Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the cargo review apparatus further includes: a positioning assembly 37. The positioning component 37 is used for determining the position information of the goods rechecking device; accordingly, in the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the controller 32 is further configured to send the location information of the cargo review device and the picking order information to the review area device.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the goods rechecking apparatus further includes: a pulling assembly 38 and a moving assembly 39.
The traction assembly 38 is used for traction of the goods rechecking device to change the driving direction, and the moving assembly 39 is used for driving the goods rechecking device to move. In practical applications, the upper support plate 311 and the lower support plate 312 are provided with roller grooves 390, and the moving component 39 may be a roller disposed in the roller groove 390 and capable of rolling under external traction operation, thereby achieving the purpose of moving.
Optionally, in practical applications, the cargo review device may further include: the sounding component 40, where the sounding component 40 may be a buzzer, is configured to send a prompt message when the review identification information of the unit container 60 is inconsistent with the theoretical identification information of the unit container 60, or when the goods review information in the unit container 60 is inconsistent with the goods sorting information in the unit container 60, so as to prompt an operator that the goods sorted as a result of the review information is incorrect, so that the operator may handle the incorrect goods, for example, additionally sort the missing goods, or re-sort the missing goods, so as to ensure that the sorted goods are correct.

Alternatively, in the schematic diagram shown in fig. 6, two end faces of the middle leg 603 are provided with middle leg grooves 604, and each middle leg groove 604 is internally provided with a tray RFID, that is, an RFID of the unit container 60. The tray RFID is the unique identification information of the unit container 60, and the tray RFID in the middle leg recess 604 on both sides of the middle leg 603 is the same, but different unit containers have different RFID information.
Optionally, in practical applications, the outer surface of the tray RFID is lower than the upper end surface of the middle leg, so as to prevent the tray RFID from being damaged.

Optionally, in an embodiment of the application, after the warehousing management device generates the picking collection sheet, the picking collection sheet may be split into single picking task sheets to be processed and then operated, and specifically, picking task information is generated for each picking task sheet to be processed. Subsequently, when the unit container (tray) loaded by the goods rechecking equipment runs in the storage area, the goods required by the picking task list to be processed are manually placed on the unit container, and when the picked goods can not be added in the unit container any more, the unit container and the goods are manually transferred to the rechecking platform position in the corresponding rechecking area by using the goods loading equipment.
For example, in this step, for a certain picking order, when the warehousing management device determines the goods rechecking device for transferring the goods corresponding to the picking order, the picking order information corresponding to the picking order may be sent to the goods rechecking device when the picked goods are manually placed on the unit container.
Correspondingly, the goods rechecking device can receive the picking task information sent by the storage management device and analyze the picking task information to determine the identification information of the picking task list, the theoretical identification information of the unit container corresponding to the picking task list and the goods picking information in the unit container. The unit container is a tray arranged on the goods rechecking device, and specifically, the unit container is placed above a supporting component of the goods rechecking device.
S804, when the goods rechecking device is in the goods rechecking area, if the unit container is detected to be separated from the goods rechecking device, rechecking information is obtained.

In this embodiment, the cargo review device is provided with a support component, a controller, and a first identification component, a second identification component and a weighing component which are connected with the controller, and the weighing component can be arranged above the support component and below the unit container. Thus, the goods rechecking apparatus may detect whether the unit container placed above the support assembly is discharged from the support assembly using the weighing assembly, and transmit a detected weight signal to the controller, so that the controller triggers the first and second recognition assemblies to acquire recheck information for the picking order information.
For example, in this step, if it is detected that the unit container is detached from the cargo review device, a specific implementation manner of acquiring the review information is as follows:
when the weighing component of the goods rechecking device detects that the original weight signal disappears, the determining unit container is separated from the goods rechecking device, so that when the determining unit container is separated from the goods rechecking device, the first identification component of the goods rechecking device is triggered to acquire the goods rechecking information in the unit container and the second identification component of the goods rechecking device to acquire the rechecking identification information of the unit container.
Specifically, when the unit container is unloaded from the supporting component by manually controlling the cargo bearing equipment in the rechecking area, the supporting component is separated from the unit container, the weighing component detects that the original weight signal disappears, and at the moment, the controller can trigger the RFID information of each cargo in the first identification component automatic identification unit container and trigger the RFID information of the second identification component automatic identification unit container, namely, the tray RFID information.

In the technical scheme, the goods rechecking equipment can realize the purpose of automatically rechecking the goods in the picking task list, does not need manual rechecking, reduces the operation link of manual rechecking, saves the cost of the storehouse, and improves the operation efficiency of the storehouse.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a first cargo information review device according to an embodiment of the present application. The cargo information rechecking device can be integrated in the cargo bearing equipment and can also be realized by the cargo bearing equipment.
Referring to fig. 10, the cargo information reviewing apparatus may include:

when the unit container is determined to be separated from the cargo rechecking device, triggering a first identification component of the cargo rechecking device to acquire cargo rechecking information in the unit container and a second identification component of the cargo rechecking device to acquire rechecking identification information of the unit container.
In another possible design of the embodiment of the present application, the obtaining module 1002 is further configured to obtain, according to the theoretical identification information of the unit container, goods picking information included in a picking order corresponding to the unit container;
correspondingly, the processing module 1003 is specifically configured to:
judging whether the rechecking identification information of all the goods in the unit container in the goods rechecking information is completely consistent with the picking identification information of all the goods in the goods picking information;
if so, determining that the goods information rechecking result is that the picked goods are correct;
if not, determining that the goods information rechecking result is that the picked goods have problems.

Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a second cargo information review device according to an embodiment of the present application. The goods information rechecking device can be integrated in the warehousing management equipment and can also be realized by the warehousing management equipment.
Referring to fig. 11, the cargo information reviewing apparatus may include:

a processing module 1102, configured to divide all orders into at least one picking list according to a preset order grouping rule, where each picking list includes: at least one picking order to be processed;

Fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of a third cargo information review device according to the present application. The cargo information rechecking device can be integrated in the rechecking area equipment and can also be realized by the rechecking area equipment. Referring to fig. 12, the goods information reviewing apparatus may include:

It should be noted that the division of the modules of the above apparatus is only a logical division, and the actual implementation may be wholly or partially integrated into one physical entity, or may be physically separated. And these modules can be realized in the form of software called by processing element; or may be implemented entirely in hardware; and part of the modules can be realized in the form of calling software by the processing element, and part of the modules can be realized in the form of hardware. determining that the unit container is separated from the cargo rechecking device when a weighing component of the cargo rechecking device detects that an original weight signal disappears;
when the unit container is determined to be separated from the cargo rechecking device, triggering a first identification component of the cargo rechecking device to acquire cargo rechecking information in the unit container and a second identification component of the cargo rechecking device to acquire rechecking identification information of the unit container.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein before the matching processing is performed on the goods review information and the goods picking information contained in the picking order corresponding to the unit container to obtain the goods information review result of the picking order, the method further comprises:
acquiring cargo picking information contained in a picking task list corresponding to the unit container according to the theoretical identification information of the unit container;
correspondingly, the matching processing of the goods rechecking information and the goods sorting information to obtain the goods information rechecking result of the sorting task list includes:
judging whether the rechecking identification information of all the goods in the unit container in the goods rechecking information is completely consistent with the picking identification information of all the goods in the goods picking information;
if so, determining that the goods information rechecking result is that the picked goods are correct;
if not, determining that the goods information rechecking result is that the picked goods have problems.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after the determining that the goods information review result is that the picked goods have a problem, the method further comprises:
and sending out prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for indicating that the picked goods corresponding to the picking task list have errors.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein after the determining that the goods information review result is that the picked goods are correct, the method further comprises:
determining the position information of the cargo rechecking equipment;
and sending the position information and the picking task information to a rechecking area device.
6. A cargo information rechecking method is applied to warehouse management equipment and comprises the following steps:
acquiring all orders in an order pool;
dividing all orders into at least one picking collection list according to a preset order grouping rule, wherein each picking collection list comprises: at least one picking order to be processed;
sending picking task information to the goods rechecking device, wherein the picking task information comprises: the method comprises the following steps of selecting identification information of a picking order, theoretical identification information of a unit container corresponding to the picking order and goods picking information in the unit container, wherein the picking order is any one of the at least one picking order to be processed.
7. A cargo information rechecking method is applied to a rechecking area device, and comprises the following steps:
receiving position information and picking task information sent by goods rechecking equipment, wherein the picking task information comprises: the method comprises the steps that identification information of a picking task list, theoretical identification information of a unit container corresponding to the picking task list and goods picking information in the unit container are obtained;
determining rechecking platform information where the goods rechecking equipment is located according to preset rechecking area information and the position information, wherein the rechecking platform information comprises: a rechecking station storage area and a rechecking station number;
and establishing the incidence relation between the picking task information and the review station information.
8. A cargo information rechecking device, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving picking task information sent by the warehousing management equipment, and the picking task information comprises: the method comprises the following steps that identification information of a picking task list, theoretical identification information of a unit container corresponding to the picking task list and goods picking information in the unit container are arranged on goods rechecking equipment;

and the processing module is used for matching the goods rechecking information with the goods sorting information to obtain a goods information rechecking result of the sorting task list when the theoretical identification information of the unit container is determined to be consistent with the rechecking identification information of the unit container.
9. A cargo information rechecking device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring all orders in the order pool;
a processing module, configured to divide all orders into at least one picking list according to a preset order grouping rule, where each picking list includes: at least one picking order to be processed;

and when the theoretical identification information of the unit container is determined to be consistent with the rechecking identification information of the unit container, matching the goods rechecking information with the obtained goods picking information to obtain a goods information rechecking result of the picking task list.

The cargo review device of claim 11, wherein the controller is further configured to receive picking task information sent by a warehouse management device, and the picking task information includes: the method comprises the steps of identifying information of a picking task list, theoretical identifying information of a unit container corresponding to the picking task list and goods picking information in the unit container.
13. The cargo review apparatus of claim 12, further comprising: a positioning assembly;
the positioning component is used for determining the position information of the cargo rechecking equipment;
the controller is further used for sending the position information and the picking task information to the rechecking area equipment.
