the second springs (33) are connected between the inner sides of the clamping nails (34) and the rotating wheels (35);
the sliding seats (37) are connected between the rotating wheels (35);

the clamping mechanism (4) comprises:

a gear-missing ring (44), wherein the gear-missing ring (44) is connected to the lower side of the handle wheel (41);
