Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a dye composition, in particular to a dark blue to black disperse dye composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Dark blue dyes mainly used in the market, such as dark blue ECT; and black dyes such as disperse black ECT, disperse black ECO generally consist of c.i. disperse blue 291:1, c.i. disperse violet 93, c.i. disperse orange 288. However, with the continuous upgrade of the fabric, spandex-containing stretch fabrics and polyester-cotton blended fabrics are very popular in the markets at home and abroad. The product has the advantages of high elasticity, excellent resilience, soft hand feeling, comfortable wearing, easy sweat absorption, no static electricity generation and the like. Disperse dyes are mainly adopted for dyeing polyester/polyurethane elastic fabrics and polyester-cotton blended fabrics, and because a lot of disperse dyes have high affinity and good dyeability to spandex and cotton, the disperse dyes are seriously infected with the spandex and the cotton. In the fastness test, spandex and disperse dyes stained on cotton are easy to migrate out of fibers, and the wet treatment fastness of terylene/spandex and terylene/cotton textiles is affected. Many disperse dyes have good fastness to rubbing, washing and light on terylene, but the fastness on spandex and cotton can only reach a medium level, so that products with high requirements on the fastness have a great problem in dyeing processing.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of poor fastness of the traditional azo dark blue and black dyes on spandex and cotton fabrics, and provides a dark blue to black disperse dye composition and a preparation method thereof.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a dark blue to black disperse dye composition comprises a dye monomer A, a dye monomer B and a dyeing monomer C, wherein the dye monomer A is C.I. disperse blue 60; the dye monomer B is C.I. disperse orange 30, and the dye monomer C is C.I. disperse violet 93: 1;
wherein the chemical formula of the dye monomer A is:
dye monomer B-disperse orange 30
Dye monomer C:
5-40 parts of dye monomer A, 3-30 parts of dye monomer B, 5-20 parts of dye monomer C and the balance of auxiliary agent; the auxiliary agent comprises one or a mixture of sodium lignosulfonate (lignin 85A and 83A) and a methyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate (dispersant MF).
Preferably, the weight portion of the dye monomer A is 10-28, the weight portion of the dye monomer B is 3.5-26, the weight portion of the dye monomer C is 10-20, and the balance is an auxiliary agent.
Further, the dye monomer A is 10-28 parts by weight, the dye monomer B is 5-26 parts by weight, the dye monomer C is 12-16 parts by weight, and the balance is an auxiliary agent.
Further, dye monomer B may be replaced with one or both of dye monomers D or E;
dye monomer D disperse orange 61:
dye monomer E (C.I. disperse orange 44)
Wherein the sum of the parts by weight of the dye monomers D and E is 3.5-17 parts.
Preferably, the weight part of the dye monomer D is 0-26 parts; the weight part of the dye monomer E is 0-26 parts.
Further, the weight part of the dye monomer D is 2.5-12 parts; the dye monomer E accounts for 1-5 parts by weight.
The disperse dye can be prepared according to the following method: pre-dispersing and smashing the raw dye monomer A, the dye monomer B and the dye monomer C in the metering ratio, adding the auxiliary agent and warm water, stirring, dispersing and dissolving, continuously grinding and filtering repeatedly, sanding to a terminal point, drying in a spray drying tower through a pipeline, uniformly spraying the dustproof oil and the dispersing agent, and finally packaging a finished product. The waste gas produced in the spray drying is filtered and dedusted for several times by a cyclone dedusting device.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention provides a dark blue to black disperse dye composition, which has light fastness of 5-6, sublimation fastness grade of 4 and soaping fastness of 4, and solves the problem of poor fastness of traditional azo dark blue and black dyes on fabrics.
Detailed Description
The following description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention is provided for the purpose of illustration and description, and is in no way intended to limit the invention.
Examples
A dark blue to black disperse dye composition comprises a dye monomer A, a dye monomer B (or a dye monomer D or a dye monomer E) and a dye monomer C, wherein the dye monomer A is C.I. disperse blue 60; dye monomer B is C.I. disperse orange 30, dye monomer D is disperse orange 61, and dye monomer E is disperse orange 44; the dye monomer C is C.I. disperse violet 93: 1; the above dye monomers can be selected from commercially available products, such as c.i. disperse blue 60 produced by jiangsu yabang dye limited.
The distribution ratio of each component is shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Pre-dispersing and smashing the raw dye monomer A, the dye monomer B and the dye monomer C in the metering ratio, adding the auxiliary agent and warm water, stirring, dispersing and dissolving, continuously grinding and filtering repeatedly, sanding to a terminal point, drying in a spray drying tower through a pipeline, uniformly spraying the dustproof oil and the dispersing agent, and finally packaging a finished product. The waste gas produced in the spray drying is filtered and dedusted for several times by a cyclone dedusting device.
The examples are compared to conventional deep blue, black dye fastness properties as shown in table 2:
