In the technical scheme, at least one pair of fourth motors 8 are matched to drive the slide way 7 to move in the vertical direction, the sandwich plate 9 is connected with the slide way 7 in a sliding manner and can slide into or out of the slide way 7, when the sandwich plate slides into the slide way 7, the plurality of material guide holes 90 of the sandwich plate 9 correspond to the square grooves 21 one by one, the corresponding material guide holes 90 are coaxially arranged with the square grooves 21, the bottom end of each material guide pipe 91 is respectively connected with a pair of connecting plates, when no external force acts, the pair of connecting plates are horizontally and oppositely arranged, the projection of the pair of connecting plates on the horizontal plane covers the projection of the square grooves 21 on the horizontal plane, namely, the size of the pair of connecting plates meets the requirement that the square grooves 21 are abutted and opened; in the using process, the method comprises the following steps:
step one, synchronizing steps S1-S3;
sliding into a sandwich plate 9, and vertically placing nuts to be clamped into each material guide hole 90 of the sandwich plate 9;

step four, the date poking rod 3 of the kernel removing part moves downwards to sequentially pass through the corresponding guide hole 90, the square groove 21 and the through hole 20 to be contacted with the corresponding nuts at the top end of the red dates, and moves downwards continuously to press the nuts into the kernel removing jujubes so as to plug the nuts; by adopting the scheme, the kernel is accurately plugged by matching with the kernel removing part through the arrangement of the material guide holes 90 on the sandwich plate 9.
In another technical scheme, the square groove 21 comprises a hollow quadrangular guide upper part and an inverted quadrangular frustum pyramid shaped lower part which are communicated up and down. By adopting the scheme, one edge of the upper part of the hollow quadrangular material guide is arranged along the width direction of the chain type conveying part 1, so that the material guide is completed while the corresponding function is realized.
In another technical scheme, each side of the support frame 6 is matched with the slide way 7 to be provided with a slide groove, and one side of the slide way 7, which is close to the support frame 6, is provided with a slide block. By adopting the scheme, the cross section of the sliding chute is in an arc shape and a convex shape which are larger than a semicircle, so that the sliding chute 7 can be positioned and slid.
In another technical scheme, the device further comprises a nut feeder used for conveying nuts into the material guide holes 90 of the sandwich plate, namely, conveying materials into the taken sandwich plate, wherein the nut feeder is structurally the same as the date nut feeder, the taken sandwich plate is supported by a support and is matched with the nut feeder to realize feeding, and the support of the sandwich plate can be a sliding support so that the nut feeder is fixedly arranged. By adopting the scheme, on the basis of manual discharging, the discharging mode is improved, and the discharging efficiency is improved.
Example 1
A milk jujube production method comprises the following steps:
step one, preparation of sandwich jujube:
red dates are placed into each date containing hole 11 of the upstream group through the red date feeder;
starting the chain type conveying part 1 to work, shifting the red dates in the upstream group to the red dates in the downstream group, and removing the cores;
vertically placing nuts to be clamped into each material guide hole 90 of the sandwich plate 9 through a nut feeder;
the nut is slid into the sandwich plate 9 to realize the accurate plugging of the nut;
starting the chain type conveying part 1 to work, and collecting the sandwich jujubes at the tail end of the chain type conveying part 1;
and step two, wrapping the milk powder around the sandwich jujube by using a powder wrapping mechanism, then removing the powder, rounding and packaging to obtain the milk jujube.
The number of apparatuses and the scale of the process described herein are intended to simplify the description of the present invention. The application, modification and variation of the milk jujube production device and the milk jujube production method of the invention are obvious to those skilled in the art.

Claims (9)

1. The milk jujube production device is characterized by comprising a chain type conveying part, a baffle penetrating through the chain type conveying part and a denucleation part, wherein the chain type conveying part, the baffle penetrating through the chain type conveying part and the denucleation part are sequentially arranged from bottom to top;
each date poking rod is correspondingly provided with a perforation and a date containing hole along the vertical direction, the perforation is set to enable the date poking rod to penetrate through but not enable the red dates to penetrate through, and the distance between the baffle and the chain type conveying part is smaller than the height of the red dates;
the top end of each through hole is upwards expanded and extended to form a square groove, and the top ends of the two sides of the square groove along the conveying direction are respectively formed by vertical plates; still include sandwich mechanism, it includes:
the supporting frame is erected above the chain type conveying part;
the pair of slide ways are respectively vertically arranged on two sides of the support frame along the conveying direction in a sliding manner;
each pair of motors is respectively arranged at two sides of the support frame along the conveying direction, and the output ends of the motors are respectively connected with the slide ways at the corresponding sides and used for driving the slide ways to vertically slide;
the clamp core plate slides in/out of the pair of slide ways, the clamp core plate vertically penetrates through a plurality of material guide holes, a material guide pipe extends from the bottom end of each material guide hole, two sides of the bottom end of each material guide pipe along the conveying direction are respectively connected with the sealing plates through torsion springs, when no external force acts, the pair of sealing plates are horizontally butted and sealed with the bottom ends of the material guide pipes, the height of the material guide holes matched with the material guide pipes is set to accommodate nuts to be clamped, when the clamp core plate slides into the pair of slide ways, the clamp core plate is positioned between the material guide plates and the square grooves, the material guide holes correspond to the square grooves one by one, and the fourth motor drives the pair of slide ways to slide downwards so that the top ends of the square grooves abut against the corresponding sealing plates, and then each pair of sealing plates deviates from the inclination to open the corresponding material guide pipes;
starting the chain type conveying part to work, and collecting the sandwich jujubes at the tail end of the chain type conveying part;
and wrapping the milk powder around the sandwich jujube by using a powder wrapping mechanism, then removing the powder, rounding and packaging to obtain the milk jujube.
2. The milk jujube production device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the jujube containing hole comprises a groove for containing the jujube, an inverted truncated cone-shaped extension groove provided at the bottom end of the groove, and the top end of the extension groove is arranged to pass through a jujube poking rod.
3. The milk jujube production apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a barrier is circumferentially arranged around the top end of the bottom plate, and one side of the barrier is arranged to be opened/closed.
4. The milk jujube production device as claimed in claim 2, wherein a plurality of solid coring rods are vertically connected below the top plate, when the bottom plate is contracted upwards to the highest, the coring rods penetrate through the jujube poking rods in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the heights of the bottom ends of the coring rods are lower than that of the bottom ends of the jujube poking rods.

The device for producing milk jujubes according to claim 4, wherein the coring portion further comprises an upper plate located between the bottom plate and the top plate, a plurality of solid coring rods are disposed below the upper plate, and at least one second motor is fixedly connected to the top plate for driving the upper plate to move up and down, wherein when the bottom plate is contracted upward to the highest position and the upper plate is moved downward to the lowest position, the bottom of the coring rod is lower than the bottom of the coring rod.
6. The milk jujube production device according to any one of claims 4 to 5, further comprising a material guide plate, which is disposed above the baffle plate and is inclined along the width direction of the chain, wherein the material guide plate is provided with through holes for allowing the jujube poking rods to pass through one by one, the through holes spaced along the width direction of the chain define a row of through holes, the material guide plate is provided with a material guide groove downstream of each row of through holes along the conveying direction, and the material guide groove is inclined along the width direction of the chain;
the coring portion further includes:
the top plate is arranged at the bottom end of the sliding plate in a sliding manner along the conveying direction;
and the output end of the third motor is connected with the top plate and is used for driving the top plate to slide along the conveying direction, so that the date poking rods are selectively positioned above the through holes or above the material guide grooves in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
7. The device for producing milk jujube according to claim 1, wherein the square groove comprises a hollow quadrangular guide upper part and an inverted quadrangular frustum pyramid-shaped lower part which are communicated with each other from top to bottom.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising a nut feeder for feeding nuts into the guiding holes of the sandwich panel.
9. A milk jujube production method characterized by performing an operation using a machine including the milk jujube production apparatus according to claim 8.
