When the support piece 3 and the press piece 2 are alternately moved to a return position, namely the upper support piece 31 completely supports the kth-1 th paper cup, the lower support piece 32 is suspended, the press piece 2 completes the pressing of the kth paper cup from the upper part of the bent part of the cup opening of the kth paper cup, and further completes the separation work of the kth paper cup, the first photoelectric sensor 9 detects the first sensing piece 91 on the moving mechanism 1 at the moment, the first driving mechanism 4 drives the straight rod 102 to horizontally move to an initial position, the rotating shaft piece 7 and the lower press rod 101 are driven to return to the initial position by the straight rod 102 in the horizontal direction, in the moving process, the press piece 2 and the upper support piece 31 are gradually far away from the paper cup, the rotating shaft piece 7 gradually rotates in the reverse direction, and the spring 8 extends to enable the lower press rod 101 to gradually move to the initial position in the vertical direction; when the lower supporting sheet 32 returns to the initial position, the upper supporting sheet 31 is completely away from the paper cup and is kept suspended, the paper cup supported by the upper supporting sheet 31 falls onto the lower supporting sheet 32, and the lower supporting sheet 32 supports the paper cup, so that the work of automatically providing the paper cup once is completed, and one paper cup is provided once.
When the opposite-type photoelectric sensor 17 detects that no paper cup falls out of the cup opening II, the driving mechanism II 12 drives the sliding plate 15 to horizontally move on the base 11, when the sensing piece II 141 corresponding to the second cup storage chamber 13 is detected by the sensor II 14 corresponding to the cup opening II, the sliding plate 15 stops moving, meanwhile, a stack of paper cups of the second cup storage chamber passes through the cup opening II and falls onto the lower supporting sheet 32, one-time replacement of a plurality of stacks of paper cups in the cup storage assembly is completed, and when the sensor 14 at the tail end of the base 11 detects the sensing piece 141 on the sliding plate 15, the fact that the paper cups in the four cup storage chambers 13 are used up is indicated, the driving mechanism II 12 drives the cup storage frame 10 to move to the initial end of the base 11, and a user is reminded of assembling the paper cup.
Example 2
Different from embodiment 1, the base 11 is a circular disc structure, the cup storage rack 10 is correspondingly a circular arc or a circular disc structure, the cup storage rack 10 slides circumferentially on the base 11, the second sensor 14 arranged on the base 11 is located at the position of the second cup outlet, the cup storage rack 10 comprises five cup storage chambers 13, the cup storage rack 10 is provided with two sensing pieces 141, which respectively correspond to the positions of the five cup outlets of the cup storage chambers 13, the paper cup storage capacity of the cup storage assembly is increased, and the spatial structure of the cup storage assembly is changed.
In this embodiment, the interval between the upper supporting sheet 31 and the lower supporting sheet 32 is the interval between the cup mouths of three overlapped paper cups, so that when the paper cup is used, the upper supporting sheet 31 starts to support the cup mouth bending part of the kth-2 th paper cup; the pressing sheet 2 moves horizontally along with the upper supporting sheet 31 and starts to enter the upper part of the bending part of the k-1 th paper cup opening, the pressing sheet 2 can press the k-th paper cup and the k-1 th paper cup simultaneously, and therefore, when the work of automatically providing the paper cups is finished, two paper cups can be provided at one time.

Claims (10)

1. A cup dropping assembly capable of automatically providing paper cups is characterized by comprising a moving mechanism (1), a pressing sheet (2), an alternate supporting sheet (3) and a driving mechanism I (4), wherein the driving mechanism I (4) is connected with the moving mechanism (1), the moving mechanism (1) is fixedly connected with the pressing sheet (2) and the alternate supporting sheet (3), the moving mechanism (1) can drive the alternate supporting sheet (3) to horizontally move, and the moving mechanism (1) can drive the pressing sheet (2) to horizontally move and vertically move; the alternate supporting sheet (3) comprises an upper supporting sheet (31) and a lower supporting sheet (32), the upper supporting sheet (31) and the lower supporting sheet (32) are arranged in the horizontal direction in a front-back mode and are arranged in the vertical direction at intervals, the pressing sheet (2) is arranged between the upper supporting sheet (31) and the lower supporting sheet (32) in the vertical direction, the alternate supporting sheet (3) is used for supporting paper cups, and the pressing sheet (2) is used for pressing the paper cups.
2. The cup dropping assembly for automatically supplying paper cups as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper supporting sheet (31) has an inclination of 5-35 degrees.

The cup dropping assembly for automatically providing paper cups according to claim 1, wherein the moving mechanism (1) comprises a pressing rod (101) and a straight rod (102), the straight rod (102) is connected with the alternate supporting sheets (3), and the pressing rod (101) is connected with the pressing sheet (2).

The cup dropping assembly for automatically providing paper cups as claimed in claim 3, wherein the downward pressing rod (101) is connected with the straight rod (102), the downward pressing rod (101) is arranged below the straight rod (102), the straight rod (102) is connected with the first driving mechanism (4), and the straight rod (102) is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft member (7); the rotating shaft is characterized by further comprising a fixing frame (5), wherein the fixing frame (5) is fixedly connected with a downward pressing blocking piece (6), the downward pressing blocking piece (6) is used for blocking one end of the rotating shaft piece (7), and the other end of the rotating shaft piece (7) is arranged above the downward pressing rod (101).
5. The cup dropping assembly for automatically providing paper cups as claimed in claim 4, wherein a spring (8) is connected between the straight rod (102) and the pressing-down rod (101).

The cup dropping assembly for automatically providing paper cups as claimed in claim 4, wherein a first sensor (9) is further arranged on the fixing frame (5), a first sensing piece (91) matched with the first sensor (9) is arranged on the straight rod (102), and the installation position of the first sensor (9) corresponds to the return position of the straight rod (102).

A cup storage assembly for automatically supplying paper cups, which is used for matching with the cup dropping assembly for automatically supplying paper cups according to any one of claims 1 to 6, and comprises a cup storage rack (10), a base (11) and a second driving mechanism (12), wherein the cup storage rack (10) comprises a plurality of cup storage chambers (13), each cup storage chamber (13) is provided with a first cup outlet, the base (11) is provided with a second cup outlet, the cup storage rack (10) is connected with the base (11) in a sliding manner, the second driving mechanism (12) is fixedly connected with the cup storage rack (10), the second driving mechanism (12) drives the cup storage rack (10) to slide on the base (11), the base (11) is provided with a second sensor (14), the cup storage rack (10) is provided with a plurality of second sensing sheets (141) matched with the second sensor (14), the position and the number of the second sensing pieces (141) correspond to those of the cup storage chamber (13).

The cup storage assembly for automatically supplying paper cups according to claim 7, wherein the cup storage rack (10) further comprises a sliding plate (15), the sliding plate (15) slides on the base (11), the sliding plate (15) is provided with a sliding rail (16), the cup storage chamber (13) is placed on the sliding plate (15), and the cup storage chamber (13) can slide along the sliding rail (16).

An apparatus for automatically supplying paper cups, comprising a cup dropping assembly for automatically supplying paper cups according to any one of claims 1 to 6 and a cup storing assembly for automatically supplying paper cups according to any one of claims 7 to 8, wherein the cup outlet is arranged above the lower supporting sheet (32).
10. The device for automatically providing paper cups according to claim 9, wherein a correlation type photoelectric sensor (17) is further arranged below the second cup outlet, and the correlation type photoelectric sensor (17) is horizontally positioned at two sides of the second cup outlet.
