all gears (407), wherein all gears (407) are arranged at the inner ends of transmission shafts at one side of the gear set (406);
the gear lack (408), the middle part of one side of the supporting frame (301) is symmetrically provided with the gear lack (408), and the full gear (407) is meshed with the gear lack (408);
the locking component (5) comprises:
the supporting groove blocks (501) are symmetrically arranged at the middle part of one side of the supporting frame (301);

the first springs (503) are symmetrically connected between the clamping blocks (502) and the inner wall of the supporting groove block (501);
the first clamping rods (504) are arranged on the outer sides of the leaning plates (304), the first clamping rods (504) are matched with the clamping blocks (502);
the jacking blocks (505) are arranged on the upper sides of the supporting groove blocks (501) in a sliding mode, and the jacking blocks (505) are matched with the clamping blocks (502);
the pull rod (506) is arranged on one side of the top block (505);

the fixed groove blocks (601) are symmetrically arranged on one side of the supporting frame (301);

the second clamping rods (607) are arranged on the upper sides of the first supporting blocks (606) in a sliding mode, and the second clamping rods (607) are arranged on the upper sides of the first supporting blocks;
and the second springs (608) are connected between the second clamping rods (607) and the first supporting blocks (606), the second springs (608) are sleeved on the second clamping rods (607), and the second clamping rods (607) are matched with the clamping grooves.
2. A medical rehabilitation wheelchair according to claim 1, characterised in that it further comprises a drive assembly (7), the drive assembly (7) comprising:
the second support rods (702) are arranged on two sides of the support frame (301);
a third rotating shaft (703), wherein one side of the second supporting rod (702) is provided with the third rotating shaft (703) in a rotating way;
the second transmission component (701) is arranged between the outer end of the transmission shaft at one side of the gear set (406) and the third rotating shaft (703);
the inner ends of the third rotating shafts (703) are respectively provided with a straight gear (704);
the second sliding rods (707) are arranged on the inner sides of the second supporting rods (702) in a sliding mode;
the rack (705) is arranged on one side of the top of the second slide bar (707), and the rack (705) is meshed with the straight gear (704);
the top of the second sliding rod (707) is provided with a sliding chute rod (706);
and the fixing rods (708) are arranged on one side of the upper part of the first sliding rod (602), and the fixing rods (708) are connected with the sliding chute rods (706) in a sliding mode.
3. A medical rehabilitation wheelchair according to claim 2, further comprising an elongate assembly (8), the elongate assembly (8) comprising:
a telescopic block (801), wherein the pedal (605) is slidably provided with the telescopic block (801);
the third springs (802), the third springs (802) are symmetrically arranged between the telescopic blocks (801) and the inner wall of the pedal (605), and the initial states of the third springs (802) are compressed;
the second supporting blocks (803) are symmetrically arranged on one side of the bottom of the pedal (605);
the stop blocks (804) are arranged on one side of the second supporting block (803) in a sliding mode;
a fourth spring (805), wherein the fourth spring (805) is arranged between the stop block (804) and the second supporting block (803), and the fourth springs (805) are sleeved on the stop block (804);
ejector rods (806), and the outer sides of the stop blocks (804) are respectively provided with the ejector rods (806).
4. A medical rehabilitation wheelchair according to claim 3, characterised in that it further comprises a braking assembly (9), the braking assembly (9) comprising:
the third support rods (901) are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the support frame (301);
the bottom of the third supporting rod (901) is symmetrically provided with the guide rods (902);
the third sliding rod (904) is arranged between the guide rods (902) in a sliding manner, and the third sliding rod (904) is arranged between the guide rods (902);
