Specifically, a bar code arranged on the trolley identifies the specific type of the vehicle through scanning of a bar code scanner; certainly, the method can also be carried out by adopting video identification or Bluetooth identification and the like; when the controller recognizes that the trolley needs to be diverted to one of the secondary rails 50, the controller controls the driving member 20 to drive the movement of the diverter 10. Through the mode, automatic identification and automatic driving are achieved, and the efficiency and the accuracy of rail transfer are improved. It should be noted that the identification of the position of the trolley arriving at the rail transfer 10 may be realized by providing the above-mentioned bar code scanner, camera device, etc. on the trolley and providing the bar code on the branch rail, and both identification methods are possible.
To prevent damage to a vehicle entering the switch 10 during movement of the switch 10 during travel of the vehicle, the open end of the primary rail 40 toward the switch 10, or the open end of the secondary rail 50 toward the switch 10, or both, of the present invention have a car stop assembly 41, the car stop assembly 41 being used to prevent the vehicle from falling off the remaining rails when the switch 10 is removed.

Referring to fig. 7, when the rail transferring device 10 moves from left to right, the angle of the blocking arm 41a rotates due to the pushing of the rail transferring device 10, and the hinge point of the blocking arm 41a is disposed below the rail transferring device 10, so that when the blocking arm 41a rotates 90 degrees, the blocking effect on the trolley is lost, the trolley can smoothly enter the rail transferring device 10, and the rail transferring device 10 is already in place; when the rail guide 10 leaves the rail, the blocking arm 41a is reset due to the pulling force of the elastic member, so that the function of blocking the vehicle is continuously performed; it should be noted here that the elastic member may be a spring or an elastic string.
Further, in order to reduce the frictional force applied to the bottom of the rail 10 when the stopper arm 41a is rotated, as shown in fig. 6 or 7, the free end of the stopper arm 41a is rotatably provided with a roller 41c.
In another embodiment of the present invention, another structure of the buffer is adopted, as shown in fig. 8, the buffer assembly 41 includes a vertically arranged baffle 41d, and a driver 41e for driving the baffle 41d to move up and down in the vertical direction, when the rail transit 10 leaves, the driver 41e drives the baffle 41d to rise above the bottom surface of the main rail 40 or the sub rail 50, and when the rail transit 10 moves to the position of the buffer assembly 41, the driver 41e drives the baffle 41d to descend to the bottom of the rail transit 10. The actuator 41e is preferably a spring and may be automatically returned, or may be a driving unit 20 having a power source such as an air cylinder and requiring a power source for driving.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a control method of the medical logistics trolley diversion device, which comprises the following steps:
s10: the trolley detects whether the trolley reaches a preset position of the rail transfer device or not;
s20: when the trolley reaches the rail transfer device, the trolley actively informs the controller of rail transfer;

s50: simultaneously detecting whether the next trolley needs to be transferred, and if the next trolley does not need to be transferred, driving the trolley to continuously move on the main track;
s60: the controller automatically resets the derailer when there is no car in the position of the derailer and the derailer is not in the home position.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are described in the specification and illustrated only to illustrate the principle of the present invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed.
