Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetic sewage treatment, and particularly relates to a cosmetic sewage treatment system.
Background
The amount of cosmetic sewage is not large, but the concentration of pollutants is high. Due to the characteristics of the main process, even if the yield is large, the water quantity of the produced sewage is not large, but the water quantity and the water quality fluctuate greatly. The sewage has complex components. On the one hand, the raw material components are complicated. Such as sodium fatty Alcohol Ether Sulfate (AES), cocapyltryetaine, Parachlorometaxylenol (PCMX), essence, glycerol, etc. On the other hand, the process from the production of raw materials to the finished products of the cosmetics is long, and the number of byproducts is large, so that the components of pollutants in the sewage are various and complicated, and the sewage treatment difficulty is increased.
The chroma of sewage generated in the production of certain cosmetics is higher, the quantity of substances which are difficult to degrade is more, and the BOD and COD values of the sewage are low. The organic pollutants are mostly hard-to-biodegrade substances. Such as oil and fat pollutants like glycerol octadecanol, half fatty acid glyceride and the like and some cosmetic additives, has higher emulsification degree and more toxic and harmful substances.
There are many organic pollutants in the wastewater from cosmetic production that are toxic and harmful to microorganisms, and cosmetics containing toxic chemicals are generally concentrated in cosmetics having special uses.
Because the concentration of organic matters in the cosmetic sewage is high, the biodegradability of the cosmetic sewage is poor, if biological oxidation is directly carried out, the expected effect cannot be achieved, and the cost is expensive, so the treatment of the cosmetic sewage needs to be combined with various sewage treatment systems for comprehensive application, but how to reasonably and effectively combine various sewage treatment systems to be applied to the treatment of the cosmetic sewage is still the problem to be solved urgently in the field at present on the premise of convenient operation and cost control.

Further, the grid interval of the grid well is eight millimeters.
Further, the hydraulic retention time in the sewage adjusting tank is eight hours.
Further, the anaerobic fermentation process comprises a hydrolysis process, an acidification process, an acid degradation process and a methanation process.
Further, the air compressor is used for aerating the submerged biological filter.
Furthermore, the bottom end of the dosing barrel is communicated with the sedimentation tank through a hollow pipe, and an electric valve is arranged between the dosing barrel and the hollow pipe.
Furthermore, the plurality of sludge drying tanks are all used for drying sludge.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, the cosmetic sewage enters the adjusting system after the suspended matters with larger particles are removed by the grating system, the cosmetic sewage with the large suspended matters removed is conveyed to the hydrolytic acidification system through the lifting pump in the adjusting system, the macromolecular organic matters in the cosmetic sewage are degraded into micromolecular organic matters through the anaerobic fermentation process in the hydrolytic acidification system, then the organic matters in the cosmetic sewage are oxidized and decomposed in the contact oxidation system, and finally, the colloidal substances in the sewage are neutralized into precipitates through the coagulating sedimentation system.

In the cosmetic sewage treatment system provided by the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the cosmetic sewage treatment system includes a grid system, a regulating system, a hydrolysis acidification system, a contact oxidation system, a coagulation precipitation system, and a sludge drying system; the grid system comprises a grid well of a brick-concrete structure; the adjusting system comprises a sewage adjusting tank with a lift pump, and the input end of the sewage adjusting tank is communicated with the output end of the grid well; the hydrolysis acidification system comprises a hydrolysis acidification tank for anaerobic fermentation, the input end of the lift pump is communicated with the output end of the sewage adjusting tank, and the output end of the lift pump is communicated with the hydrolysis acidification tank; the contact oxidation system comprises a submerged biological filter with an air compressor, and the input end of the submerged biological filter is communicated with the output end of the hydrolysis acidification tank; the coagulating sedimentation system comprises a sedimentation tank with a dosing barrel, and the input end of the sedimentation tank is communicated with the output end of the submerged biological filter; the sludge drying system comprises a plurality of sludge drying tanks, and the input ends of the sludge drying tanks are respectively communicated with the output end of the sedimentation tank. Cosmetic sewage enters a sewage treatment facility and flows through artificial grids with the interval of eight millimeters firstly, large suspended matters and particles in the cosmetic sewage are removed through the interception effect of the grids, then the cosmetic sewage automatically flows into a sewage adjusting tank in an adjusting system and stays in the sewage adjusting tank for eight hours, so that the sewage is completely collected, then the cosmetic sewage in the sewage adjusting tank is conveyed into a hydrolysis acidification tank in the hydrolysis acidification system through a lift pump, organic matters in the cosmetic sewage are decomposed into micromolecular organic matters after hydrolysis, acidification, acid degradation and methanation in the hydrolysis acidification tank, then the cosmetic sewage after hydrolysis acidification enters a submerged biological filter in a contact oxidation system, the micromolecular organic matters in the cosmetic sewage are further decomposed, and the submerged biological filter has the advantage of not generating return sludge, furthermore, the return sludge is not cleaned by wasting manpower and material resources, and an air compressor in the submerged biological filter is used for aerating the filter, wherein the aeration is a means for making air and water strongly contact, and aims to dissolve oxygen in the air into the water or release unnecessary gas and volatile substances in the water into the air. In other words, it is a means of facilitating mass exchange between gas and liquid. After the treatment of the steps, cosmetic sewage is finally introduced into a sedimentation tank in a coagulation system, a coagulant is added into the sedimentation tank through a dosing barrel, the coagulant is electrolyte, micelle is formed in water and is electrically neutralized with colloidal substances in the wastewater to form fluff particle sedimentation, in addition, as the electric valve is arranged on the dosing barrel, the speed of the coagulant can be controlled through the action of the electric valve, thus, the waste of the coagulant can be avoided, and the sludge sediment obtained through the sedimentation tank can be transported away after being treated and dried by the sludge drying tank.
In the idle place of the device, all the electric devices and the drivers matched with the electric devices are arranged, and all the driving parts, which refer to the power element, the electric devices and the adaptive power supply, are connected through the conducting wires by the person skilled in the art, and specific connecting means refer to the following expressions that the electric connection is completed among the electric devices in sequence, and the detailed connecting means are well known in the art.
