In some embodiments of the present application, a heating device and a temperature sensor 18 are disposed within the reservoir 20, and both the heating device and the temperature sensor 18 are electrically connected to the host 15. By arranging the heating device and the temperature sensor 18, the liquid in the liquid storage tank 20 can be ensured to be always at a proper set temperature, so that the water temperature for flushing the anus of a human body can not be too high or too low when the liquid is cleaned, and the phenomenon that a patient is scalded or causes discomfort due to too high or too low water temperature is avoided.

As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present application, the host 15 includes a housing and a main control board 14 for controlling, the liquid storage tank 20, the water pump 9, the negative pressure suction pump 17, the collection bottle, the feces collection bottle 16 and the inflator 12 are all disposed in the housing, the liquid storage tank 20, the water pump 9, the negative pressure suction pump 17, the collection bottle, the feces collection bottle 16 and the inflator 12 are integrally disposed on the host 15, so as to reduce the volume of the drainage device, thereby facilitating the installation and the arrangement of the drainage device, and facilitating the operation and maintenance of the drainage device, the negative pressure suction pump 17, the water pump 9 and the inflator 12 are all electrically connected to the main control board 14, thereby being able to control each device through the main control board 1414, which is intelligent and convenient.

Therefore, when the patient defecating is detected, the main control panel 14 immediately starts the inflator pump 12 to inflate the protective cushion airbag 4, the water suction pump 9 is started to clean and wash the anus of the patient and dilute excrement, the main control panel 14 simultaneously starts the negative pressure suction pump 17 to suck the excrement, so that the excrement is conveniently sucked into the excrement collecting bottle 16 in time, and the air drying of the anus of the patient is realized through the hot air pumping device.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments of the present application, a cushion airbag 4 is disposed around the first fixing opening 27, the airbag is connected to an air pump through an inflation tube 6, and the air pump is electrically connected to the main machine 15.

In some embodiments of the present application, the urethral catheterization cover 24 is gradually folded from the entrance end to the drainage port, and the inner wall of the urethral catheterization cover 24 is smoothly transited. when the patient urinates, the negative pressure aspirator continuously sucks the catheter 23 and the catheter cover 24, and timely sucks away urine dropping in the catheter cover 24, so that the skin of the patient is prevented from being polluted by urine backflow;
when a patient defecates, a monitored signal is transmitted to the main control panel 14 by the excrement sensor 26 located in the excrement guide cover 3, the main control panel 14 controls the negative pressure suction pump 17, the water suction pump 9 and the inflating pump 12 to work, the inflating pump 12 inflates the cushion airbag 4 to lift the buttocks of the patient, the water suction pump 9 discharges cleaning water in the liquid storage tank 20 from the flushing pipe 21 to clean the anus of the patient, the water can dilute excrement while flushing the anus of the patient and is convenient to discharge the excrement from the drainage pipe 22, at the moment, the diluted excrement in the drainage pipe 22 is sucked out by the negative pressure suction pump 17 and enters the excrement collection bottle 16 to be stored, after the excrement sensor 26 detects that no excrement is discharged, the air suction pump 12 blows hot air into the air duct 7 through the heating pipe 10 to supply hot air, and the anus of the patient is processed to be dried.
To sum up, the embodiment of the invention provides a drainage device for female urinary incontinence, which is characterized in that a defecation guide cover 3 is adhered to the anus of a patient, the defecation guide cover 3 is connected with a defecation collecting device, a defecation sensor 26 is arranged in the defecation guide cover 3, the defecation sensor 26 can monitor whether the patient defecates in real time, when the defecation of the patient is monitored, the defecation sensor 26 transmits a signal to a host computer 15, the host computer 15 controls a cleaning device and the collecting device to work, the cleaning device can clean residues at the anus of the patient, the problem of cleaning the patient when the patient turns over is avoided, the cleaning step after the traditional patient defecates is simplified, the collecting device collects and discharges the defecation in time, thereby the excrement of the patient can be cleaned in time, the skin and clothes of the patient are prevented from being polluted by the excrement, and the sanitation and safety of the patient are ensured, furthermore, the clean water dilutes excrement while cleaning the anus of the patient, so that the excrement is convenient to discharge, meanwhile, an automatic collecting device and a cleaning device are used, the excrement of the patient can be quickly and timely treated, the working strength of medical personnel is reduced, the problem that the skin of the patient is polluted due to the fact that the excrement cannot be timely treated is avoided, the privacy of the patient is protected, the physical and mental health of the patient is facilitated, in addition, the excrement can be timely treated, so that indoor air pollution is avoided, and discomfort of other patients or family members is avoided;
through pasting catheterization cover 24 in female patient's urethra department, catheterization cover 24 links to each other with urine collection device, paste the urethral orifice at female patient's urethra mouth owing to use pasting dish 25, thereby make the skin of catheterization cover 24 and female patient's urethra mouth department closely laminate, thereby avoided the urine to spill the problem that causes pollution patient skin and clothing from between the gap of catheterization cover 24 and skin, under the condition of patient position, can use devices such as negative pressure pump to realize the real-time collection to the urine, thereby can effectually avoid the phenomenon that the urine is detained in catheterization cover 24, thereby avoid the problem of urine pollution to take place, improve patient's comfort level, reduce nursing staff's working strength simultaneously.

1. A female urinary and fecal incontinence drainage device which is characterized by comprising female underpants, a fecal drainage component and a urinary drainage component,
the position of the lady underpants corresponding to the anus of the human body is provided with a first fixed opening, the position of the lady underpants corresponding to the urethral orifice is provided with a second fixed opening,
the urine drainage component comprises a urine guide cover and a negative pressure urine collecting device, a containing cavity is arranged in the urine guide cover, a urine inlet end communicated with the containing cavity is arranged at the top of the urine guide cover, adhesive discs are arranged around the urine inlet end, the urine inlet end is adhered to the outer side of a urethral orifice of a female patient through the adhesive discs,
a liquid outlet is formed in the bottom of the urethral catheterization cover, the liquid outlet is connected with a catheter, the catheter is arranged in the second fixing opening in a penetrating mode, and the tail end of the catheter is connected with a negative-pressure urine collecting device;
the excrement drainage component comprises an excrement guide cover and an excrement collecting device, the excrement guide cover is provided with a containing cavity and an excrement inlet end communicated with the containing cavity, a sticking disc is arranged on the periphery of the excrement inlet end, the excrement inlet end is fixed at the position of the anus of a human body through the sticking disc,
a stool sensor for monitoring whether the patient defecates and a cleaning device arranged towards the anus of the human body are arranged in the defecation guide cover, the cleaning device can discharge clean water, the stool sensor and the cleaning device are both electrically connected with the host,
the excrement collecting device is connected with the excrement guide cover through the first fixing opening and can discharge excrement in the excrement guide cover and collect and store the excrement.
2. The female urinary and fecal incontinence drainage device according to claim 1, wherein the fecal collection device comprises a drainage tube, a fecal collection bottle and a negative pressure suction pump, the fecal cage is connected with the fecal collection bottle through the drainage tube, the negative pressure suction pump is electrically connected with the host machine, and the negative pressure suction pump can transport the excrement in the fecal cage into the fecal collection bottle.

The female urinary and fecal incontinence drainage device according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning device comprises a liquid storage tank, a water pump and a flushing pipe which are connected in sequence, the water pump is electrically connected with the host, one end of the flushing pipe is connected with the liquid storage tank, and the water outlet end of the flushing pipe is arranged in the feces guiding cover and faces the anus of the human body.
4. The female urinary and fecal incontinence drainage device of claim 3, wherein a heating device and a temperature sensor are provided in the reservoir, both of which are electrically connected to the host.

The female urinary and fecal incontinence drainage device according to claim 3, wherein the fecal drainage assembly further comprises a hot air pumping device, the hot air pumping device comprises an air supply pump, a heating tube and a hot air blow-drying air guide tube which are connected in sequence, the air supply pump and the heating tube are both electrically connected with the host, and an air outlet of the hot air blow-drying air guide tube is arranged in the fecal guide cover and faces to the anus of the human body.
6. The female urinary and fecal incontinence drainage device according to claim 5, wherein a guide channel is provided in the drainage tube, and the irrigation tube and the hot air blow-drying air duct are both provided in the guide channel.
7. The female urinary and fecal incontinence drainage device of claim 1, wherein a cushion air bag is arranged at the periphery of the first fixed opening, the air bag is connected with an air pump through an inflation tube, and the air pump is electrically connected with the host machine.

A female urinary and fecal incontinence drainage device according to claim 7, characterized in that the female underpants comprise a rear part, a crotch part and a front part in succession, the first fixation opening being provided in the rear part, the cushion bladder being mounted on the rear part and/or the crotch part of the underpants, the top of the rear part and the top of the front part being provided with a matching connection assembly.
9. The urinary and fecal incontinence drainage device according to claim 1, wherein the urethral catheterization cover is gradually gathered from the entrance end to the drainage port, and the inner wall of the urethral catheterization cover is smoothly transited.
10. The female urinary and fecal incontinence drainage device of claim 1, wherein a side of the adhesive disc facing away from the urine guide cover is detachably connected with a protective paper, and a side of the adhesive disc facing away from the feces guide cover is detachably connected with a protective paper.
