The heat insulation cover body 1.3 is close to the EGP and extends to wrap the exposed heat insulation cotton; the heat insulation material is tightly attached to the surface of the protective plate, and no gap exists between the heat insulation material and the protective plate. In order to improve the universality of the heat insulation structure, the layer number of the heat insulation cotton of the heat insulation material can be increased to improve the heat insulation effect, and the heat insulation effect that the heat insulation structure in one state is used for various EGPs is achieved.
