A packing carton type garbage compressing and packing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the abutting mechanism comprises a fixing component rotationally connected to the bracket, a first gear, a second gear and a third gear rotationally connected to the fixing component respectively, the second gear is meshed with the third gear, one side of the third gear far away from the second gear is meshed with the meshing component, and the lower packing rope component is selectively arranged between one side of the first gear and one side of the second gear far away from the third gear in a penetrating manner.
