Description

Conference schedule conflict management method, system, electronic equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of data processing, and particularly relates to a conference schedule conflict management method, a conference schedule conflict management system, electronic equipment and a storage medium.
Background
In a working environment, a large number of events such as conferences and activities are carried out, and a large amount of time and effort are required for scheduling. However, when a new meeting is entered, a conflict with the time of the original event is found, and the following scenario is often easy to happen:
(1) Forgetting that other conferences exist at the previous moment, and finding that the time of two conferences conflicts when the moment that the conferences need to be started is reached;
(2) Other meetings in the calendar at this time are found, but it is difficult to measure which of these conflicting meetings should be adjusted with the least practical impact achieved.
Therefore, when the meeting conflicts, if the meeting is not found and processed in time, the working efficiency of the meeting can be greatly influenced, and serious events can be delayed, so that unavoidable losses are caused. The intelligent prompt for meeting conflict can well detect the conflict existing in meeting arrangement, timely feed back the sponsor and meeting personnel of the meeting, and find out the conflict reasons through backtracking analysis of the conflict process. Based on this, the participants of the conference can find the collision of the conference at the first time and make certain adjustments to the colliding conference. In existing meeting scheduling and calendar synchronization systems, it is common to synchronize only scheduled meetings into our calendar and not to detect if the scheduling of the meetings themselves is reasonable.
