Technical Field
The invention relates to aircraft seat maintenance equipment, in particular to a repair positioning device for an aircraft seat slide rail beam.
Background
In the operation process of the civil aircraft, the situation that the corrosion exceeds standard frequently occurs in the sliding rail beam of the passenger cabin seat, and the situation needs to be replaced with a new piece or repaired when the passenger cabin seat is subjected to regular maintenance each time, and the repair becomes the preferred scheme of an airline company due to the high cost of replacing the new piece.
The repair is to cut out the seat slide rail beam with the corrosion exceeding standard section according to the requirements of manufacturer manual, manufacture the seat slide rail beam with the required length, and then install the newly manufactured slide rail beam and the seat slide rail beam section without cutting together through the connecting joint at the cutting position so as to achieve the same strength and function as the original seat slide rail beam.

Detailed Description
The repair positioning device for an aircraft seat rail beam as shown in fig. 1 to 5, wherein the rail beam 1 is in an i shape, and comprises a top beam, a bottom beam and a vertically arranged support beam, wherein a seat device installation groove 11 is formed in the middle of the top beam, the seat device installation groove 11 is formed by a plurality of equidistant circular grooves 111 with the same size, and strip-shaped grooves 112 which penetrate through the circular grooves 111 from the middle to connect the circular grooves 111 in series, and the distance between each circular groove 111 is equal. The repairing and positioning device 4 comprises a base 43, a handle 41, a fixed positioning block 45 and an adjustable positioning block 44, wherein the handle 41 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the base 43, the fixed positioning block 45 is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the base 43, the adjustable positioning block 44 is adjustably arranged on the lower surface of the base 43, the adjustable positioning block 44 can move along the length direction of the base 43, the fixed positioning block 45 and the adjustable positioning block 44 are identical in structure and are cylinders with the same diameter as the circular groove 111, and the horizontal central lines of the fixed positioning block 45 and the adjustable positioning block 44 are overlapped.
In this embodiment, the base 43 is a U-shape with a symmetrical center, and the horizontal center lines of the fixed positioning block 45 and the adjustable positioning block 44 are coincident with the center line of the base 43. The base 43 is provided with an elongated adjustable positioning block mounting hole 433 in a longitudinal direction, the adjustable positioning block 44 is mounted on the adjustable positioning block mounting hole 433, specifically, the adjustable positioning block 44 is mounted on the adjustable positioning block mounting hole 433 through a screw 46, a washer 47 and a lock nut 42, and the position of the adjustable positioning block 44 on the adjustable positioning block mounting hole 433 can be adjusted.

When the repairing and positioning device 4 of the present embodiment is used, as shown in fig. 2, the fixed positioning block 45 is placed into the circular groove 111 of the slide rail beam 1 which needs to be reserved and is not required to be cut, and the position of the adjustable positioning block 44 is adjusted, so that the adjustable positioning block 44 can be placed into the circular groove 111 of the slide rail beam 1 which needs to be cut and corrode the super-standard section, and then the cutting tool is used for cutting and corroding the slide rail beam 1 of the super-standard section.
Then the newly manufactured rail beam 2 is cut out. As shown in fig. 5, when the adjustable positioning block 44 of the repair positioning device 4 can be placed in the circular groove 111 of the newly manufactured slide rail beam 2, it is explained that the position of the newly manufactured slide rail beam 2 is completely consistent with the position of the slide rail beam 1of the corrosion super-standard section to be cut before cutting repair, so that the position of the newly manufactured slide rail beam 2 is completely consistent with the position of the slide rail beam before cutting repair, the newly manufactured slide rail beam 2 can realize accurate butt joint with the reserved slide rail beam 1, and only deburring is needed after finishing, and no allowance is needed for repairing.
Meanwhile, because the horizontal central lines of the fixed positioning block 45 and the adjustable positioning block 44 of the repairing and positioning device 4 are coincident, when the fixed positioning block 45 and the adjustable positioning block 44 are respectively positioned in the circular groove 111 of the reserved slide rail beam 1 and the circular groove 111 for manufacturing the slide rail beam 2, the coincidence of the newly manufactured slide rail beam 2 and the central line of the reserved slide rail beam 1 is ensured, dislocation or deviation is not generated, and the accurate positioning of manufacturing the slide rail beam 2 is realized.
