Abstract
The invention discloses a horizontal embedded steel bar structure and a construction method, comprising an embedded steel bar and a horizontal embedded steel bar pore passage; the part of the bar planting pore canal near the opening end is a horizontal equal straight section with unchanged aperture, and the part near the closing end is a wedge-shaped reaming widening section with gradually increased aperture; the opening end is arranged on the bar planting base structure; the bar planting base structure is provided with a sealing cover with a grouting opening and a grout outlet; the center of the sealing cover of the grouting opening is provided with a planting bar insertion hole; gaps between the implanted steel bars and the implanted steel bar pore canals are filled by the non-shrinkage cement-based grouting material through pressure injection. During construction, a bar-planting pore canal is drilled and the inner surface of the bar-planting pore canal is wetted; then arranging a grouting opening sealing cover and inserting an implanted steel bar; and pressing the non-shrinkage cement-based grouting material from the grouting opening until the grouting material is full, and detaching the grouting opening sealing opening and the redundant slurry after initial setting. The invention has good anchoring performance, durability and operability, and ensures the anchoring performance on the premise of ensuring the grouting compactness.

the height of the grouting opening and the height of the grout outlet are both higher than the height of the embedded bar inserting hole;
and the gap between the implanted steel bar and the implanted steel bar hole is filled by pressure injection of the non-shrinkage cement-based grouting material.
Preferably, the bar planting matrix structure is a concrete matrix structure, and a cement-based grouting material leveling cushion layer is arranged on the contact surface of the bar planting matrix structure and the sealing cover of the grouting opening.
More preferably, the thickness of the cement-based grouting material leveling cushion layer is 1-2 cm.
