The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art through specific situations.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
A wire drawing machine is shown in figure 1 and comprises a winding drum 1, a motor 4, a loose pulley 2 and a pulley 5, wherein in the wire drawing machine, the loose pulley is also called a wire wheel, a wire guide roller or a wire releasing guide wheel, the loose pulley is specifically connected in such a way that the motor 4 is connected with the winding drum 1, the winding drum 1 is driven by the motor 4 to rotate, and welding wires pass through the winding drum 1 and then sequentially pass through the loose pulley 2 and the pulley 5 to be output.
The speed regulation control method of the wire drawing machine comprises the following steps:
s1, arranging two position sensors 3 around a winding drum 1 of a wire drawing machine, wherein the two position sensors are preferably arranged in close proximity, and the two position sensors 3 correspond to the moving track of a travelling wheel 2 on the winding drum in the circumferential direction; the two position sensors 3 are electrically connected with a controller, and the controller is connected with a motor 4 through a frequency converter;
s2, two position sensors 3 detect the position change of the loose pulley in the circumferential direction, detect signals are transmitted to the controller, the controller judges the rotation direction of the loose pulley 2 according to the received signals, judges the wire accumulation or wire releasing state of the winding drum 1 according to the relation between the rotation direction of the loose pulley 2 and the rotation direction of the winding drum 1, and adjusts the rotating speed of the motor through controlling the frequency converter according to the judgment result so as to finally adjust the rotating speed of the winding drum.
In step S1, the two position sensors 3 may be disposed, for example, such that the two position sensors 3 are disposed outside the loose pulley 2 at a height equal to that of the loose pulley 2, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, and the two position sensors 3 detect the position change of the loose pulley 2 when it moves in the circumferential direction in the horizontal direction. The two position sensors 3 can also be arranged above the loose pulley 2, at this moment, the two position sensors 3 are respectively arranged downwards just opposite to the moving track of the loose pulley 2, and the two position sensors 3 respectively detect the position change condition when the loose pulley 2 moves in the circumferential direction in the vertical direction.
In step S2, the method of determining the state of the spool being accumulated or paid off specifically includes: when the controller judges that loose pulley 2 and reel 1 syntropy rotate according to two position sensor 3's signal precedence order, it is greater than unwrapping wire speed to show reel long line speed, and the reel is long line state, and the welding wire number of turns increases on it, and every is once through two position sensor 3 along this forward (with loose pulley syntropy rotation) loose pulley 2 in order, and the actual number of turns of recording reel 1 welding wire increases the round, and the system is with the actual number of turns of winding of reel welding wire +1 this moment. When the controller judges that loose pulley 2 and reel 1 reverse rotation according to the signal precedence order of two position sensor 3, it explains that reel linear speed is less than unwrapping wire speed, and the reel is the unwrapping wire state, and the number of turns of welding wire winding on the reel reduces, and every time the loose pulley 2 passes through two position sensor 3 in order along this reversal (with loose pulley reverse rotation), the actual number of turns of recording reel 1 welding wire reduces the round, and the system is with the actual number of turns-1 of winding of reel welding wire this moment.
The specific method for controlling the motor to adjust the rotating speed of the winding drum according to the judgment result in the step S2 comprises the following steps: the system presets the welding wire number of turns of winding on the reel to according to loose pulley direction of rotation and through two position sensor number of times statistics reel on the actual number of turns of winding of welding wire in order, the controller is according to the actual number of turns of winding and the difference of presetting the number of turns of winding, calculates and output control signal and controls motor speed through controlling the converter, finally realizes the real-time rotational speed adjustment of reel.
The method for calculating the real-time rotating speed of the winding drum comprises the following steps:
the controller finally controls the real-time rotating speed N = N0+ K (S-S0) of the winding drum;
wherein: n0 is the set rotating speed of the winding drum during wire drawing;
s is the preset number of turns of welding wires in the winding drum during wire drawing;
s0 is the actual number of turns of the welding wire on the winding drum;
k is a rotation speed adjusting coefficient.
The value of K is an empirical value. During wire drawing production, the winding drum is ensured to run smoothly at the whole speed section and cannot vibrate. Oscillation occurs when the winding drum runs, which indicates that the adjustment speed is excessively high and overshoots, namely the K value is large; too slow an adjustment speed may result in a non-timely compensation of the rotation speed. The K value principle is thus adjusted: no matter in which speed section the equipment runs, the speed of compensation can not cause reel speed to vibrate as the principle.
The speed regulation method is further described by using an embodiment I and an embodiment II:
in the first embodiment, before the welding wire is normally drawn, the step of regulating the rotating speed of the winding drum is explained, before the normal drawing production of the drawing machine, the welding wire is firstly required to be wound on the winding drum for a certain number of turns, namely the number of turns of the welding wire on the winding drum needs to reach the preset number of turns, the winding drum 2 is in an active wire accumulation state in the process, and the rotating speed of the winding drum during the active wire accumulation comprises the following steps:
(1) Zero winding of the welding wire on the winding drum at the moment, so that the actual number of turns S0 of the welding wire on the winding drum 1 in the system is cleared, namely S0=0;
(2) Starting a system, wherein S-S0= S, a winding drum 1 rotates at a rotating speed N = N0+ KS, a loose pulley 2 rotates around the winding drum 1 in the same direction, the winding drum is actively accumulated, when the loose pulley 2 passes through two position sensors 3 in the forward direction (in the same direction as the winding drum) for the first time, the winding drum 1 winds a first circle of welding wire, and the system records the actual number of turns S0=1 of the welding wire on the winding drum at the time;
(3) The controller judges that the loose pulley 2 and the winding drum 1 rotate in the same direction according to signals of the position sensors 3, judges that the winding drum 1 is in a line accumulation state, records the actual number of turns S0 of a welding wire of the winding drum 1 when the loose pulley 2 sequentially passes through the two position sensors 3 once, namely, increases one turn, and controls the real-time rotation speed N = N0+ K (S-S0) of the winding drum according to the actual number of turns S0 of the winding drum at the moment; therefore, in the active wire accumulating process that the number of turns of the welding wire on the winding drum is increased from 0 to S, the rotating speed of the winding drum 1 is gradually reduced from the value of N0+ KS;
(4) When the winding drum 1 accumulates wires to the actual number of turns S0= S of the welding wires, S-S0=0, the actual number of turns S0 of the welding wires on the winding drum recorded by the system reaches the preset number of turns S of the welding wires at the moment, the rotating speed of the winding drum is reduced to N = N0, namely the set rotating speed of the winding drum 2 during wire drawing production, the position of the loose pulley 2 tends to be stable at the moment, active wire accumulation speed regulation control of the winding drum is completed, winding of the preset number of turns of the welding wires is completed by the winding drum at the moment, and meanwhile the winding drum rotates at the set rotating speed of wire drawing.
In the second embodiment, after the active wire accumulation of the winding drum is completed, the wire drawing of the welding wire is normally performed, in order to ensure that the number of turns of the welding wire on the winding drum recorded in the production is kept as the preset number of turns of the welding wire, the rotating speed of the winding drum needs to be adjusted in real time, and the method for adjusting the rotating speed of the winding drum during the wire drawing production comprises the following steps:
(1) When the controller judges that the rotation direction of the loose pulley 2 is the same as that of the winding drum 1, the linear speed of the winding drum 1 is larger than the paying-off speed, the actual number of turns S0 of the winding drum 1 is larger than S, the winding drum is in a linear state, the controller controls the rotating speed of the winding drum 1 to be N = N0-K (S0-S), and the rotating speed of the winding drum 1 is reduced because S0-S is larger than 0, so that the linear speed is reduced, and the actual number of turns of welding wires on the winding drum is equal to the preset number of turns of the welding wires;
(2) When the controller judges that the rotation direction of the loose pulley 2 is opposite to that of the winding drum 1, the linear speed of the winding drum 1 is smaller than the paying-off speed, the actual number of turns S0 of the winding drum 1 is smaller than S, the winding drum is in a paying-off state, the controller controls the rotating speed N = N0-K (S0-S) of the winding drum 1, and the rotating speed of the winding drum 1 is increased due to the fact that S0-S is smaller than 0, the linear speed of the winding drum is increased, and therefore the actual number of turns of a welding wire on the winding drum is equal to the preset number of turns of the welding wire.
Now, taking K =1, S =10, and N0=50rpm as examples, the controller in normal wire drawing production will be described to adjust the rotation speed of the winding drum by the motor:
(1) When the system calculates the actual number of the reel S0=11, the controller calculates N =50rmp +1 (10-11) =49rpm according to the formula N = N0+ K (S-S0), and the controller controls the motor to adjust the rotation speed of the reel to 49rpm, wherein the reel is operated at the actual rotation speed N =49rpm, that is, the reel is operated at a rotation speed 1rpm lower than the given rotation speed N =50 rmp.
(2) When the system calculates the actual number of the reels S0=9, the controller calculates N =50rmp +1 (10-9) =51rpm according to the formula N = N0+ K (S-S0), and the controller controls the motor to adjust the rotation speed of the reels to 51rpm, i.e. the reels are operated at the actual rotation speed N =51rpm, i.e. the reels are operated at a rotation speed 1rpm higher than the given rotation speed N =50 rmp.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
