a plurality of chairs are arranged in the middle of the office area; the plurality of file cabinets are arranged on the surface of a partition wall of an office area along the length direction of the carriage;
the water dispenser is positioned at one corner of an office area.
6. An office railway car according to claim 1, wherein:
the living area comprises a rest room and a washing room, and the rest room and the washing room are both arranged on the same side of the carriage;
the living area is provided with a corridor, and the corridor is separated from the rest room and the washing room by a partition wall and a horizontally opened door;
the rest room is provided with a bed, a wardrobe, a writing desk and a television;
the washing room is provided with a wash basin, an electric water heater, a shower and a washing machine.
7. An office railway car according to claim 1, wherein:
the satellite receiving antenna is arranged on the roof of one end of the carriage, an antenna cover mounting flange is welded on the outer side of the roof plate of the carriage, an antenna cover is arranged, and an antenna receiver is arranged in the carriage.

the power supply device is arranged in the carriage and is connected with electric equipment of the equipment area, the meeting area, the office area and the living area through wires;
and a water supply device is arranged below the carriage vehicle bottom plate and is connected with a meeting area and a washing room of the carriage through pipelines.

the air conditioner comprises an equipment area, a meeting area, an office area and a rest room, and is characterized in that wall-mounted air conditioners are arranged in the equipment area, the meeting area, the office area and the rest room, an air conditioner external unit of each wall-mounted air conditioner is arranged under a vehicle, and an air conditioner pipe on the air conditioner external unit is arranged in a side wall interlayer and connected with an indoor wall-mounted air conditioner.

a suspended ceiling is arranged at the top of the meeting area of the carriage;
the suspended ceiling comprises two side top plates, the two side top plates are L-shaped, and the vertical edges of the two side top plates are respectively fixedly connected to the side walls of the carriage and extend along the length direction of the carriage;
the horizontal edges of the two side top plates are respectively provided with a first cushion block, and a bracket extending towards the central axis of the carriage is fixedly connected between the first cushion blocks and the upper surfaces of the horizontal edges;
the first cushion block is provided with a connecting plate, one end of the connecting plate is vertically connected to the first cushion block, the other end of the connecting plate is fixedly connected to the roof, and the connecting plates are distributed on the suspended ceiling at intervals;
a connecting piece is arranged at an internal corner between the connecting plate and the first cushion block, one side of the connecting piece is fixedly connected to the connecting plate, and the other side of the connecting piece is fixedly connected to the first cushion block;
a middle top plate is arranged between the two side top plates, is a U-shaped part with a downward opening and extends along the length direction of the carriage;
two side wings of the middle top plate are fixedly connected to the connecting plate through second cushion blocks;
the extending end part of the support is fixedly connected with a lampshade extending along the length direction of the carriage, the horizontal section of the lampshade is fixedly connected to the support, the vertical section of the lampshade is tilted upwards, and the extending direction of the vertical section is perpendicular to the extending direction of the horizontal section;
and a third cushion block is arranged in the lampshade, and a lamp belt is paved on the third cushion block.
