Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
The invention provides a charging method, a charging service platform and a charging system, aiming at the problem of how to improve user experience in the charging process of an electric automobile.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a charging method applied to a charging service platform, including:
step 11, when a charging gun is inserted into a charging pile, and the charging pile and a current vehicle to be charged are verified to pass, charging order information is sent to a user terminal;
step 12, acquiring user verification information sent by the user terminal according to the charging order information;
step 13, sending charging starting information to a charging pile service platform under the condition that the user verification information passes verification;
step 14, acquiring charging end information of the vehicle to be charged;
and step 15, responding to the charging end information, and sending a charging settlement notice to the user terminal.
According to the embodiment of the invention, after the user inserts the charging gun into the charging pile, the verification of the charging pile and the vehicle to be charged is automatically completed, the charging is started, and the charging settlement and other operations are automatically performed after the charging is finished, so that on one hand, the charging convenience is improved under the condition of ensuring the account safety, and the user experience is improved; on the other hand, the automatic settlement can effectively avoid the situations that the user cannot settle the account timely or the user escapes, and the like, thereby effectively reducing the fund pressure of a charging operator.
Specifically, the charging method of the embodiment of the invention comprises the step 11 of sending charging order information to a user terminal under the condition that a charging gun is inserted into a charging pile and the charging pile and a current vehicle to be charged are verified to pass.
It should be noted that after the charging gun is inserted into the charging pile, the charging pile and the vehicle to be charged need to be verified, it is ensured that the charging pile can automatically charge the vehicle to be charged, and the charging pile can automatically settle accounts after the charging of the vehicle to be charged is finished. Optionally, the verification includes verification of the vehicle VIN and verification of the charging pile code. Specifically, in the verification process, after a vehicle to be charged is connected with a charging pile, a wake-up signal is triggered to a battery management system BMS, after the BMS is awakened, a charging request is sent to the charging pile, after the charging pile receives the charging request, a charging pile code is sent to the BMS, the BMS forwards the charging pile code to a vehicle-mounted remote communication system T-BOX through an in-vehicle CAN bus, the T-BOX sends the charging pile code and a VIN of the vehicle to a vehicle monitoring platform TSP, and the TSP platform sends the charging pile code and the VIN of the vehicle to a charging service platform for verification.
Furthermore, a database list of charging pile codes and a database list of vehicle VINs, which have registered the plug-and-charge function, are arranged in the charging service platform, and the charging pile codes and the vehicle VINs are verified by detecting whether the charging pile codes and the vehicle VINs are in the database list of the charging service platform. Specifically, the 'plug-and-charge' function means that when the electric automobile is charged through the charging pile, a user only needs to connect a vehicle to be charged with the charging pile to start charging, meanwhile, the charging state can be monitored at any time on the user terminal, the charging can be finished at any time through the user terminal, after the charging is finished, the user does not need to manually settle orders, and the system can automatically deduct corresponding amount of money from an account bound by the user terminal. However, the use of the above function requires the user to register with the user terminal before charging and apply for the function to be activated. Accordingly, the charging operator should maintain the codes of the charging piles supporting the online payment into the charging service platform.
Specifically, step 12 obtains user authentication information sent by the user terminal according to the charging order information. Optionally, after receiving the charging order information sent by the charging service platform, the user terminal verifies the user information bound by the user terminal and feeds back the user verification information, optionally, the user verification information may include information obtained after verifying the account balance of the user, and when the account balance is not enough displayed in the user verification information obtained by the charging service platform, a recharge prompt is sent to the user terminal until the user verification information passes.
In step 13 of the embodiment of the present invention, after sending the charging start information to the charging pile service platform, in order to monitor the charging condition in real time and check the charging condition through the user terminal, the method further includes:
receiving a charging starting notification sent by the charging pile service platform, and sending a charging state request to the charging pile service platform;
and receiving charging state information sent by the charging pile service platform according to the charging state request, and sending the charging state information to the user terminal.
It should be noted that, by using the charging state information, information such as the current consumption amount, the current account balance, the current state of charge, and the like can be monitored in real time.
It should be further noted that the charging method further includes determining, according to the current account balance and the current state of charge, whether the current account balance is greater than a cost required to bring the state of charge of the power battery of the vehicle to 100%; and if the balance of the current account is less than the cost, sending a recharge prompt to the user terminal. Like this, can avoid filling the problem of electric pile outage because of account balance is not enough.
In the charging process, when abnormity occurs or a user triggers the charging ending operation on the user terminal, the charging service platform receives the charging ending information of the vehicle to be charged.
Specifically, the step 15, in response to the charging end information, sends a charging settlement notification to the user terminal, including:
sending a charging ending request to a charging pile service platform according to the charging ending information;
receiving a charging settlement notice sent by the charging pile service platform according to the charging ending request;
and sending the charging settlement notification to the user terminal.
It should be noted that, after receiving the charging end information, the charging service platform forwards the charging end information to the charging pile service platform, the charging pile service platform responds to the charging end information to control the charging pile to power off, and sends a charging settlement notification to the charging service platform after the power off is successful, and the charging service platform sends the charging settlement notification to the user terminal after receiving the charging settlement notification.
Specifically, after the step 15 sends a charge settlement notification to the user terminal, the method further includes:
detecting a payment mode set by a user bound to the user terminal;
and according to the payment mode, deducting the consumption amount in the charging settlement notification from the account bound by the user terminal.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, a vehicle owner may register on a user terminal, apply for opening a charging function, and set a payment mode, optionally, the payment mode includes a secret-free payment mode, an overtime automatic payment mode, and the like, specifically, the secret-free payment mode is an automatic settlement after charging is completed, and an account payment password is matched, so that account security is ensured; the overtime automatic payment mode is that after receiving the charging settlement notification, a user can manually pay after checking an order, and when the order is not paid for a certain time, the payment is automatically settled, and an account payment password is matched, so that the account safety is ensured. Therefore, the use experience of the user is improved, and the situation that the capital pressure is brought to a charging operator due to untimely settlement of the user or the escape of the user is avoided.
Specifically, the deducting the consumption amount in the charge settlement notification from the account bound to the user terminal according to the payment method includes:
when the payment mode is a secret-free payment mode, deducting the consumption amount in the charging settlement notification from an account bound by the user terminal;
and when the payment mode is an overtime automatic payment mode, deducting the consumption amount in the charge settlement notification from an account bound by the user terminal when the time for sending the charge settlement notification to the user terminal exceeds a preset time length, preferably, the preset time length is 24 hours.
It should be noted that, by setting the payment mode, the charging method according to the embodiment of the present invention is more convenient and faster to operate than the existing method for manually confirming the settlement by the user. And when timely settlement is guaranteed, the problem that next charging is unsuccessful due to the fact that an unsettled order exists can be effectively avoided.
Specifically, according to the payment method, after deducting the consumption amount in the charge settlement notification from the account bound to the user terminal, the method further includes:
and sending a deduction notice to the user terminal.
