一种调理颈肩不适膏药的制备工艺，其包括以下步骤：
步骤1：浸膏，将30份膏药需要的中药倒入铁锅内，加入适量水浸泡1~2小时后，大火将水烧开，而后文火蒸煮1~1.5小时，接着将熬制的药汁过滤出，而后将药汁放入蒸馏锅内蒸发浓缩，除去药汁中80~90%的水分制得药膏；所述中药包括艾叶20g、藏红花3g、独一味10g、红景天10g、雪莲花10g、硫磺10g、乳香15g、没药15g、桂枝10g、杜仲10g、细辛3g、川穹10g、独活10g、制川10g、制草乌10g、白芷10g、羌活10g、鸡血藤30g、秦艽10g、桃仁10g、红花10g；
步骤2：配药，往铁锅中倒入适量的香油并进行升温，将步骤1中的制得的药膏倒入香油中炸制5~10分钟，自然冷却后在香油中浸泡2~3天；
步骤3：配制基质，将天然玉石微粉、托玛琳微粉、远红外陶瓷微粉、草本浸膏、泥膏固形物质、蜂蜡、医用凡士林、草本油倒入铜锅中熬制1-2小时，其中天然玉石微粉占比10-15%、托玛琳微粉占比3-5%、远红外陶瓷微粉占比5-10%、草本浸膏占比15-25%、泥膏固形物质占比15-25%、蜂蜡占比20-30%、医用凡士林占比10-20%、草本油占比3-5%；
步骤4：膏药熬制，将步骤2中所配置的药膏混合步骤3中所配制的基质混合后倒入铁锅中熬制1~1.5小时，冷却后即为所需膏药。
基于上述，步骤1中将药汁倒出后，再次加入适量水，大火将水烧开，而后文火蒸煮1~1.5小时，将再次制得的药汁放入蒸馏锅内蒸发浓缩，制取药膏。

实施例
本发明提供一种调理颈肩不适膏药的制备工艺，其包括以下步骤：
步骤1：浸膏，将30份膏药需要的中药倒入铁锅内，加入适量水浸泡1~2小时后，大火将水烧开，而后文火蒸煮1~1.5小时，接着将熬制的药汁过滤出，而后将药汁放入蒸馏锅内蒸发浓缩，除去药汁中80~90%的水分制得药膏；所述中药包括艾叶20g、藏红花3g、独一味10g、红景天10g、雪莲花10g、硫磺10g、乳香15g、没药15g、桂枝10g、杜仲10g、细辛3g、川穹10g、独活10g、制川10g、制草乌10g、白芷10g、羌活10g、鸡血藤30g、秦艽10g、桃仁10g、红花10g；
步骤2：配药，往铁锅中倒入适量的香油并进行升温，将步骤1中的制得的药膏倒入香油中炸制5~10分钟，自然冷却后在香油中浸泡2~3天；
步骤3：配制基质，将天然玉石微粉、托玛琳微粉、远红外陶瓷微粉、草本浸膏、泥膏固形物质、蜂蜡、医用凡士林、草本油倒入铜锅中熬制1-2小时，其中天然玉石微粉占比10-15%、托玛琳微粉占比3-5%、远红外陶瓷微粉占比5-10%、草本浸膏占比15-25%、泥膏固形物质占比15-25%、蜂蜡占比20-30%、医用凡士林占比10-20%、草本油占比3-5%；
步骤4：膏药熬制，将步骤2中所配置的药膏混合步骤3中所配制的基质混合后倒入铁锅中熬制1~1.5小时，冷却后即为所需膏药。
基于上述，步骤1中将药汁倒出后，再次加入适量水，大火将水烧开，而后文火蒸煮1~1.5小时，将再次制得的药汁放入蒸馏锅内蒸发浓缩，制取药膏。
基于上述，步骤3中的泥膏固形物质包括蜂蜡、黄蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、凡士林、火山灰质、松香。
本发明具有配伍科学，活血化瘀，消肿止痛快的作用，并且无毒副作用，因而，具有很好的推广使用价值。
经临床验证，本发明对颈椎病、肩周炎引起的并发症具有良好的治疗作用，使用本膏药1-2个月，颈椎病引起的85%以上的症状消失，肩周炎引起的90%以上的症状消失。
另外，使用本发明提供的膏药在对患者进行治疗的过程中发现，用药部位的神经得到了明显的修复和强化，故而本发明还具有调节神经的作用。
最后应当说明的是：以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其限制；尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明，所属领域的普通技术人员应当理解：依然可以对本发明的具体实施方式进行修改或者对部分技术特征进行等同替换；而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神，其均应涵盖在本发明请求保护的技术方案范围当中。

Claims (3)

1.一种调理颈肩不适膏药的制备工艺，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
步骤1：浸膏，将30份膏药需要的中药倒入铁锅内，加入适量水浸泡1~2小时后，大火将水烧开，而后文火蒸煮1~1.5小时，接着将熬制的药汁过滤出，而后将药汁放入蒸馏锅内蒸发浓缩，除去药汁中80~90%的水分制得药膏；所述中药包括艾叶20g、藏红花3g、独一味10g、红景天10g、雪莲花10g、硫磺10g、乳香15g、没药15g、桂枝10g、杜仲10g、细辛3g、川穹10g、独活10g、制川10g、制草乌10g、白芷10g、羌活10g、鸡血藤30g、秦艽10g、桃仁10g、红花10g；
步骤2：配药，往铁锅中倒入适量的香油并进行升温，将步骤1中的制得的药膏倒入香油中炸制5~10分钟，自然冷却后在香油中浸泡2~3天；
步骤3：配制基质，将天然玉石微粉、托玛琳微粉、远红外陶瓷微粉、草本浸膏、泥膏固形物质、蜂蜡、医用凡士林、草本油倒入铜锅中熬制1-2小时，其中天然玉石微粉占比10-15%、托玛琳微粉占比3-5%、远红外陶瓷微粉占比5-10%、草本浸膏占比15-25%、泥膏固形物质占比15-25%、蜂蜡占比20-30%、医用凡士林占比10-20%、草本油占比3-5%；
步骤4：膏药熬制，将步骤2中所配置的药膏混合步骤3中所配制的基质混合后倒入铁锅中熬制1~1.5小时，冷却后即为所需膏药。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调理颈肩不适膏药的制备工艺，其特征在于：步骤1中将药汁倒出后，再次加入适量水，大火将水烧开，而后文火蒸煮1~1.5小时，将再次制得的药汁放入蒸馏锅内蒸发浓缩，制取药膏。
3.根据权利要求1所述的调理颈肩不适膏药的制备工艺，其特征在于：步骤3中的泥膏固形物质包括蜂蜡、黄蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、凡士林、火山灰质、松香。
