The downward-pressing drainage assembly comprises a driving air cylinder 25 arranged at the top of the settling chamber 24 and a lower pressing plate 26 positioned in the settling chamber 24, the lower pressing plate 26 is arranged in a part between the vertical partition plate 27 and the water inlet of the settling chamber 24, the cylinder body of the driving air cylinder 25 is fixed at the top of the settling chamber 24, an air cylinder rod downwards penetrates through the top of the settling chamber 24 and is fixedly connected with the lower pressing plate 26, and the driving air cylinder 25 can drive the lower pressing plate 26 to move up and down so as to press out water in the settling chamber 24 from the water outlet when the lower pressing plate 26 moves downwards.
The processing means 5 further comprises a spraying assembly for spraying the settling chamber 24 with a spray. During spraying, the spray disk 29 can be rotated. The drug spraying plate 29 is driven by the motor 30. The medicament comprises deodorant, disinfectant, flocculating agent and the like.
The treatment mechanism further comprises a sediment separation assembly, wherein the sediment separation assembly comprises a sediment discharge pipe 31 communicated with the bottom of the settling chamber 24, an electromagnetic valve 32 arranged on the sediment discharge pipe 31 and a flocculate collecting box 33 communicated with one end, far away from the settling chamber 24, of the sediment discharge pipe 31. When the lower pressure plate 26 is pressed down, the solenoid valve 32 is closed, and the water in the settling chamber 24 slowly escapes from the water outlet. When the floc in the settling chamber 24 reaches a certain amount, the solenoid valve 32 is opened and the floc enters the floc collection tank 33. In practice, a mesh may be further provided at the bottom of the floc collection tank 33 to further discharge the water introduced into the floc collection tank 33.

1. A novel rural kitchen sewage collecting type treatment system comprises:
the water collecting pipe is used for collecting kitchen sewage in rural farmer households;
the filtering mechanism is used for filtering the sewage flowing out of the water collecting pipe;
the waste residue collecting mechanism is used for collecting impurities filtered and discharged from the filtering mechanism;
the treatment mechanism is used for further treating the sewage filtered by the filtering mechanism; it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
the filter mechanism includes:
a first support frame;
a filter cartridge supported on the first support frame, having a cylindrical shape with its axis arranged horizontally, and having a first water inlet, a first water outlet, and a discharge port, the first water inlet and the first water outlet being respectively located on opposite sides of both sides of the filter cartridge in its axis direction, the first water inlet and the first water outlet being aligned in the axis direction of the filter cartridge, the first water inlet being communicated with one end of the water collecting pipe, the first water outlet being communicated with the treating mechanism, the discharge port being located on a circumferential wall of the filter cartridge and higher than the first water inlet or the first water outlet;
the slag fishing component is arranged in the filter cylinder and is used for fishing out impurities in the sewage;
the scraping component is used for scraping impurities fished by the slag fishing plate from the slag fishing plate and sending the impurities out of a discharge hole of the filter cylinder to the waste residue collecting mechanism;
the slag fishing assembly comprises a slag fishing plate which is rotatably arranged in the filter cylinder, the rotation axis of the slag fishing plate is collinear with the axis of the filter cylinder, two ends of the slag fishing plate are close to the radial side wall of the filter cylinder, the width direction of the slag fishing plate is parallel to the axis direction of the filter cylinder, and two sides of the slag fishing plate in the width direction are close to the inner walls of the two sides of the filter cylinder in the axis direction;

the scraping plate is provided with a pushing plane and an abutting plane, the pushing plane is used for pushing out impurities from the discharge hole, the abutting plane is used for abutting against the slag salvaging plate, and the pushing plane is perpendicular to the abutting plane.

The new rural kitchen sewage flow concentrating treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the mounting groove is arc-shaped, and the arc-shaped configuration of the mounting groove can ensure that the pushing plane and the slag dragging surface of the slag dragging plate are always vertical.

The new rural kitchen sewage flow concentration type treatment system according to claim 2, wherein the discharge port is configured such that one side of the discharge port along the circumferential direction of the filter cylinder starts from the position of the filter cylinder corresponding to the upper end of the slag dragging plate when the slag dragging plate is just contacted with the scraping plate, and the other side of the discharge port ends at the position of the filter cylinder corresponding to the free end of the scraping plate when the slag dragging plate is not contacted with the scraping plate.

a second support frame;
the settling chamber is arranged on the second support frame;
the downward-pressing drainage assembly is arranged in the settling chamber, a second water inlet is formed in one side of the settling chamber and communicated with the first water outlet, a second water outlet is formed in the other side, opposite to the one side, of the settling chamber, and the downward-pressing drainage assembly is used for pressing out sewage in the settling chamber from the second water outlet.

The new rural kitchen sewage collecting type treatment system according to claim 5, wherein a vertical partition plate is arranged in the settling chamber, the vertical partition plate divides the settling chamber into two parts along the direction from one side to the other side, the lower end of the vertical partition plate is at a certain distance from the bottom of the settling chamber, so that the two separated parts of the settling chamber are communicated, and the lower end of the vertical partition plate is lower than the second water outlet.

The new rural kitchen sewage collecting type treatment system according to claim 6, wherein the lower pressure drainage assembly comprises a driving cylinder arranged at the top of the settling chamber and a lower pressing plate positioned in the settling chamber, the lower pressing plate is arranged in a part between the vertical partition plate and the second water inlet, a cylinder body of the driving cylinder is fixed at the top of the settling chamber, and a cylinder rod penetrates downwards through the top of the settling chamber and is fixedly connected with the lower pressing plate.

The new rural kitchen sewage collecting type treatment system according to claim 7, wherein the treatment mechanism further comprises a medicine spraying assembly for spraying medicine into the settling chamber, the medicine spraying assembly comprises a medicine introducing device, a medicine spraying disc and a rotary driving device, the medicine introducing device is fixedly installed on the side wall of the settling chamber on one side of the second water inlet, the medicine spraying disc is rotatably arranged on the side wall of the settling chamber on one side of the second water inlet, the rotary axis of the medicine spraying disc is horizontally arranged and is of a hollow structure, a medicine outlet hole is formed in one side facing the settling chamber, the medicine introducing device is communicated with one side, away from the settling chamber, of the medicine spraying disc, and the medicine comprises deodorant, disinfectant or flocculating agent.
