the woven belt enters the drying box 2 through an opening on one side of the drying box 2, sequentially passes through the pressurizing plates 132 and the fixing plates 142 on two sides, extends to the outer side of the drying box 2 from the opening on the other side of the drying box 2, starts the second air cylinder 131, the second air cylinder 131 drives the pressurizing plates 132 to descend, compresses the clamped belt through the first ball clamping device and the second ball clamping device, starts a drying and infrared device in the drying box 2 to process the woven belt, and can extrude moisture in the woven belt through the first ball clamping device and the second ball clamping device when the woven belt moves, so that the water content in the woven belt can be reduced;
the woven tape enters the upper color box 3, passes through the lower side of the press roll 31 on one side, sequentially bypasses the outer sides of the rotating rods 162, is repeatedly connected in an up-and-down mode when passing through the rotating rods 162, finally extends to the outer side of the upper color box 3 from the lower side of the press roll 31 on the other side, starts a first driving motor 163, the first driving motor 163 drives the rotating plates 161 to rotate through a synchronous belt 164, and when the rotating plates 161 rotate, the rotating rods 162 on the upper sides of the rotating plates are driven to rotate, so that the woven tape is straightened, and simultaneously starts the first air cylinders 30 on the lower sides of the fixing frames 29, so as to drive the press roll 31 to descend, and limit the woven tape in the dye pool 15;
the woven tape is dyed by the coloring box 3 and then is dried, extends to the inside of the cleaning box 4, enters from one group of tape penetrating openings 19 on the upper side of the partition board 17, bypasses from the lower sides of the two groups of second limiting rollers 18, finally extends to the outer side of the cleaning box 4 from the other group of tape penetrating openings 19 on the upper side of the partition board 17, starts the upper stirrer 20 and the lower stirrer 21, drives the water flow inside the upper stirrer 20 to rotate, cleans the woven tape, and the rotating directions of the first stirring wheel 204 inside the upper stirrer 20 and the second stirring wheel 212 in the lower stirrer 21 are opposite, so that the impact force of the water flow on the woven tape can be improved.

A processing device for producing woven belts comprises a steam cleaning box (1), a drying box (2), a coloring box (3) and a cleaning box (4) which are arranged adjacently, a plurality of supporting frames (5) are respectively arranged among the steam cleaning box (1), the drying box (2), the coloring box (3) and the cleaning box (4), a blast box (6) is arranged on the upper surface of the drying box (2), a discharge box (7) is arranged at the lower side of the drying box (2), the upper surface of the upper color box (3) is fixedly connected with a detection window (8), it is characterized in that a steam box (9) is arranged in the steam cleaning box (1), the upper surface of the steam box (9) is provided with two groups of connecting ports (10), two groups of first limiting rollers (12) are rotatably connected inside the steam box (9), and two groups of sealing frames (11) are fixedly connected inside the two groups of connecting ports (10);
the top ends of the two sides in the drying box (2) are fixedly connected with a plurality of pressurizers (13), and the bottom end in the connecting port (10) and the lower side close to the pressurizers (13) are fixedly connected with a plurality of pressurizing tables (14);
a dye cell (15) is arranged in the upper color box (3), and a tightening frame (16) is arranged on the dye cell (15);
the inside of wasing case (4) is rotated and is connected with two sets of second spacing roller (18), and washs the inside upper and lower both sides that is close to two sets of second spacing roller (18) of case (4) and install baffle (17) one and baffle (17) two respectively, agitator (20) are installed to the upside that washs the inside top of case (4) and is close to baffle (17) one, and washs the inside bottom of case (4) and install down agitator (21) near the downside of baffle (17) two.
2. The processing equipment for the ribbon production as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of support frames (5) comprise two groups of elastic frames (51), and a rotating roller (52) is rotatably connected between the top ends of the two groups of elastic frames (51).

The processing equipment for producing the woven belt is characterized in that a drain pipe (23) is installed at the bottom of the steam cleaning box (1), a water inlet seam is formed in the upper surface of the drain pipe (23) and is communicated with the steam box (9), a water outlet of the drain pipe (23) is downwards inclined, a piston (24) is connected to the water inlet seam in an embedded mode, and the inclination angle of the drain pipe (23) is 10-15 degrees.

step four: the woven tape is dyed by the dyeing box (3) and then is dried, extends into the cleaning box (4), enters from one group of tape penetrating openings (19) on one upper side of the partition plate (17), bypasses from the lower sides of the two groups of second limiting rollers (18), finally extends to the outer side of the cleaning box (4) from the other group of tape penetrating openings (19) on the upper side of the partition plate (17), starts the upper stirrer (20) and the lower stirrer (21), drives the water flow in the upper stirrer (20) to rotate, and cleans the woven tape.
