OCC and MOW.
Further, guanidine hydrochloride was added in an amount of 0.3 wt% based on the weight of oven-dried pulp.
Further, the addition amount of lipase is 0.1U/g oven-dried pulp; the laccase was added at 0.05U/g oven dried pulp.
Further, the stickies control agent is added 30 minutes before adding the whitening, paper strength and/or retention aids.
Further, the enzyme is a laccase.
In another aspect, the present application provides the use of guanidine hydrochloride and optionally a lipase or laccase enzyme in the preparation of a control agent for a papermaking gum.
Further, the enzyme is a laccase.
Detailed Description
Materials and reagents:
OCC corrugated paper waste paper: belongs to a first-grade waste paper box according to the classification grade specification of the waste paper of SB/T11058 and 2013 in China;
MOW mixed office waste paper: belongs to the second-level page paper according to the classification grade specification of the waste paper of SB/T11058 and 2013 in China;
examples the same batch of material was used throughout the experiments.
Guanidine hydrochloride (about 98% pure) was produced by the Shandong Deno chemical industry;
lipase for paper making: shenzhen Lu Weikang, LVK-H, 40000U/g, with optimal conditions not labeled;
laccase: the Ningxia is exuberant, and the Aspergillus oryzae is prepared by fermentation, wherein the concentration is 10000U/mL, the optimal temperature is 20-60 ℃, and the optimal pH is 3-6.
The remainder of the whitening, paper strength, retention aids and coating products are all of the conventional commercial variety.
Example 1 basic preparation of coated white board
The basic preparation process comprises the following steps:
(1) the method comprises the following steps of mixing OCC: MOW weight ratio 7: 3 taking waste paper raw materials in proportion
(2) Pulping in a pulper, purifying, fine screening, concentrating, thermally dispersing, pulping by a pulping machine, and controlling the beating degree of pulp produced by the pulping machine to be about 45 DEG SR;
(3) adding a stickies control agent;
(4) adding a whitening agent, a paper strength enhancer and a retention aid into the slurry 30 minutes after the adhesive control agent is added;
(5) mixing and diluting the concentrated white water, screening by a pressure screen, pumping into a flow box, and screening by a net feeding concentration of 0.4% of a surface layer, 0.5% of a lining layer and a bottom layer and 0.8% of a core layer;
(6) forming, squeezing, drying and surface sizing;
(7) curtain coating is used for pre-coating, middle coating and top coating.
Procedure 1/sample 1: no stickies control agent was used (i.e., step (3) above was omitted);
procedure 2/sample 2: 0.3 wt% of guanidine hydrochloride based on the weight of oven-dried pulp;
procedure 3/sample 3: guanidine hydrochloride in an amount of 0.3 wt% based on the weight of oven dried pulp +0.1U/g lipase of oven dried pulp;
procedure 4/sample 4: guanidine hydrochloride in an amount of 0.3 wt% based on the weight of oven dried pulp +0.05U/g of laccase in oven dried pulp.
Example 2 wire water concentration and stock retention
Taking the average value of three times to detect the concentration of the net white water and the retention rate of the pulp in the four processes
Process numbering | Process 1 | Process 2 | Process 3 | Process 4 |
Net water concentration | 0.32% | 0.30% | 0.27% | 0.25% |
Retention rate of slurry | 80.31% | 82.71% | 83.44% | 85.17% |
The addition of the stickies control agent effectively improves the white water concentration and improves the pulp retention rate, and creates good precondition for closed circulation of the white water.
Example 3 coated white board product Performance testing
The performance of the prepared coated white board paper is basically detected according to the GBT10335.4-2017 standard, and each specific detection method/standard is as follows:
coating white board paper quantitative GB/T451.2;
coating white board paper and coating white board paper bursting index GB/T1539;
coating white board paper ring crush index GB/T2679.8;
coating white board paper with water absorption GB/T1540, and soaking for 2 minutes;
the folding resistance GB/T457-;
each test was averaged over 3 identical samples.
The test results are shown in the following table:
the indexes of the product such as poor banner quantitative quantity, tightness, smoothness, folding endurance and the like also reach the standard of GB/T13024-.
Example 4 energy saving effect in continuous production
The adhesive control agent of guanidine hydrochloride which accounts for 0.3 wt% of the weight of the oven dry stock and laccase which accounts for 0.05U/g of the weight of the oven dry stock is used in the practical production line of the coated white board paper of the applicant, and after debugging, a 20kW water pump which recovers a plurality of discs in a white water recovery circulating system is successfully cancelled, and the white water is directly used for thickening or diluting. Furthermore, the average machine production efficiency (production time-unplanned downtime/production time) increased from 92.2% to 93.2%. The daily water change frequency is reduced from 4 times to 3 times. The remarkable energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved.
