Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heat-insulating storage tanks, in particular to a supporting device and a tank body provided with the same.
Background
Insulated storage tanks are widely used in a variety of fields as containers for storing cryogenic liquids. For example, in the field of liquefied natural gas (Liquified natural gas, abbreviated as LNG) storage, LNG on-board bottles are commonly used as fuel tanks for LNG vehicles, and in such containers, liquefied natural gas is stored in a liquid state after being subjected to a low temperature treatment. Because of the high temperature control requirements of LNG during storage, transportation, use, etc., containers for storing LNG are typically designed as double-layer vacuum insulation structures, such as LNG on-board bottles. The double-layer LNG vehicle-mounted bottle mainly comprises an inner container, a shell, a heat insulation structure, a supporting structure and the like, wherein the inner container and the shell of the gas bottle are connected through the front supporting structure and the rear supporting structure. On the one hand, in order to reduce external heat transfer into the inner container and influence the storage of LNG, the support structure is required to be designed into a structure with small sectional area and long length direction as much as possible. But on the other hand, in order to meet the different service conditions of LNG on-board bottles, it is also required that the support structure must have a large size in order to ensure reliable fatigue resistance and sufficient strength of the product. The strength index and the heat conducting performance index of the LNG vehicle-mounted bottle supporting structure are mutually restricted contradictors, and how to achieve optimal matching of the strength index and the heat conducting performance index is the direction of research by those skilled in the art.
Therefore, providing a supporting device, when being installed inside the tank body, can ensure the strength of the supporting structure of the tank body, and can effectively reduce the heat conduction, has become a major technical problem to be solved in the field.
