The online and digital office of enterprises becomes a new trend of office models, and especially with the emergence of new crown epidemic situations, more and more enterprises begin to use intelligent office platforms or intelligent office software for daily office work. One application scenario in daily office is: it is often desirable to organize and invite multiple employees in an enterprise to a relevant meeting for a meeting topic.
Current intelligent office platforms or intelligent office software, such as outlook, enable meeting organizers to conveniently send meeting invitations to multiple employees in an enterprise and add them to the employee's schedule. Meetings organized in this manner primarily unilaterally take into account the time and location preferences of the meeting organizer, and not the time and location preferences of the meeting participants. In order to give consideration to the time and the location of each conference participant, a conference organizer needs to communicate and coordinate with each conference participant after initiating a conference invitation and finally determine the time and the location of the conference, so that conference recommendation is not accurate enough, and the recommended conference may conflict with the daily work or plan of the conference participant, thereby not meeting user requirements and also causing low execution efficiency of conference management.
By adopting the method and the device, under the scenes of meeting organization, meeting recommendation, meeting invitation and the like of meeting management, the preferences of meeting organizers and meeting participants in two aspects are fully considered based on the geographical position preferences and the idle time preferences of enterprise employees, so that the recommended meeting can not conflict with the daily work or plan of the meeting participants, the requirements of users are better met, and the execution efficiency of the meeting management is also improved.
The application is not only suitable for the field of the artificial intelligence, but also suitable for the fields of intelligent office, data interaction, conference management and the like. In terms of meeting management, the method and the system can be particularly applied to the fields of bidirectional information collection, meeting recommendation and the like of meeting participants and meeting organizers related to a meeting.
According to an embodiment of the present application, a conference recommendation method is provided, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of the conference recommendation method according to the embodiment of the present application, and the method may be applied to a conference recommendation apparatus, for example, in a case that the apparatus may be deployed in a terminal or a server or other processing devices for execution, the apparatus may perform information collection, information analysis, comprehensive analysis of time preference information and geographic location preference information and conference organization information, and the like. Among them, the terminal may be a User Equipment (UE), a mobile device, a cellular phone, a cordless phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a handheld device, a computing device, a vehicle-mounted device, a wearable device, and so on. In some possible implementations, the method may also be implemented by a processor calling computer readable instructions stored in a memory. As shown in fig. 1, the conference recommendation method may be executed in a service node for recommending a conference, where the service node may be disposed at a terminal side or a server, and as long as a conference participant and a conference participant can be accessed through the service node, a processing flow of the conference recommendation method includes:
s101, meeting preference information input by a first user and meeting organization information input by a second user are obtained.
In one example, the first user may be a conference participant in a conference; the second user may be a meeting organizer participating in a meeting.
In one example, the meeting preference information may include time preference information and geographic location preference information of the meeting participants. The meeting organization information at least comprises a meeting subject and a meeting duration.
In one example, the meeting organization information may include: meeting subject, meeting participants as the first user, meeting organizer as the second user, meeting duration, meeting room position and/or meeting room number arranged by offline meeting, access meeting identification arranged by online remote multimedia meeting, and meeting time period expected to be recommended. The remote multimedia conference can be a conference accessed by applications such as ZOOM and Tencent conference, the access conference identification can be a link address for inviting to join the conference, can also be a conference number for inviting to join the conference, and can also be a conference number and a login password for inviting to join the conference. The meeting organization information of the present application is not limited to the example, and the meeting organization information may be less than the information in the example except for the necessary meeting subject and meeting duration, or may be configured according to the need, and more than the information in the example is within the protection scope of the present application.
S102, analyzing time preference information and geographic position preference information from the meeting preference information.
S103, obtaining a recommended meeting arrangement result according to the meeting organization information, the time preference information and the geographic position preference information.
In one example, the meeting schedule results include at least one of offline meeting schedules, online remote multimedia meeting schedules.
It is noted that the offline meeting schedule is a meeting with a fixed conference room, and is distinguished from the online remote multimedia meeting schedule by an offline meeting schedule, and therefore, is referred to as an offline meeting schedule. The on-line remote multimedia conference is scheduled as a conference room free situation (e.g., a fixed conference room is reserved to capacity), or as a remote conference requiring corporate employees or clients from multiple different regions, countries to be organized together.
And S104, sending the conference scheduling result to a terminal corresponding to the second user.
In an example, the recommended meeting scheduling result may be sent to the terminal corresponding to the second user, so that the terminal corresponding to the second user may initiate a meeting invitation to the terminal corresponding to the first user according to the meeting scheduling result, and the terminal corresponding to the first user may organize the meeting after accepting the meeting invitation, thereby implementing meeting organization work in meeting management.
In the related art, a conference organizer may perform communication coordination with each conference participant according to the time and location preference of the conference organizer itself to finally determine the time and location of a conference, for example, conference invitation may be sent to each conference participant by using intelligent office software such as outlook or an intelligent office platform.
By adopting the method and the system, under the scene of organizing the conference among enterprise employees, the preference of the conference organizer and the conference participants is fully considered, the information input by the conference participants and the conference organizer can be bidirectionally collected, the recommended conference arrangement result (such as offline conference arrangement or online remote multimedia conference arrangement, such as audio conference, audio and video conference and the like) is obtained by calculating according to the preference information which is input by all the conference participants and represents the geographic position and the idle time and is combined with the conference organization information input by the conference organizer, and the conference arrangement result is returned to the conference organizer, so that the conference organizer can initiate the conference invitation to all the conference participants according to the conference arrangement result, compared with the communication link that whether the time and the place of the conference are feasible or not are wasted together with the conference participants after the conference invitation is initiated, the communication link is avoided, the organization efficiency of the conference organizer and the satisfaction degree of conference participants who participate in the conference can be effectively improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of an application scenario including a conference organizer and conference participants according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the application scenario includes a plurality of terminals (a mobile phone terminal 21-a mobile phone terminal 22, and a PC terminal 23), where the conference organizer may be the PC terminal 23, the PC terminal 23 may obtain a processing interface of a corresponding intelligent office platform through a proprietary intelligent office platform or intelligent office software (e.g., outlook), and obtain a recommended conference to be sent to the conference participants (e.g., the mobile phone terminal 21 and the mobile phone terminal 22) through processing logic in the intelligent office platform. The conference organizer may be at the terminal side, or at the server side, that is, not limited to the PC terminal 23, or at the server 11 side, by accessing the intelligent office platform or the intelligent office software (such as outlook), to obtain the processing interface of the corresponding intelligent office platform, so as to implement the processing logic. Taking the PC terminal 23 as a conference organizer, the processing logic may include: 1) the PC terminal 23 can collect conference preference information (including respective time preference information and geographical location preference information of conference participants) respectively sent by the mobile phone terminal 21 and the mobile phone terminal 22 by accessing the intelligent platform, and collect conference organization information (including time and geographical location of a recommended conference) sent by the PC terminal 23; 2) the PC terminal 23 can access the intelligent platform to obtain a conference arrangement result according to the collected conference preference information and the conference organization information; 3) the PC terminal 23 can send the meeting scheduling result to the mobile phone terminal 21 and the mobile phone terminal 22 by accessing the intelligent platform in a meeting invitation mode. Compared with a communication link which wastes a large amount of time to communicate whether the time and the place of the conference are feasible or not together with the conference participants after the invitation is initiated in the conference, the communication link is avoided because the analysis and calculation of the time and the geographic position preference information and the time and the geographic position of the recommended conference are carried out by accessing the intelligent platform, and the organization efficiency of the conference organizer and the satisfaction degree of the conference participants who participate can be effectively improved.
In one embodiment, the time preference and the geographic preference are further refined as follows:
according to the time preference information, the time preference information of each time period in the time that the first user can participate in the conference every day can be obtained, and according to the geographical location preference information, the geographical preference information of the first user when the geographical location of the user is away from the conference room is obtained.
Correspondingly, the obtaining a recommended meeting arrangement result according to the meeting organization information, the time preference information and the geographic position preference information includes: the meeting scheduling result can be obtained according to the meeting organization information, the time preference information of each time period, and the geographical preference information when the geographical position of the user is in a distance with a meeting room.
The time preference information of each time period in the time that the first user can participate in the conference every day may be referred to as employee time preference for short. In an example of the time preference of the employee, the employee (conference participant) may set a time that can participate in the conference every day, and set a time preference value for each time period (e.g., 15 minutes is a time period) in the conference-capable time, for example, the time preference value may be set to a value of 0-100, and incremented by 10 each time, thereby obtaining a weight of the time preference.
The geographical preference information of the first user when the geographical position of the user is a distance from the meeting room may be referred to as employee geographical preference for short. In an example of the geographical preference of the employee, when the geographical location of the employee is separated from the meeting room by a certain distance, the geographical preference may be set, that is, the geographical location preference value of the employee (conference participant) may be set when the geographical location of the employee is separated from the meeting room by a certain distance (e.g., distance <50m, distance 50-100 m, distance 100 and 150m, etc.), for example, the setting of the geographical location preference value may be a value of 0-100, and the value is incremented by 10 each time, so as to obtain the weight of the geographical location preference.
In one embodiment, in order to obtain a more accurate meeting scheduling result according to the meeting organization information, the time preference information, and the geographic location preference information, meeting preference information related to time and geographic location may be further refined to optimize the meeting scheduling result, for example, in one example, daily schedule information and location information related to meeting rooms may be used as more refined meeting preference information than the above embodiment, and added to the comprehensive process for optimizing the meeting scheduling result, so as to perform comprehensive analysis on the meeting organization information, the time preference information of each time slot, and the geographic preference information when the user geographic location is a distance away from the meeting room, thereby obtaining an optimized meeting scheduling result.
Wherein the daily schedule information may include: the staff schedule the meeting every day, such as meeting start, end time, meeting room location, meeting subject, etc.
Wherein the meeting room-related location information may include: location information of all meeting rooms, and the distance between every two meeting rooms in all meeting rooms.
In an embodiment, after obtaining the daily schedule information of the first user and the location information related to the meeting room (the daily schedule information and the location information related to the meeting room may be input by the first user, or may be automatically obtained by an intelligent platform), a meeting scheduling result may be optimized, for example, for the offline meeting scheduling scenario, the offline meeting scheduling is a meeting with a fixed meeting room, and it is necessary to consider time and geographical location preferences at the same time, and a weighting operation may be performed according to the time and geographical location preferences, so as to implement an optimization process according to the weighting operation result, where the optimization process includes the following contents:
and analyzing expected recommended time periods and meeting duration from the meeting organization information, and obtaining the time period in which the first user can meet according to the time preference information of each time period, the daily schedule information and the expected recommended time periods. And obtaining a meeting arrangement result to be optimized according to the meeting time period of the first user and the meeting time. And according to the time preference information of each time period and comparison information obtained by comparing the geographical preference information when the geographical position of the user is in the distance with the position information related to the conference room, carrying out weighting processing on the time preference and the geographical position preference to obtain a weighting processing result. And aiming at the conference arrangement result to be optimized, combining the weighting processing result to obtain an optimized conference arrangement result, and taking the optimized conference arrangement result as the offline conference arrangement.
In one example, for a meeting scheduling result to be optimized, combining the weighting processing result to obtain an optimized meeting scheduling result, the method includes: and obtaining the score corresponding to each meeting arrangement result described by the weighting processing result, and sequencing all meeting arrangements from high score to low score according to the score to obtain a sequencing result. After sorting according to the scores, the meeting arrangement with the highest score in the sorting results can be used as the optimized meeting arrangement result.
In an embodiment, after obtaining the daily schedule information of the first user and the location information related to the conference room (the daily schedule information and the location information related to the conference room may be input by the first user, or may be automatically obtained by an intelligent platform), a conference scheduling result may be optimized, for example, for the online remote multimedia conference scheduling scenario, the online remote multimedia conference scheduling is a conference with or without a fixed conference room, and a time preference needs to be considered, and a summation operation may be performed according to the time preference, so as to implement an optimization process according to a summation operation result of the time preference, where the optimization process includes the following contents:
and analyzing expected recommended time periods and meeting duration from the meeting organization information, and obtaining the time period in which the first user can meet according to the time preference information of each time period, the daily schedule information and the expected recommended time periods. And according to the conference time period and the conference time length of the first users, detecting that the conference arrangement result to be optimized does not support offline conference arrangement, and performing summation processing according to the time preference of each first user described by the time preference information of each time period to obtain the time preference sum of all the first users. And aiming at the conference arrangement result to be optimized, obtaining an optimized conference arrangement result by combining the time preference sums of all the first users, and taking the optimized conference arrangement result as the online remote multimedia conference.
In one example, for the meeting scheduling result to be optimized, combining the time preference sums of all the first users to obtain an optimized meeting scheduling result, including: and obtaining scores corresponding to each meeting arrangement result described by the time preference of all the first users, and sequencing all meeting arrangements from high scores to low scores according to the scores to obtain a sequencing result. After sorting according to the scores, the meeting arrangement with the highest score in the sorting results can be used as the optimized meeting arrangement result.
It should be noted that, if the previous meeting schedule is the offline meeting schedule scenario, and the next meeting schedule finds that the available meeting schedule does not exist, that is, no suitable meeting room is available, that is, the offline meeting schedule scenario is not supported, it is necessary to switch to the online remote multimedia meeting schedule scenario, that is, in the case that no suitable meeting room is available, the meeting can be continuously organized through the available audio meeting schedule or the audio-video meeting schedule, so as to implement the multimedia meeting schedule.
Application example:
fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an architecture for implementing meeting recommendation according to an embodiment of the present application, and a processing flow according to an embodiment of the present application can be implemented based on the architecture shown in fig. 3, where the architecture is composed of an employee meeting preference module, an employee schedule module, a meeting room module, an employee workstation information module, a meeting recommendation module, and a meeting organization module, and includes the following contents:
the employee conference preference module comprises the following main functions:
(1) managing employee time preferences. Through this function, employees can set the time that they can participate in the conference each day. The preference value (e.g., the preference value is 0-100, incremented by 10 each time) for each time period (e.g., 15 minutes for one time period) in the attended meeting time is weighted.
(2) Managing employee geographic preferences. Through the function, the employee can set the preference value (for example, the preference value is 0-100, and is increased by 10 each time) when the employee's geographic position is separated from the meeting room by a certain distance (for example, the distance is less than 50m, the distance is 50-100 m, the distance is 100-150m, and the like), so as to obtain the weight of the geographic position preference.
The sum of the weights of the temporal preference and the geographic preference is 1.
The employee schedule module comprises the following main functions:
the staff's daily schedule information, the staff's daily meeting schedule, etc. may be stored, and the staff's daily meeting schedule may include meeting start, end time, meeting room location, meeting subject, etc. information.
The conference room module comprises the following main functions:
the location information of all meeting rooms can be stored, as well as the distance between every two meeting rooms in all meeting rooms.
And fourthly, the staff station information module comprises the following main functions:
the position information of all employees in the enterprise can be stored.
And fifthly, the conference organization module comprises the following main functions:
meeting organization information input by a meeting organizer can be received, and the meeting organization information can comprise meeting subjects, meeting organizers, meeting participants, meeting duration, expected recommendation time periods and the like, and is sent to a meeting recommendation module. And obtaining a conference arrangement result (for example, a fixed conference room is adopted to organize a conference in an online conference arrangement scene) or an audio and video conference arrangement result (for example, an audio and video organization conference is adopted in an online remote multimedia conference arrangement scene) of the recommended conference sent by the conference recommending module, and sending the conference arrangement result to all conference participants in a conference invitation mode.
And sixthly, the conference recommending module comprises the following main functions:
the conference scheduling result (for example, a fixed conference room is adopted in a conference scheduling scene under an online state to organize a conference) or an audio and video conference scheduling result (for example, an audio and video conference is adopted in a remote multimedia conference scheduling scene under an online state to organize a conference) of a recommended conference can be obtained by calculating according to the conference preference information input by the conference participants, namely, the preference information based on the geographic positions and the idle time of all the conference participants, and the conference scheduling results are returned to the conference organizer so that the conference organizer can send the conference inviting mode to all the conference participants.
The method for calculating at the meeting recommending module according to the information collected bidirectionally (meeting preference information and meeting organization information) to obtain the meeting scheduling results is as follows:
1. and calculating the conference-capable time periods of all the conference participants according to the schedule information of all the conference participants, the conference-capable time periods and the expected recommended time periods.
2. And calculating the conference arrangement capable of meeting according to the conference time periods and the conference time lengths of all the conference participants. Each meeting schedule may include, among other things, a meeting room location, a meeting start time, a meeting end time, and a meeting topic.
3. For this per meeting schedule in 2 above, the time and geographical weighted preference sums for all meeting participants are calculated to get the score for the per meeting schedule.
4. And sequencing all the meeting schedules according to the scores from high to low to obtain a sequencing result, and obtaining a meeting schedule result according to the sequencing result.
In each conference arrangement in step 3, taking one conference participant a among the conference participants as an example, the method for performing time and geographic location preference weighting operation on the conference participant a includes the following steps:
(1) and determining the position of the conference participant A at a period of time before the conference schedule according to the schedule information of the conference participant A. The location of conference participant a may be at a work station or in a particular conference room.
(2) The distance between the position of the conference participant a in the period before the conference schedule and the position of the conference room in the conference schedule is calculated.
(3) And calculating the geographic preference value P of the meeting arrangement for the meeting participants A according to the geographic preference setting information of the meeting participants A.
(4) And calculating the time preference value of the conference arrangement to the conference participants A as T according to the time preference setting information of the conference participants A.
(5) And calculating the total preference of the conference schedule to the conference participants A according to the geographic preference weight and the time preference weight of the conference participants A.
Steps 1 to 4 and (1) to (5) of step 3 are calculation processes for the offline meeting scheduling scenario, and for the online remote multimedia meeting scheduling scenario, different from the above description, in step 2 of the calculation method, if the calculated available meeting scheduling does not exist, that is, it means that no suitable meeting room is available, the available audio/video meeting scheduling is calculated. The conference place of the audio and video conference arrangement capable of being conferred can be fixed as audio and video conference software or a platform, and the calculation method comprises the following steps:
