s6, mixing and stirring 300g of sodium polyacrylate and distilled water under the water bath condition to fully swell the sodium polyacrylate and the distilled water to obtain a second mixture; wherein the volume of the added distilled water is 10 times of that of the sodium polyacrylate;
s7, mixing the first mixture and the second mixture, heating and stirring the mixture under the condition of water bath at 40 ℃ until the mixture is completely dissolved, wherein the stirring speed is 10r/min, and the stirring time is 2min, so as to obtain a third mixture;
s8, mixing 300g of powdery silica gel, 100g of activated carbon, 100g of titanium dioxide, 200g of azone and the third mixture, and heating and uniformly stirring the mixture in a water bath at 50 ℃ to obtain a fourth mixture; uniformly dispersing 200g of dihydroxyaluminum glycinate by using 500g of glycerol, and uniformly mixing and stirring the mixture and the fourth mixture to obtain a sustained and controlled release matrix;
s9, uniformly mixing the sustained and controlled release matrix with the extracted liquid medicine obtained in the step S4, heating the mixture in a water bath condition, continuously stirring and refining the mixture to a concentrated solution state, and finally sequentially coating the mixture on a lining cloth at 45 ℃, drying the mixture in vacuum at 35 ℃ for 3 hours, adhering a polypropylene anti-sticking film and slicing the mixture into 14X10cm2To obtain the traditional Chinese medicine inserting piece 3.

4.2 therapeutic efficacy criteria
