The huge surface area between the fillers promotes the fusion between air and water molecules, which is beneficial to the diffusion of oxygen in the air to water and accelerates the oxidation speed. Finally, the sulfide in the water is fully reacted with oxygen in the filler to be converted into non-toxic thiosulfate or sulfate.
Compared with the existing equipment, the whole reaction process saves 25-30%, and improves the desulfurization efficiency.
S3), after the sewage subjected to oxidation reaction enters a sequencing batch biofilm reactor 5, the reaction period of the sequencing batch biofilm reactor 5 is 6 hours, wherein water is fed and aerated for 2 hours, single aeration is carried out for 1.5 hours, sedimentation is carried out for 1.5 hours, and water is drained for 1 hour. When the periodic water quantity and the water quality load change greatly, the periodic time and the operation time of each section can be adjusted according to the actual operation effect.
S4) the treated wastewater discharged from the sequencing batch biofilm reactor 5 enters a clean water basin 6 for disinfection, and after the disinfection is finished, water resources are recycled.
S6) the sludge periodically discharged from the sequencing batch biofilm reactor 5 enters an air floatation treatment device 7, the sludge is separated and then enters a sludge sedimentation tank 8, the sludge is dewatered by a filter pressing device 9 after sedimentation is finished, and the treated sludge cake is transported out for recycling treatment.
In some embodiments, the sequencing batchDissolved oxygen in the biomembrane reactor 5 is 2 mg/L-5 mg/L, and the volume load is optimally 0.4kg COD/(m)3D), MLSS is optimally employed at 2000 mg/L. Arranging high-efficiency combined filler in the reaction tank, performing blast aeration, optimally adopting a ratio of air to water of 20: 1, and adopting a carbamic acid polymer microporous rubber membrane aeration head; the rotary water decanter is used for draining water in the sequencing batch biofilm reactor 5, and the optimal water discharge load of the effluent weir is 10L/(m.s).
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A sulfur-containing sewage treatment system is characterized by comprising an anaerobic generator, an air oxidation processor, a sequencing batch biofilm reactor and a clean water tank which are connected in sequence; the anaerobic generator is provided with a first water inlet for pumping in overhaul wastewater of a natural gas water purification plant; the air oxidation processor is provided with a second water inlet for pumping the production sewage and the domestic sewage.
2. The sulfur-containing wastewater treatment system according to claim 1, wherein a water supply pipeline is provided between said anaerobic generator and said air oxidation processor; and the production sewage and/or the domestic sewage are mixed with the overhaul wastewater of the natural gas water purification plant in the water supply pipeline and then enter the air oxidation processor.
3. The sulfur-containing wastewater treatment system according to claim 1, wherein a wastewater tank is further provided, and the production wastewater and/or the domestic wastewater is pumped into the air oxidation treatment unit after passing through the wastewater tank;
the sewage tank is provided with a water inlet, and the water inlet is provided with an impeller and a sewage filtering device; the production sewage and/or the domestic sewage enter a sewage filtering device after passing through an impeller; the water outlet direction of the impeller is tangential to the surface of a filter screen of the sewage filtering device or forms an acute angle not greater than 60 degrees.

The sulfur-containing sewage treatment system of claim 1, wherein the air oxidation processor comprises a tower body, and a water inlet and distribution device, an air aeration device, a filler fixing tray and a second water outlet arranged on the tower body, which are arranged in the tower body from bottom to top in sequence.
5. The sulfur-containing wastewater treatment system according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of air aeration devices and filler-fixed trays are provided;
the plurality of packing fixing tower trays are arranged above the water inlet and distribution device in parallel, and gaps are formed between the adjacent packing fixing tower trays;
the air aeration devices are arranged above the water inlet and distribution device in parallel, and the air aeration device at the lowest part is positioned between the water inlet and distribution device and the filler fixing tower tray; the air aeration devices and the packing fixed trays are alternately arranged.
6. The sulfur-containing wastewater treatment system of claim 1, further comprising a wastewater conditioning tank in communication with said anaerobic generator; and the overhaul wastewater of the natural gas water purification plant enters the anaerobic generator after being regulated by the wastewater regulating tank.
7. The sulfur-containing wastewater treatment system of claim 1, further comprising a sludge treatment mechanism in communication with the sequencing batch biofilm reactor.
8. The sulfur-containing sewage treatment system of claim 7, wherein the sludge treatment mechanism comprises an air flotation treatment device, a sludge settling tank and a pressure filtration device which are sequentially communicated, and the air flotation treatment device is communicated with a sludge outlet of the sequencing batch biofilm reactor;
the air floatation treatment device is provided with a drain outlet and a water outlet overflow port, the drain outlet is connected with the sludge settling tank, and the water outlet overflow port is communicated with the clean water tank.
9. A treatment process of a sulfur-containing sewage treatment system is characterized in that the system of any one of claims 1 to 8 is adopted, overhaul wastewater of a natural gas water purification plant is pumped into the anaerobic generator, is subjected to anaerobic treatment, is mixed with domestic sewage and/or production sewage, sequentially undergoes oxidation treatment by an air oxidation processor and denitrification and desulfurization by a sequencing batch biofilm reactor, enters a water purification tank, and is discharged after water purification and disinfection.
10. The process of claim 9, wherein the hydraulic retention time in the sequencing batch biofilm reactor is 6 hours and the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the sequencing batch biofilm reactor is 2mg/L to 5 mg/L.
