the steel coil clamping device comprises a clamping motor (31), a meshing motor (2) and an arc-shaped pad (11), wherein the clamping motor (31) and the meshing motor (2) are respectively and electrically connected with an external power supply through power lines, and the arc-shaped pad is used for horizontally placing a steel coil in the middle in a hoisting operation;
secondly, the bottom surface of the steel coil is contacted with the inner top surface of the arc-shaped pad (11), under the matching operation of the roll shaft (13), the two sides of the bottom surface of the steel coil are respectively contacted with the outer side surface of the wear-resistant cylinder (15), and the steel coil is subjected to small-amplitude rotation adjustment, so that the front surface of the steel coil is placed forwards;
step three, starting the meshing motor (2), driving a gear (21) to rotate in a meshing way by a motor shaft of the meshing motor (2), driving rack plates (24) to move transversely and outwards in a staggered way through a meshing action, and further driving the rectangular sliding rods (23) to slide outwards along the corresponding rectangular sliding holes;
fourthly, under the cooperation of the hinging action, when the rectangular sliding rod (23) slides outwards, the bottom end of the swinging rod (27) is driven to move outwards, the middle part of the swinging rod (27) rotates around the outer end of the transition connecting rod (25) in a small-amplitude hinged manner, the top end of the swinging rod (27) is driven to move inwards, under the action of the double lug seats matched with the single lug seats, the vertical plate (3) is driven to slowly tilt inwards, the vertical plate (3) is in a vertical state, and the outer ring (33) moves into two ends of the steel coil respectively;
and step five, starting the clamping motor (31), controlling a motor shaft of the clamping motor (31) to rotate slowly, driving the turntable (36) to rotate slowly in the outer ring (33) along the concave clamping block (37) through the rotating shaft (34), and driving the outer expanding rod (38) to slide outwards along the outer expanding hole due to the fact that the inclined through holes are matched with the staggered design of the inclined grooves, and driving the plurality of top plates (39) to be abutted against the inner walls of the two sides of the steel coil respectively.
