Abstract
The invention provides an exhaust material homogenizing method and device for feed packaging, wherein a set of exhaust material homogenizing device is arranged at the tail end of a feed packaging transmission line, and in the feed transmission process, redundant air in a feed bag is exhausted through a series of actions of hole pricking, lodging, steering, extruding and trembling transmission, and the feed in the feed bag is homogenized and shaped, so that the method and the device are suitable for various bagged feeds.

Background

The working principle is as follows: after the feed bag 80 enters a packaging machine for sealing, under the condition that the chain transmission assembly 22 clamps the seal, the pricking pin 23 pricks out the exhaust hole 21 on the side surface of the feed bag 80, the feed bag 80 continuously moves to the bag pouring machine 3 on the flat belt transmission mechanism 1, the bag pouring shovel 33 extends out to act on the lower part of the feed bag 80, the feed bag 80 is poured towards the direction of the second rail 32 under the blocking of the first rail 31, the lower part of the feed bag 80 is further pushed to the turning transmission mechanism 4, the turning transmission mechanism 4 drives the feed bag 80 to change the 90-degree transportation direction, the feed bag 80 is conveyed to the extrusion exhaust machine 5, the feed bag 80 sequentially passes through the extrusion rollers 52 from the bottom to the sealing end under the driving of the belt transmission mechanism 51, the extrusion rollers 52 uniformly extrude the feed in the feed bag under the action of the spring 56 to enable the redundant air to be exhausted from the exhaust hole 21, and finally, the feed bag 80 passes through the four-roller edge transmission machine 6 to further homogenize the feed, the shape of the feed bag is regular.
