A copper-silver series plastic film plastic bag strip for disinfection and sterilization and a production method and application thereof are characterized by comprising the following steps: the copper sterilizing agent is formed by one or more of simple substance copper, copper oxide, cuprous oxide and copper salt nano powder or particles, 1.8-40% by weight of the copper sterilizing agent is correspondingly doped into 93-40% by weight of polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride or polyvinylidene chloride or polypropylene nano powder or master batch, 5-10% by weight of compatilizer, 0.1-6% by weight of dispersing agent and 0.1-4% by weight of antioxidant are added, the sum of the raw materials is 100%, the mixture is put into a high-speed mixer to be mixed for 2-10 minutes, the mixture is put into a melting screw extruder, the processing temperature is 160-320 ℃, the rotating speed of the screw is 180-800 r/min, and uniformly dispersed high-compatibility and mutually-adhesion copper sterilizing polymer melts are respectively formed by melting, the melt index is 0.8-40g/10min, and the melt is melted to form copper series sterilized polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride or polypropylene melt which is dispersed uniformly, highly compatible and mutually adhered, and the copper series sterilized plastic film or copper series sterilized plastic tube with 5-200 g is prepared by extruding, high-temperature high-pressure extruding, cooling and rolling the film nozzle, and the copper series sterilized plastic film or copper series sterilized plastic bag strip is prepared by cutting the copper series sterilized plastic film or copper series sterilized plastic tube with 5-200 g.

The copper-silver series plastic bag strip for sterilization and disinfection and the production method and the application thereof according to claim 1 are characterized in that: the copper-silver sterilizing agent is composed of one or more of simple substance copper, copper oxide, cuprous oxide, copper salt and glass silver-loaded hydroxyl zirconium sodium phosphate nano powder or particles containing silver ions, the copper-silver sterilizing agent with the weight percentage of 1.8% -40% is correspondingly doped into the polymer nano powder or master batch with the weight percentage of 93% -40%, 5% -10% of compatilizer, 0.1% -6% of dispersing agent and 0.1% -4% of antioxidant are added, the sum of the raw materials is 100%, the mixture is put into a high-speed mixer to be mixed for 2-10 minutes, the mixture is put into a melting screw extruder, the processing temperature is 160 ℃ -320 ℃, the rotating speed of the screw is 180 rpm-800 rpm, and the mixture is melted to respectively form copper-silver sterilizing polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride or polyvinylidene chloride or polypropylene melt with uniform dispersion, high compatibility and mutual adhesion, the method comprises the steps of respectively preparing 5-200 g of copper-silver series disinfection and sterilization plastic films or 5-200 g of copper series disinfection and sterilization plastic cylinders by adopting a film nozzle through extrusion, high-temperature high-pressure film extrusion, cooling and rolling, and cutting to prepare copper-silver series disinfection and sterilization plastic film products or copper series disinfection and sterilization plastic bag strips.
