A surgical debridement protection device according to claim 4, characterized in that: the protection assembly (400) further comprises first through grooves (405) which are formed in each first frame (403) and open towards the center line of the third hollow pipe (104), arc-shaped second through grooves (406) are formed in the second frame (404), two ends of each second through groove (406) are respectively communicated with the adjacent first through groove (405), at least three air outlet holes (407) with downward openings are formed in the lower side walls of the first through grooves (405) and the second through grooves (406) at equal intervals, when the protection assembly (400) rotates for 180 degrees, the first through grooves (405) can be communicated with the fourth hollow pipe (206), and meanwhile, a part of the collection box (301) is located on the lower side of the protection assembly (400).
