11. An enhanced authentication system for license plate payments, the system comprising:
the enhanced authentication device is used for encrypting the TOKEN, the local time parameter and the serial number string code together to generate a character string and converting the character string into a secondary verification image;
the license plate payment device is used for acquiring a license plate number and acquiring a secondary verification image for verifying license plate payment; analyzing the dynamic verification image to obtain a verification code character string; sending the license plate number and the verification code character string to a payment authentication device for verification; receiving a verification result, and determining whether to pay according to the verification result;
the license plate payment authentication device is used for receiving a license plate number and a verification code character string; acquiring a TOKEN and a serial number corresponding to the license plate number from a local database; taking the current time as a reference, and acquiring M time values before and after the current time according to the time step; encrypting the M time values with the acquired Token and serial number string codes respectively to generate M character strings; comparing the M character strings with the verification code character strings respectively, if one character string is the same as the verification code character string, passing the payment verification, otherwise, failing to pass the payment verification; and then sending the verification result to a license plate payment device.
