Disperse dyes are mainly adopted for dyeing polyester/polyurethane elastic fabrics and polyester-cotton blended fabrics, and because a lot of disperse dyes have high affinity and good dyeability to spandex and cotton, the disperse dyes are seriously infected with the spandex and the cotton. In the fastness test, spandex and disperse dyes stained on cotton are easy to migrate out of fibers, and the wet treatment fastness of terylene/spandex and terylene/cotton textiles is affected. Many disperse dyes have good fastness to rubbing, washing and light on terylene, but the fastness on spandex and cotton can only reach a medium level, so that products with high requirements on the fastness have a great problem in dyeing processing.
