In the invention, the slag dragging plate needs to move up and down in a translation manner, the slag poking plate needs to rotate, and the actions of the slag dragging plate and the slag poking plate need to be carried out in a matching manner; theoretically, two independent power mechanisms can be adopted to respectively drive the slag scooping plate and the slag poking plate, but the structure is complicated; therefore, the invention adopts a power mechanism to drive the slag scooping plate and the slag poking plate simultaneously, and the specific method comprises the following steps: the slag salvaging component further comprises a connector and a connecting rod, the driving mechanism is a linear driver (such as an air cylinder), a long rod is arranged on the slag poking plate, the middle part of the long rod is hinged to the base plate, the tail end of the long rod is hinged to one end of the connecting rod, the other end of the connecting rod is hinged to the connector, the connector is fixedly connected with a telescopic rod of the air cylinder, and the slag salvaging plate is installed on the connector.
