s1, adding water into 500g of biond magnolia flower, 400g of cocklebur fruit, 600g of mint, 500g of dahurian angelica root, 500g of cape jasmine fruit, 400g of Chinese thorowax root, 100g of asarum, 500g of szechuan lovage rhizome, 1200g of astragalus root, 400g of clematis stem, 400g of platycodon root and 700g of Indian buead according to the mixture ratio for at least one distillation, and collecting distillate and dregs of a decoction;
s2, sequentially decocting and concentrating the decoction dregs obtained in the step S1, adding ethanol to enable the alcohol content to reach 67-74 wt%, and concentrating to obtain an alcohol extract;

4. Test for determining therapeutic effects
4.1 measurement method
192 volunteers of 20-45 years old who had rhinitis symptoms were selected and randomly divided into a control group, a blank group, an example 3 group, an example 4 group, a comparative example 1 group and a comparative example 2 group, and 32 individuals were selected. Wherein:

Comparing the above 6 groups of rhinitis with water-like nasal discharge, sneezing, nasal obstruction, and nasal itching. And carrying out statistics and evaluation according to the therapeutic effect judgment standard.
4.2 therapeutic efficacy criteria
The effect is shown: a large amount of watery rhinorrhea, paroxysmal sneeze, nasal obstruction, rhinocnesmus and other symptoms and signs disappear;
the method has the following advantages: a large amount of watery nasal discharge, paroxysmal sneeze, nasal obstruction and nasal itching are improved;

Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 software.
4.3 evaluation of therapeutic Effect

The mask for treating and/or preventing rhinitis according to claim 3, wherein the sustained-release matrix comprises, by weight, 5 to 7 parts of peach gum, 8 to 10 parts of tragacanth, 5 to 7 parts of glycerin, 3 to 5 parts of powdered silica gel, 3 to 5 parts of sodium polyacrylate, 1 to 2 parts of activated carbon, 2 to 3 parts of aluminum glyceroxide, 1 to 2 parts of titanium dioxide and 2 to 3 parts of azone.

s9, uniformly mixing the sustained and controlled release matrix with the extracted liquid medicine obtained in the step S4, heating the mixture in water bath, continuously stirring and refining the mixture to a concentrated solution state, and finally sequentially coating, drying, sticking an anti-sticking film and slicing the lining cloth to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine inserting piece (3).
