The porous adsorption material can be used as an adsorbent for free dirt, oil dirt in skin lines cannot be dissolved and removed by further peeling the surfactant through friction, and sodium bentonite is further adopted, so that a large amount of charged ions can be carried through the sodium bentonite, calcium and magnesium ions in water are reduced through a replacement mode while dirt on the surface of the skin is effectively adsorbed, the hardness of water is reduced, and a good oil dirt removing effect can be realized under the condition that other components can take water in the field (such as stratum hard water and the like).
The snail extract is a product obtained by microbial fermentation of a snail foot gland extract and a snail tissue extract. The fermentation process can adopt microorganisms to ferment the snail foot gland extract and the snail tissue extract, the snail foot gland extract can be snail foot gland secretion such as snail mucus, and the snail tissue extract is mainly mucus-like substance extracted after the snail muscle tissue is crushed.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the invention also provides a preparation method of the skin care cleansing cream, which comprises the following specific preparation processes: weighing and mixing surfactant and biological metabolite (including biosurfactant and snail extract, wherein biosurfactant is microbial fermentation product and is incorporated into biological metabolite) according to the above dosage, and adding porous adsorption material (specifically sodium bentonite in one embodiment) to mix; and then adding deionized water into the mixture as a solvent to improve the fluidity of the mixture to a proper degree (namely, the paste viscosity of the skin care washing cream to be prepared is achieved), adding a pH buffering agent into the mixture, and uniformly stirring the mixture to ensure that the pH value of the whole mixture reaches 5.5-6.5, thus obtaining the skin care washing cream.
In the invention, the snail extract is snail foot gland extract (generally mucus secreted by snail foot gland) and snail tissue extract (generally mucus extracted after snail muscle tissue is broken), because the mucus of the snail is generally extracted by adopting stimulation modes such as scraping and the like to achieve the secretion of the mucus, the vital signs of the snail after extracting the mucus for multiple times are relatively poor, and the effectiveness of secreting the mucus is greatly reduced. On the basis, the snail mucus and the living snail extract are mixed, so that the snail is further effectively utilized. Meanwhile, the components in the living snail extract and the snail mucus extract are not completely the same, and the protection and the moistening of the skin are realized through further synergy of compounding.
In a specific embodiment, the snail extract herein is prepared by:
the first step, pretreatment of the snail:
here, the African big snail albino variety (white jade snail, Latin scientific name: Achatina furica) is taken as an example:
the method comprises the steps of taking young and old African giant snail albino variant individuals in a living box, placing the young and old African giant snail albino variant individuals on a tray in a foot gland liquid extraction environment box, preheating the tray, wherein the surface temperature is 23-27 ℃, the temperature in the whole extraction environment box is consistent with the surface temperature of the tray as far as possible, and the relative humidity in the environment box is 70 +/-5%. The back of the tray bottom is provided with an ultrasonic vibration head array, and the secretion of the snail foot gland liquid is accelerated by ultrasonic waves with proper frequency and strength;
extraction: setting ultrasonic vibration frequency to be 0.8-1.2 MHz and vibration intensity to be 0.8-1.6W/cm 2, starting the ultrasonic vibration head when the snail freely stretches or moves in the disk, and setting the single standard processing time to be 15 s. During the ultrasonic vibration, the snail may continue to crawl or retract into the shell, waiting for most snails to freely expand or move again, and opening the ultrasonic vibration head again to stimulate the foot gland of the snail.
If the snails in the batch are not sensitive to the ultrasonic vibration reaction, stopping the acquisition process in midway, and continuously acquiring the snails in the same batch for a total time of no more than 3 min;
the collected snails are taken up and the residual foot gland liquid on the foot glands of the snails is gently scraped off by using a PTFE fillet scraper and is left in a tray. The collected snails are put back to the living box;
the foot gland liquid on the stainless steel tray was scraped into a prepared clean beaker using a PTFE rounded scraper to obtain the presently collected snail foot gland extract.
Taking the old snail individual from the living box, shelling and cleaning the meat body of the snail;
crushing the snail meat body into meat paste by using a tissue triturator under the condition of constant temperature water bath at 4 ℃;
using an ultrasonic cell tissue crusher to crush the tissue under the condition of a constant-temperature water bath at 4 ℃, wherein the temperature can rise in the crushing process, if the constant-temperature water bath can not be effectively cooled, the crushing working temperature is not more than 7 ℃, the crushing process is stopped, and the process is carried out again after the temperature is reduced; the snail tissue cells after the treatment are broken due to most cell membranes, so that rich juice is produced, and then the snail tissue extract which is milky and sticky is collected.
Step two, fermentation:
the specific fermentation treatment of the snail tissue extract and the snail foot gland extract adopts a three-step method for fermentation, and comprises the following specific steps:
preparation of the culture medium (i.e. the liquid to be fermented): taking 50-80 parts of a mixture of the snail foot gland extract and the snail tissue extract (the mixing ratio of the snail foot gland extract and the snail tissue extract can be adjusted in a wide range according to actual conditions, for example, the mixture can be reasonably adapted according to the inventory of the two raw materials), mixing with 5-10 parts of glucose, adding clean softened production water, adjusting the appropriate fluidity, and adding mineral substances according to subsequent fermentation conditions to obtain a culture medium;
firstly, inoculating bacillus subtilis to a culture medium for aerobic fermentation, expanding the number of bacterial colonies, decomposing macromolecular substances, and then performing pasteurization to obtain primary fermentation liquor;
supplementing 10-20 parts of glucose to the primary fermentation liquid, inoculating saccharomycetes to perform aerobic fermentation, expanding the number of bacterial colonies, then converting the bacterial colonies into anaerobic fermentation to generate lactic acid, stopping the primary fermentation when the pH value of a culture medium is reduced to 5.0, and performing pasteurization to obtain secondary fermentation liquid;
supplementing 10-20 parts of glucose to the secondary fermentation liquid, inoculating saccharomycetes to perform aerobic fermentation, expanding the number of bacterial colonies, then converting the bacterial colonies into anaerobic fermentation to generate biological alcohol, and stopping fermentation when the accuracy of the culture medium wine reaches 8 +/-0.5 (V/V) to obtain a pre-extraction liquid;
adding clean sterile softened water into the pre-extract for dilution, wherein the pH value is less than 6.5 during detection, and filtering to obtain a final product.
The obtained final product contains effective substances such as allantoin, elastin, glucuronic acid, polypeptide collagen, amino acid, lactic acid and the like, and can effectively play a skin-care washing effect. Based on the compound post-treatment of the snail tissue extract and the snail foot gland extract, the snail mucus and the snail muscle tissue are subjected to the secondary treatment, so that the content of active ingredients of the mucus is further improved, hydrophilic macromolecular organic matters such as allantoin, collagen, elastin, glucuronic acid and polypeptide in the mucus can be better reserved, the integral skin-friendly property is further improved, a layer of polymer film can be effectively formed on the surface of the skin after cleaning, and the secondary protection effect on the skin is achieved.
Certainly, because snails need to be extracted for multiple times, the snails need to be transferred and operated for multiple times in a conventional mode, and the problems that preparation steps are complicated, the occupied area of equipment is large and the like exist. Therefore, in a more preferred embodiment of the present invention, the snail extract is at least partially prepared by using an extraction device, as shown in fig. 2-5, the extraction device comprises an oscillation box 1 formed with a cavity 11, an ultrasonic oscillation component arranged on the lower surface of at least part of the bottom plate of the oscillation box 1 and used for driving the bottom plate to oscillate, and a mincing component 2 which is positioned inside the cavity 11 and can move up and down.
The whole device is arranged based on the matching of the oscillating box 1 and the ultrasonic oscillating component, the vibration of the whole bottom plate can be realized through the ultrasonic oscillating heads arranged on the bottom plate of the oscillating box 1 in a matrix shape, and the snails in the bottom plate are stimulated, so that the snails can secrete mucus, and the device avoids the direct contact and scraping stimulation on the snails, can avoid the damage to the cells of foot glands of the snails, and greatly improves the survival time of the snails and the secretion amount of the mucus; further, based on the setting of stirring subassembly 2, can realize the processing to snail muscle in same device, reduce the occupation of land space of processing procedure greatly to the utilization efficiency to the device has been improved.

This arrangement places the snail on the inner plate 13, and through carrying out ultrasonic oscillation to the inner plate 13 to the amazing snail secretes the mucus and puts on the upper surface of inner plate 13, simultaneously, after the amazing, can open the vibration case 1 to adopt the PTFE fillet scraper blade to scrape off and place on the inner plate 13 the mucus that adheres to on the snail foot gland. After the treatment is completed, the mucus on the inner plate 13 can be collected by extracting the inner plate 13. Whole mode of setting up more is favorable to the collection of the mucus in the actual operation, and the operation mode is simpler relatively, and whole oscillation box 1 can effectively guarantee its holistic stability owing to still have planking 12.
Further, a plurality of placing cavities 15 are formed by inwards recessing the bottom surface of the inner plate 13, the placing cavities 15 are used for correspondingly placing ultrasonic vibration heads, and the side surface of the inner plate 13, which is higher than the upper surface of the outer plate 12, is formed into a concave arc surface. Place chamber 15 here can adopt the array mode setting to correspond arranging of ultrasonic vibration head, simultaneously, based on the setting of placing chamber 15, can be guaranteeing under the stable prerequisite of placing of ultrasonic vibration head, reduce the plate body thickness that contacts the ultrasonic vibration head position in the inner panel 13, realize the amazing effect of vibration better.
Because the secretion of mucus needs to provide a larger moving space for the snail, and the treatment of the muscle tissue of the snail needs to gather the snail as much as possible, which is a problem that the conventional device is difficult to operate synchronously, in a further preferred embodiment, the oscillation box 1 includes a side plate 16 disposed on the bottom plate and arranged in an enclosing manner, a plurality of inner walls 162 are connected to the inner surface of the side plate 16 through telescopic members 161, a plurality of interval adjusting plates 163 are movably disposed inside each inner wall 162, two adjacent interval adjusting plates 163 are connected through telescopic plates 164, and an interval formed by the cooperation and enclosure of the plurality of interval adjusting plates 163 and the telescopic plates 164 is adjustably disposed.
One side of the side plate 16 along the drawing direction of the inner plate 13 is inwards recessed from the outer surface to form a sealing groove, a fastening hole is correspondingly arranged in the sealing groove, a convex plate 131 matched with the sealing groove is formed by upwards extending the side surface of the inner plate 13, and a fastening column 133 used for being inserted and arranged in the fastening hole is arranged in the convex plate 131 through the embedding of a spring 132. Of course, the side plate 16 formed with the sealing groove may be the side plate 16 of the side having the opening in the bottom plate, and the extending direction of the fastening hole is perpendicular to the drawing direction, to achieve better fastening effect. Further, the bottom of the fastening post 133 herein may be extended with a handle, so as to facilitate pressing the fastening post 133 based on the handle, such that the spring 132 retracts, and of course, in a normal state, the spring 132 springs up, and the fastening post 133 protrudes out of the upper surface of the convex plate 131, so as to be effectively inserted into the fastening hole.
Further, a sliding groove is formed in the bottom plate of the oscillation box 1, a sliding block matched with the sliding groove is formed in the bottom surface of the inner wall 162, an elastic rubber scraping skin 165 is arranged on the bottom surface of the interval adjusting plate 163, and the plane where the bottom surface of the interval adjusting plate 163 is located above the plane where the upper surface of the inner plate 13 is located.
The above design can realize the movement of the inner wall 162 by extending or shortening the telescopic member 161, and drive the interval adjusting plate 163 to move, thereby effectively realizing the adjustment of the whole operation area, and adjusting the size of the operation space according to different operation requirements. The elastic rubber scraper 165 enables better sealing and pushing of the snails to be treated. The concave arc surface formed on the side of the inner plate 13 facilitates the relative movement between the elastic rubber scraper 165 and the surface of the inner plate 13.
