Background
The dialysis paper is mostly used for packaging medical instruments, and usually, dialysis base paper is obtained and then coated, and then the paper-plastic bag is made of the dialysis base paper and a plastic film. The dialysis paper has certain strength requirement as medical packaging paper, and has better bacterium-resisting effect, the traditional dialysis paper is processed by a fourdrinier paper machine and a rotary screen paper machine in the production process, and detection shows that the dialysis paper manufactured by the fourdrinier paper machine and the rotary screen paper machine is not strong enough and not good enough in quality, so that the existing production process and production equipment of the dialysis paper are required to be improved.
In recent years, with the continuous development and progress of the medical industry and the increasing emphasis on health and hygiene of people, the quality requirement of the market on the dialyzing paper is higher and higher, and the requirements of various aspects such as physical indexes, performance and the like of the dialyzing paper are higher than those of the common medical packaging base paper, such as strength, pore diameter, air permeability, elasticity and the like; meanwhile, the requirements on bacteria resistance, heat sealability, air permeability, stripping effect and the like are higher.
Prior art for example application publication No. CN 104099805 a discloses a medical dialysis paper; the paper base layer contains broad leaf wood and softwood raw materials, and the coating layer contains ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyacrylamide, barium stearate, hydrogenated rosin, glycidyl versatate, tert-butyl hydroquinone, erucyl amide and o-phenyl benzoate; the prepared paper substrate has better air permeability. Application publication No. CN 109853297A discloses medical dialysis base paper and a production method thereof; the method comprises the steps of adopting a bleached chemical softwood pulp board and a bleached chemical hardwood pulp board as raw materials; respectively crushing and pulping bleached chemical softwood pulp boards and bleached chemical hardwood pulp boards for later use; mixing the pulp in a pulp blending tank according to a proportion, adding a sizing agent and a wet strength agent, stirring, and then feeding the pulp to a papermaking forebay for later use; the pulp is made into qualified finished products through procedures of size mixing box, fan pump, conical slag remover, pressure screen wire-feeding part for papermaking and forming, squeezing part for dewatering, front drying part drying, surface sizing, back drying part drying, soft calender finishing, paper winder, rewinder and the like.
