When the medical bottle is in operation, the medical apparatus is placed on the placing plate in the disinfection groove, and the bottle apparatus is nested on the fixing tube, so that the end part of the fixing tube extends into the bottle from the bottle opening of the bottle apparatus; then closing the cover to make the inside of the disinfection tank approximately in a closed state; starting a water pump on the liquid inlet pipe, so that the disinfection reagent in the disinfection bottle is pumped into the liquid inlet pipe under the action of the water pump and flows into the annular cavity along the liquid inlet pipe; the sterilizing agent is sprayed out through the sterilizing spray head after the annular chamber is quickly filled with the sterilizing agent, and is uniformly sprayed on the medical instruments in the sterilizing groove, so that the medical instruments in the sterilizing groove are fully contacted with the sterilizing agent and are subjected to sterilization treatment; the cross section of the disinfection tank is circular, the disinfection spray heads are annularly arranged around the medical instrument, and the disinfection reagent sprayed by the disinfection spray heads can contact different parts of the outer surface of the medical instrument from multiple angles, so that the medical instrument and the disinfection reagent are more fully contacted, the disinfection treatment on the medical instrument is more thorough, and the safety of the medical instrument in reuse is ensured; the bottle type instruments in the medical instruments are limited by the fixing tube, and the bottle mouth parts of the bottle type instruments are contacted with the disinfection sponge to enable the disinfection sponge to deform under pressure, so that the bottle type instruments are fixed by the disinfection sponge; on the other hand, as the bottle-like instruments are impacted by the disinfection reagent sprayed by the disinfection spray head, the bottle-like instruments vibrate and the inner surfaces and the bottle mouth parts of the bottle-like instruments are scraped by the disinfection sponge, so that the interiors of the bottle-like instruments are effectively cleaned, and meanwhile, the bottle-like instruments are prevented from rolling under the impact of the disinfection reagent sprayed by the disinfection spray head and being damaged due to collision; the openings of the bottle instruments are often small, and a large amount of disinfection reagents sprayed from the outside are difficult to enter the bottle parts, so that the interiors of the bottle parts are difficult to be thoroughly disinfected; therefore, by enabling the end part of the fixing pipe to extend into the bottle part, a part of the sterilizing reagent in the annular chamber flows in along the fixing pipe and is sprayed out through the second hole, so that the inner surface of the bottle part is fully contacted with the sterilizing reagent; and one part of the disinfection reagent sprayed from the second hole is contacted with the disinfection sponge and the disinfection sponge is wetted, so that when the disinfection sponge is contacted with the inner surface of the bottle type instrument, stains attached to the inner surface of the bottle type instrument are removed more thoroughly; as the disinfection reagent is accumulated in the bottle type instrument and flows out through the gap between the disinfection sponge and the bottle mouth part of the bottle type instrument, the stains in the bottle type instrument are also taken out, and the cleanness of the interior of the bottle type part is further ensured; the sterilization reagent flows out of the first hole and enters the recovery chamber after acting on the medical instrument, when the sterilization reagent in the sterilization bottle is excessively consumed, the sterilization reagent in the recovery chamber can be pumped out through the first pipe, the pumped sterilization reagent is filtered by the purification filter screen, and can be replenished into the sterilization bottle for recycling after being purified and detected to be qualified outside, so that the utilization efficiency of the sterilization reagent is improved; after cleaning and disinfection are finished, the purification filter screen on the first tube is removed, the disinfection reagent in the recovery chamber is fully extracted through the first tube, then the medical instrument is dried and then the ultraviolet disinfection lamp is started, the medical instrument is fully disinfected and sterilized, and the safety of the disinfected medical instrument is ensured; and the waterproof cover on the ultraviolet disinfection lamp can avoid the damage of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp caused by the water vapor possibly remaining in the disinfection tank.
Preferably, the end part of the fixed pipe is inclined upwards, and the joint part of the fixed pipe and the annular plate deviates from the middle part of the disinfection spray head; the second hole is centrally located at a position, close to the outer surface of the first pipe, of the outer surface of the first cover, and the end of the second hole is inclined towards a direction far away from the outer surface of the first pipe.
When the bottle-type instrument is nested on the fixed tube, the bottle-type instrument is placed obliquely and is subjected to oblique supporting force because the end part of the fixed tube is inclined upwards, and the oblique supporting force can be decomposed into a vertical upward component force and a component force which horizontally points to the surface of the annular plate; the part of the inner surface of the bottle instrument, which is far away from the placing plate, is tightly contacted with the disinfection sponge on the outer surface of the fixed pipe by a vertical upward component force, and the part of the inner surface of the bottle instrument, which is contacted with the disinfection sponge, is further scraped and cleaned more thoroughly along with the vibration of the disinfection sponge under the impact of the disinfection reagent; moreover, because the fixed pipe deviates from the middle part of the disinfection spray head, when the bottle-type instruments on the fixed pipe are impacted by the disinfection reagent, the stress on the parts of the outer surfaces of the bottle-type instruments, which are positioned at the two sides of the fixed pipe, is uneven, so that the bottle-type instruments rotate around the fixed pipe, different parts of the inner surfaces of the bottle-type instruments are sequentially contacted with the disinfection sponge and are subjected to a cleaning action, and the inner surfaces of the bottle-type instruments are ensured to be sufficiently cleaned; in addition, because the end part of the second hole inclines towards the direction far away from the outer surface of the first pipe, the disinfection reagent sprayed from the second hole obliquely impacts the inner surface of the bottle type instrument, on one hand, the stain on the inner surface of the bottle type instrument is impacted by the impact force in the direction close to the bottle opening under the impact of the disinfection reagent, and the stain is separated from the inner surface of the bottle type instrument and then flows out of the bottle opening along with the disinfection reagent; on the other hand, the bottle-type instrument can break out a component force far away from the end part of the fixed tube in the impact force, so that the bottle-type instrument is further fixed, and the bottle-type instrument is prevented from breaking away from the fixed tube and falling.
Preferably, the outer surface of the fixed pipe is provided with a first annular groove, a first sleeve is embedded in the first annular groove, and the inside of the first sleeve is in clearance fit with the first annular groove; a group of driving plates are uniformly arranged on the outer surface of the first sleeve close to the surface of the annular plate, a group of driving tubes are uniformly arranged on the annular plate close to the driving plates, and the ends of the driving tubes point to the surface of the driving plates; the disinfection sponge is fixed on the outer surface of the first sleeve.
When the bottle cleaning device works, a part of disinfection reagent in the annular chamber is sprayed out from the driving pipe to impact the surface of the driving plate, so that the driving plate is impacted and drives the first sleeve to rotate, the rotating first sleeve drives the disinfection sponge arranged on the outer surface to rotate, the inner surface of the bottle instrument is further enhanced by being scraped by the disinfection sponge, and the inner surface of the bottle instrument is cleaned more thoroughly; with the rotation of the disinfection sponge, different parts of the outer surface of the disinfection sponge are in contact with the inner surface of the bottle instrument in turn to generate a scraping and cleaning effect, so that the situation that the part on the disinfection sponge close to the top is in contact with the inner surface of the bottle instrument for a long time, a large amount of stains are accumulated on the part on the disinfection sponge close to the top, and the cleaning effect of the disinfection sponge on the inner surface of the bottle instrument is influenced is avoided; when the part of the disinfection sponge close to the top is scraped with the inner surface of the bottle instrument, stains move to the disinfection sponge from the inner surface of the bottle instrument, and then when the part rotates along with the first sleeve and moves to the bottom; because the clearance between the bottom surface of the disinfection sponge and the inner surface of the bottle instrument is larger, the disinfection reagent flows out through the clearance between the bottom surface of the disinfection sponge and the inner surface of the bottle instrument in a centralized manner; therefore, the stains attached to the disinfection sponge which rotates to the bottom are brought to the outside under the flushing action of the flowing disinfection reagent, and the stains in the bottle-type instruments are further removed.
Preferably, a second annular groove is formed in a position, close to the top, in a gap between the surface of the first sleeve and the disinfection sponge, an annular air bag is arranged on the second annular groove, and the surface of the annular air bag is in contact with the disinfection sponge; the surface of the first sleeve is uniformly provided with a first groove at the position inside the annular air bag, the surface of the first annular groove is provided with a second groove at the position corresponding to the first groove, and the second groove is communicated with the inside of the fixed pipe.
When the device works, the first groove on the first sleeve rotates along with the first sleeve and is superposed with the second groove on the fixed tube, because the second groove is communicated with the inside of the fixed tube, and the sterilization reagent in the fixed tube slowly flows out due to the blocking effect of the first cover, so that the pressure in the fixed tube is higher; therefore, the sterilizing agent in the fixed pipe flows out through the second groove and the first groove and enters the annular air bag, so that the annular air bag is expanded due to the increase of the sterilizing agent in the annular air bag; along with the expansion of the annular air bag, the disinfection sponge contacted with the annular air bag is pressed and bent and deformed towards the direction close to the inner surface of the bottle type instrument, so that the surface of the disinfection sponge is more closely contacted with the inner surface of the bottle type instrument, and the stains attached to the inner surface of the bottle type instrument are more thoroughly removed; in addition, the disinfection sponge can smoothly enter the interior through the bottle mouth part of the bottle instrument when not deformed, after the disinfection sponge is deformed by expanding and extruding the annular air bag, the diameter of the deformed part of the disinfection sponge is increased, and when the bottle instrument has the tendency of being separated from the fixed pipe under the vibration action, the bottle mouth part of the bottle instrument is blocked by the deformed part of the disinfection sponge, so that the bottle instrument is prevented from being separated from the fixed pipe under the vibration action and being damaged due to collision.
Preferably, a group of annular protruding parts are uniformly arranged on the side wall of the annular air bag, the section of each annular protruding part is conical, and the annular protruding parts are hollow and communicated with the inside of the annular air bag.
When the bottle-type disinfection device works, when the interior of the annular air bag is compressed and expanded due to the accumulation of the disinfection reagent, the disinfection reagent in the annular air bag enters the annular protruding part and expands the annular protruding part, so that the end part of the annular protruding part moves along with the expansion and deformation of the annular air bag and extrudes the disinfection sponge, and the disinfection sponge is compressed and is in closer contact with the inner surface of a bottle-type instrument; because the section of the annular protrusion part is conical, the pressure of the disinfection sponge on the part, corresponding to the end part of the annular protrusion part, on the inner surface of the bottle instrument is concentrated, and along with the pressurized vibration of the bottle instrument, the scraping effect on the part, close to the end part of the annular protrusion part, on the inner surface of the bottle instrument is enhanced, and the stains adhered tightly on the inner surface of the bottle instrument are also removed; in addition, the annular protruding part extrudes the disinfection sponge to further deform, so that the expanded disinfection sponge is more difficult to pass through the bottle opening part of the bottle instrument, and the bottle instrument is further prevented from being separated from the fixed pipe.
Preferably, No. one the lid is the elasticity material, and No. one the lid is kept away from the surface of fixed pipe and is the arc and evenly be equipped with a set of elastic clean awl piece, just No. one the lid links firmly with fixed pipe tip.
When the device works, because the friction force between the deformed disinfection sponge and the bottle-type instruments is increased, the bottle-type instruments can synchronously rotate the first sleeve, so that the cleaning of the disinfection sponge on the inner surfaces of the bottle-type instruments is influenced; therefore, the cleaning conical block on the surface of the end part of the first cover is contacted with the inner surface of the bottom of the bottle instrument, so that on one hand, the friction force between the bottom of the bottle instrument and the first cover is increased, the bottle instrument and the first sleeve are not synchronous in rotation, the relative sliding between the inner surface of the bottle instrument and the surface of the disinfection sponge is ensured, and the inner surface of the bottle instrument is effectively cleaned; on the other hand, the relative sliding between the cleaning conical block and the inner surface of the bottom of the bottle-type instrument enables the inner surface of the bottom of the bottle-type instrument to be effectively cleaned, and further ensures that the inner surface of the bottle-type instrument is thoroughly cleaned.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the cleaning and disinfecting device for emergency pediatric nursing, the disinfection nozzles are uniformly arranged on the circular disinfection groove, so that the disinfection reagent is quickly filled in the annular chamber and sprayed out through the disinfection nozzles, and acts on different parts of the surface of the medical instrument from multiple angles, so that the medical instrument is more fully contacted with the disinfection reagent, and the disinfection treatment on the medical instrument is more thorough; and bottle class apparatus among the medical instrument receives the limiting displacement of fixed pipe, makes bottle class apparatus receive the fixed of disinfection sponge on the one hand, and on the other hand, bottle class apparatus takes place to vibrate and makes bottle class apparatus inside obtain effectual cleanness.
2. According to the cleaning and disinfecting device for emergency pediatric nursing, the driving plate is impacted and drives the first sleeve to rotate, the rotating first sleeve drives the disinfecting sponge arranged on the outer surface to rotate, so that the scraping of the disinfecting sponge on the inner surface of a bottle instrument is further enhanced, and the inner surface of the bottle instrument is cleaned more thoroughly; and with the rotation of the disinfection sponge, different parts of the outer surface of the disinfection sponge are contacted with the inner surface of the bottle type instrument in turn to generate a scraping and cleaning effect, and the stains in the bottle type instrument are further removed.

When the medical bottle is in operation, the medical apparatus is placed on the placing plate 31 in the disinfection groove 3, and the bottle apparatus is nested on the fixing tube 7, so that the end part of the fixing tube 7 extends into the bottle from the bottle opening of the bottle apparatus; subsequently, the cover 2 is closed, so that the inside of the disinfection tank 3 is approximately in a closed state; starting the water pump 521 on the liquid inlet pipe 52, so that the disinfectant inside the disinfectant bottle 54 is pumped into the liquid inlet pipe 52 by the water pump 521 and flows into the annular chamber 5 along the liquid inlet pipe 52; the disinfection reagent is sprayed out through the disinfection spray nozzle 51 after the annular chamber 5 is quickly filled with the disinfection reagent, and is uniformly sprayed on the medical instruments in the disinfection tank 3, so that the medical instruments in the disinfection tank 3 are fully contacted with the disinfection reagent and are subjected to disinfection treatment; moreover, as the section of the disinfection tank 3 is circular, the disinfection spray nozzles 51 are annularly arranged around the medical instrument, and the disinfection reagent sprayed by the disinfection spray nozzles 51 can contact different parts of the outer surface of the medical instrument from a plurality of angles, so that the medical instrument and the disinfection reagent are more fully contacted, the disinfection treatment on the medical instrument is more thorough, and the safety of the medical instrument in reuse is ensured; the bottle-type instruments in the medical instruments are limited by the fixing tube 7, and the bottle mouth parts of the bottle-type instruments are in contact with the disinfection sponge 71 to enable the disinfection sponge 71 to deform under pressure, so that the bottle-type instruments are fixed by the disinfection sponge 71; on the other hand, as the bottle-like instruments are impacted by the disinfection reagent sprayed by the disinfection spray nozzle 51, the bottle-like instruments vibrate and the inner surfaces and the bottle mouth parts of the bottle-like instruments are scraped by the disinfection sponge 71, so that the interiors of the bottle-like instruments are effectively cleaned, and meanwhile, the bottle-like instruments are prevented from rolling under the impact action of the disinfection reagent sprayed by the disinfection spray nozzle 51 and being damaged due to collision; the openings of the bottle instruments are often small, and a large amount of disinfection reagents sprayed from the outside are difficult to enter the bottle parts, so that the interiors of the bottle parts are difficult to be thoroughly disinfected; therefore, by making the end of the fixing tube 7 extend into the interior of the bottle-like part, a part of the sterilizing agent in the annular chamber 5 flows along the fixing tube 7 and is sprayed out through the second hole 721, so that the inner surface of the bottle-like part is fully contacted with the sterilizing agent; As an embodiment of the present invention, the end of the fixed pipe 7 is inclined upward, and the joint of the fixed pipe 7 and the annular plate 53 is deviated from the middle of the sterilizing spray head 51; the second holes 721 are concentrated on the outer surface of the first cover 72 close to the outer surface of the first tube 62, and the ends of the second holes 721 are inclined in the direction away from the outer surface of the first tube 62.
In operation, because the end of the fixed tube 7 is inclined upwards, when the bottle-like instrument is nested on the fixed tube 7, the bottle-like instrument is placed obliquely and is subjected to an oblique supporting force, and the oblique supporting force can be decomposed into a vertically upward component and a component horizontally pointing to the surface of the annular plate 53; a vertical upward component force enables the part of the inner surface of the bottle instrument, which is far away from the placing plate 31, to be in close contact with the disinfection sponge 71 on the outer surface of the fixing tube 7, and the disinfection sponge 71 vibrates under the impact of the disinfection reagent, so that the part of the inner surface of the bottle instrument, which is in contact with the disinfection sponge 71, is further scraped and cleaned more thoroughly; moreover, because the fixed tube 7 deviates from the middle part of the disinfection nozzle 51, when the bottle-type instruments on the fixed tube 7 are impacted by the disinfection reagent, the stress on the parts of the outer surfaces of the bottle-type instruments positioned at the two sides of the fixed tube 7 is uneven, so that the bottle-type instruments rotate around the fixed tube 7, different parts of the inner surfaces of the bottle-type instruments sequentially contact with the disinfection sponge 71 and are subjected to a cleaning action, and the inner surfaces of the bottle-type instruments are fully cleaned; in addition, because the end part of the second hole 721 inclines towards the direction far away from the outer surface of the first tube 62, the disinfection reagent sprayed out of the second hole 721 obliquely impacts the inner surface of the bottle-type instrument, on one hand, the dirt on the inner surface of the bottle-type instrument is impacted by the impact force in the direction close to the bottle opening under the impact of the disinfection reagent, and the dirt is separated from the inner surface of the bottle-type instrument and then flows out of the bottle opening along with the disinfection reagent; on the other hand, a component force far away from the end part of the fixing tube 7 can be decomposed from the impact force applied to the bottle-type instruments, so that the bottle-type instruments are further fixed, and the bottle-type instruments are prevented from falling off the fixing tube 7 and being damaged.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a first annular groove 73 is formed on an outer surface of the fixed pipe 7, a first sleeve 74 is embedded on the first annular groove 73, and the first sleeve 74 is in clearance fit with the first annular groove 73; a group of driving plates 741 are uniformly arranged on the outer surface of the first sleeve 74 close to the surface of the annular plate 53, a group of driving tubes 511 are uniformly arranged on the annular plate 53 close to the driving plates 741, and the ends of the driving tubes 511 point to the surface of the driving plates 741; the disinfection sponge 71 is fixed on the outer surface of the first sleeve 74.
When the bottle cleaning device works, a part of disinfection reagent in the annular chamber 5 is sprayed out of the driving pipe 511 to impact the surface of the driving plate 741, so that the driving plate 741 is impacted and drives the first sleeve 74 to rotate, the rotating first sleeve 74 drives the disinfection sponge 71 arranged on the outer surface to rotate, the inner surface of a bottle instrument is further enhanced by being scraped by the disinfection sponge 71, and the inner surface of the bottle instrument is cleaned more thoroughly; with the rotation of the disinfection sponge 71, different parts of the outer surface of the disinfection sponge 71 are in contact with the inner surface of the bottle instrument in turn to generate a scraping and cleaning effect, so that the situation that the part of the disinfection sponge 71 close to the top is in contact with the inner surface of the bottle instrument for a long time, a large amount of stains are accumulated on the part of the disinfection sponge 71 close to the top, and the cleaning effect of the disinfection sponge 71 on the inner surface of the bottle instrument is influenced; after the part of the disinfection sponge 71 close to the top scrapes the inner surface of the bottle-like instrument, stains move from the inner surface of the bottle-like instrument to the disinfection sponge 71, and then when the part rotates along with the first sleeve 74 and moves to the bottom; because the clearance between the bottom surface of the disinfection sponge 71 and the inner surface of the bottle-type instrument is larger, the disinfection reagent flows out concentratedly through the clearance between the bottom surface of the disinfection sponge 71 and the inner surface of the bottle-type instrument; therefore, the stains attached to the disinfection sponge 71 which is rotated to the bottom are brought to the outside under the flushing action of the flowing disinfection reagent, and the stains in the bottle-like instrument are further removed.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a second annular groove 742 is provided at a position close to the top in a gap between the surface of the first sleeve 74 and the disinfection sponge 71, an annular air bag 743 is provided on the second annular groove 742, and the surface of the annular air bag 743 contacts with the disinfection sponge 71; the first groove 744 is uniformly arranged on the surface of the first sleeve 74 in the annular air bag 743, the second groove 731 is arranged on the surface of the first annular groove 73 corresponding to the first groove 744, and the second groove 731 is communicated with the inside of the fixed pipe 7.
During operation, the first slot 744 on the first sleeve 74 rotates along with the first sleeve 74 and coincides with the second slot 731 on the fixed tube 7, because the second slot 731 is communicated with the inside of the fixed tube 7, and the sterilization reagent in the fixed tube 7 flows out slowly due to the blocking effect of the first cover 72, so that the pressure in the fixed tube 7 is higher; therefore, the sterilizing agent inside the fixed tube 7 flows out through the second-size groove 731 and the first-size groove 744 and enters the inside of the annular balloon 743, so that the annular balloon 743 is inflated by the increase of the sterilizing agent inside; along with the expansion of the annular air bag 743, the disinfection sponge 71 which is in contact with the annular air bag 743 is pressed and bends and deforms towards the direction close to the inner surface of the bottle-type instrument, so that the surface of the disinfection sponge 71 is in closer contact with the inner surface of the bottle-type instrument, and stains attached to the inner surface of the bottle-type instrument are removed more thoroughly; in addition, the disinfection sponge 71 can smoothly enter the interior through the bottle mouth part of the bottle-type instrument when the disinfection sponge 71 is not deformed, when the annular air bag 743 expands to extrude the disinfection sponge 71 to deform, the diameter of the deformed part of the disinfection sponge 71 is increased, and when the bottle-type instrument tends to be separated from the fixed pipe 7 under the vibration action, the bottle mouth part of the bottle-type instrument is blocked by the deformed part of the disinfection sponge 71, so that the bottle-type instrument is prevented from being separated from the fixed pipe 7 under the vibration action and being damaged due to collision.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a set of annular protrusions 745 is uniformly formed on the sidewall of the annular air bag 743, the cross section of the annular protrusions 745 is tapered, and the annular protrusions 745 are hollow and communicate with the interior of the annular air bag 743.
In operation, when the interior of the annular air bag 743 is pressurized and expanded due to the accumulation of the disinfection reagent, the disinfection reagent in the interior of the annular air bag 743 enters the annular protrusion 745 and expands the annular protrusion 745, so that the end of the annular protrusion 745 moves along with the expansion deformation of the annular air bag 743 and presses the disinfection sponge 71, and the disinfection sponge 71 is pressurized and contacts with the inner surface of a bottle-like instrument more tightly; because the section of the annular protrusion 745 is conical, the pressure of the disinfection sponge 71 on the inner surface of the bottle-like instrument corresponding to the end of the annular protrusion 745 is concentrated, and along with the pressurized vibration of the bottle-like instrument, the scraping effect on the inner surface of the bottle-like instrument close to the end of the annular protrusion 745 is enhanced, and the stains which are attached more tightly on the inner surface of the bottle-like instrument are removed; in addition, the annular protrusion 745 presses the disinfection sponge 71 to deform further, so that the expanded disinfection sponge 71 is more difficult to pass through the bottle opening part of the bottle-like instrument, and the bottle-like instrument is further prevented from being separated from the fixed tube 7.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the first cover 72 is made of an elastic material, the surface of the first cover 72 away from the fixed tube 7 is arc-shaped and uniformly provided with a group of elastic cleaning cone blocks 722, and the first cover 72 is fixedly connected with the end portion of the fixed tube 7.
During operation, because the friction between the deformed disinfection sponge 71 and the bottle-like instruments is increased, the bottle-like instruments may rotate synchronously with the first sleeve 74, thereby affecting the cleaning of the disinfection sponge 71 on the inner surfaces of the bottle-like instruments; therefore, the cleaning conical block 722 on the end surface of the first cover 72 is in contact with the inner surface of the bottom of the bottle-like instrument, so that on one hand, the friction force between the bottom of the bottle-like instrument and the first cover 72 is increased, the bottle-like instrument and the first sleeve 74 are not synchronous in rotation, the relative sliding between the inner surface of the bottle-like instrument and the surface of the disinfection sponge 71 is ensured, and the inner surface of the bottle-like instrument is effectively cleaned; on the other hand, the relative sliding between the cleaning cone block 722 and the inner surface of the bottom of the bottle-like instrument enables the inner surface of the bottom of the bottle-like instrument to be effectively cleaned, and further ensures that the inner surface of the bottle-like instrument is thoroughly cleaned.
The specific working process is as follows:
placing the medical apparatus on the placing plate 31 in the disinfection groove 3, and nesting the bottle-like apparatus on the fixing tube 7, so that the end part of the fixing tube 7 extends into the bottle-like apparatus from the bottle opening; subsequently, the cover 2 is closed, so that the inside of the disinfection tank 3 is approximately in a closed state; starting the water pump 521 on the liquid inlet pipe 52, so that the disinfectant inside the disinfectant bottle 54 is pumped into the liquid inlet pipe 52 by the water pump 521 and flows into the annular chamber 5 along the liquid inlet pipe 52; the disinfection reagent is sprayed out through the disinfection spray nozzle 51 after the annular chamber 5 is quickly filled with the disinfection reagent, and is uniformly sprayed on the medical instruments in the disinfection tank 3, so that the medical instruments in the disinfection tank 3 are fully contacted with the disinfection reagent and are subjected to disinfection treatment; moreover, as the section of the disinfection tank 3 is circular, the disinfection spray nozzles 51 are annularly arranged around the medical instrument, and the disinfection reagent sprayed by the disinfection spray nozzles 51 can contact different parts of the outer surface of the medical instrument from a plurality of angles, so that the medical instrument and the disinfection reagent are more fully contacted, the disinfection treatment on the medical instrument is more thorough, and the safety of the medical instrument in reuse is ensured; the bottle-type instruments in the medical instruments are limited by the fixing tube 7, and the bottle mouth parts of the bottle-type instruments are in contact with the disinfection sponge 71 to enable the disinfection sponge 71 to deform under pressure, so that the bottle-type instruments are fixed by the disinfection sponge 71; on the other hand, as the bottle-like instruments are impacted by the disinfection reagent sprayed by the disinfection spray nozzle 51, the bottle-like instruments vibrate and the inner surfaces and the bottle mouth parts of the bottle-like instruments are scraped by the disinfection sponge 71, so that the interiors of the bottle-like instruments are effectively cleaned, and meanwhile, the bottle-like instruments are prevented from rolling under the impact action of the disinfection reagent sprayed by the disinfection spray nozzle 51 and being damaged due to collision; the openings of the bottle instruments are often small, and a large amount of disinfection reagents sprayed from the outside are difficult to enter the bottle parts, so that the interiors of the bottle parts are difficult to be thoroughly disinfected; therefore, by making the end of the fixing tube 7 extend into the interior of the bottle-like part, a part of the sterilizing agent in the annular chamber 5 flows along the fixing tube 7 and is sprayed out through the second hole 721, so that the inner surface of the bottle-like part is fully contacted with the sterilizing agent; and a part of the disinfection reagent sprayed from the second hole 721 is in contact with the disinfection sponge 71 to moisten the disinfection sponge 71, so that when the disinfection sponge 71 is in contact with the inner surface of the bottle-type apparatus, stains attached to the inner surface of the bottle-type apparatus are removed more thoroughly; with the accumulation of the disinfection reagent in the bottle type instruments and the outflow of the disinfection reagent through the gap between the disinfection sponge 71 and the bottle mouth parts of the bottle type instruments, stains in the bottle type instruments are also taken out, and the cleanness of the interiors of the bottle type parts is further ensured; the sterilization reagent flows out of the first hole 311 and enters the recovery chamber 6 after acting on the medical instrument, when the sterilization reagent in the sterilization bottle 54 is excessively consumed, the sterilization reagent in the recovery chamber 6 can be pumped out through the first pipe 62, the pumped sterilization reagent is filtered by the purification filter screen 61, and can be replenished into the sterilization bottle 54 for recycling after being purified and detected to be qualified outside, so that the utilization efficiency of the sterilization reagent is improved; after cleaning and disinfection are finished, the purification filter screen 61 on the first tube 62 is removed, the disinfection reagent in the recovery chamber 6 is fully extracted through the first tube 62, then the medical instrument is dried, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 4 is started, the medical instrument is fully disinfected and sterilized, and the safety of the disinfected medical instrument is ensured; the waterproof cover on the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 4 can prevent the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 4 from being damaged due to the water vapor possibly remaining in the disinfection tank 3; a part of the sterilizing reagent in the annular chamber 5 is sprayed out of the driving pipe 511 to impact the surface of the driving plate 741, so that the driving plate 741 is impacted and drives the first sleeve 74 to rotate, the rotating first sleeve 74 drives the sterilizing sponge 71 arranged on the outer surface to rotate, the inner surface of the bottle-type instrument is further enhanced by being scraped by the sterilizing sponge 71, and the inner surface of the bottle-type instrument is cleaned more thoroughly; with the rotation of the disinfection sponge 71, different parts of the outer surface of the disinfection sponge 71 are in contact with the inner surface of the bottle instrument in turn to generate a scraping and cleaning effect, so that the situation that the part of the disinfection sponge 71 close to the top is in contact with the inner surface of the bottle instrument for a long time, a large amount of stains are accumulated on the part of the disinfection sponge 71 close to the top, and the cleaning effect of the disinfection sponge 71 on the inner surface of the bottle instrument is influenced; after the part of the disinfection sponge 71 close to the top scrapes the inner surface of the bottle-like instrument, stains move from the inner surface of the bottle-like instrument to the disinfection sponge 71, and then when the part rotates along with the first sleeve 74 and moves to the bottom; because the clearance between the bottom surface of the disinfection sponge 71 and the inner surface of the bottle-type instrument is larger, the disinfection reagent flows out concentratedly through the clearance between the bottom surface of the disinfection sponge 71 and the inner surface of the bottle-type instrument; therefore, the stains attached to the disinfection sponge 71 which rotates to the bottom are brought to the outside under the flushing action of the flowing disinfection reagent, and the stains in the bottle-type instruments are further removed; the first groove 744 on the first sleeve 74 rotates along with the first sleeve 74 and coincides with the second groove 731 on the fixed tube 7, because the second groove 731 is communicated with the inside of the fixed tube 7, and the sterilization reagent in the fixed tube 7 flows out slowly due to the blocking effect of the first cover 72, so that the pressure in the fixed tube 7 is higher; therefore, the sterilizing agent inside the fixed tube 7 flows out through the second-size groove 731 and the first-size groove 744 and enters the inside of the annular balloon 743, so that the annular balloon 743 is inflated by the increase of the sterilizing agent inside; along with the expansion of the annular air bag 743, the disinfection sponge 71 which is in contact with the annular air bag 743 is pressed and bends and deforms towards the direction close to the inner surface of the bottle-type instrument, so that the surface of the disinfection sponge 71 is in closer contact with the inner surface of the bottle-type instrument, and stains attached to the inner surface of the bottle-type instrument are removed more thoroughly; in addition, the disinfection sponge 71 can smoothly enter the interior through the bottle mouth part of the bottle-type instrument when the disinfection sponge 71 is not deformed, when the annular air bag 743 expands to extrude the disinfection sponge 71 to deform, the diameter of the deformed part of the disinfection sponge 71 is increased, and when the bottle-type instrument tends to be separated from the fixed pipe 7 under the vibration action, the bottle mouth part of the bottle-type instrument is blocked by the deformed part of the disinfection sponge 71, so that the bottle-type instrument is prevented from being separated from the fixed pipe 7 under the vibration action and being damaged due to collision.
