the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing a certain amount of purslane, selfheal, Chinese yam and blueberry raw materials, respectively preparing serous fluid, placing the serous fluid in a water bath at 55 ℃ for heat preservation and extraction for 3 hours, and centrifuging to remove precipitates to obtain serous fluid;
