The belt wrapper according to claim 2, wherein the belt wrapper is adapted to fit an outer diameter of a multi-gauge sleeve, and wherein: the tensioning device comprises a tensioning roller and a belt tensioning hydraulic cylinder, the fixed end of the belt tensioning hydraulic cylinder is fixedly arranged on the vehicle body, the movable end of the belt tensioning hydraulic cylinder is connected with the tensioning roller, the belt tensioning hydraulic cylinder is communicated with a hydraulic station through a pipeline, a hydraulic valve is arranged on the pipeline, and the hydraulic valve is electrically connected with a control system.

10. The method of claim 9, wherein the step of wrapping comprises: after the wrapper is finished, the control system controls the clasping device to be far away from the sleeve, and then controls the vehicle body to retreat to the initial position.
