Abstract
本发明公开了一种碳酸面膜及其制备方法,碳酸面膜由成分A和成分B按质量比1:1混合而成;成分A包括卡波姆、乳酸钠、蜂蜜、小苏打、三乙醇胺、积雪草提取物、北美金镂梅提取物、甘草酸二钾等;成分B由水相和油相混合制成,水相包括产碱杆菌多糖类、透明质酸钠、乳酸钠、蜂蜜、泛醇、积雪草提取物、北美金镂梅提取物、甘草酸二钾、柠檬酸钠、乳酸等,油相包括月桂基PEG‑8聚二甲基硅氧烷、角鲨烷、牛油果树果脂等。本发明所得面膜能够保证充分的碳酸分子进入肌肤,促进肌肤新陈代谢,提高血液循环,有效改善肤色暗沉、祛除色斑和痘印,并能实现面膜美白抗菌、滋润修复受损肌肤、舒缓肌肤敏感、增加肌肤弹性、改善皮肤松弛的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及面膜技术领域,特别是涉及一种碳酸面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
碳酸面膜是一种新型面膜,与普通水剂面膜不同的是,碳酸面膜不需要无纺布作为载体,这样避免了无纺布对皮肤的刺激。碳酸面膜反应生成的二氧化碳气体,停留在皮肤表面,提高了角质层细胞的二氧化碳含量。由于浓度差,血红细胞将运输更多的氧气至表皮细胞。这样不仅促进了皮肤的血液循环,还增加了表皮细胞的氧气含量,提高了表皮细胞的细胞活性,对肌肤是一种由内向外的改善。然而,目前市面上的碳酸面膜大多是使用碳酸氢钠与柠檬酸反应发泡,在混合后生成二氧化碳气体,在水相基质形成泡沫,但一般情况下泡沫容易破,向空气挥散,使面膜中二氧化碳有效浓度下降,降低美容效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种碳酸面膜及其制备方法,所得面膜能够保证充分的碳酸分子进入肌肤,促进肌肤新陈代谢,提高血液循环,有效改善肤色暗沉、祛除色斑和痘印,并能实现面膜美白抗菌、滋润修复受损肌肤、舒缓肌肤敏感、增加肌肤弹性、改善皮肤松弛的功效。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种碳酸面膜,所述碳酸面膜由成分A和成分B按质量比1:1混合而成;
以成分A质量100%计,所述成分A包括2~2.2%的卡波姆、2~2.5%的乳酸钠、2~2.5%的蜂蜜、4~6%的小苏打、5~6%的三乙醇胺、8~10%的积雪草提取物、5~8%的北美金镂梅提取物、0.5~1%的甘草酸二钾、0.4~0.6%的辛酰羟肟酸,余量为去离子水;
所述成分B由水相和油相按质量比4.46~7:1混合制成,以成分B质量100%计,所述水相包括0.3~0.35%的产碱杆菌多糖类、0.05~0.08%的透明质酸钠、2~2.5%的乳酸钠、2~2.5%的蜂蜜、0.5~1%的泛醇、8~10%的积雪草提取物、5~8%的北美金镂梅提取物、0.5~1%的甘草酸二钾、6~9%的柠檬酸钠、6~8%的乳酸、0.4~0.6%的辛酰羟肟酸、38.67~56.75%的去离子水,所述油相包括0.4~1%的月桂基PEG-8聚二甲基硅氧烷、3~4%的角鲨烷、1~2%的亚麻籽油、2~3%的辛酸/葵酸甘油三酯、0.5~0.8%的鲸蜡醇、2.5~2.7%的甘油硬脂酸酯、0.2~0.3%的PEG-75硬脂酸酯、0.2~0.25%的鲸蜡醇聚醚-20、0.2~0.25%的硬脂醇聚醚-20、1.5~2%的肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯、1~2%的牛油果树果脂。

所述成分B由水相和油相按质量比1:7混合制成,以成分B质量100%计,所述水相包括0.3%的产碱杆菌多糖类、0.05%的透明质酸钠、2%的乳酸钠、2%的蜂蜜、0.5%的泛醇、8%的积雪草提取物、5%的北美金镂梅提取物、0.5%的甘草酸二钾、6%的柠檬酸钠、6%的乳酸、0.4%的辛酰羟肟酸、56.75%的去离子水,所述油相包括0.4%的月桂基PEG-8聚二甲基硅氧烷、3%的角鲨烷、1%的亚麻籽油、2%的辛酸/葵酸甘油三酯、0.5%的鲸蜡醇、2.5%的甘油硬脂酸酯、0.2%的PEG-75硬脂酸酯、0.2%的鲸蜡醇聚醚-20、0.2%的硬脂醇聚醚-20、1.5%的肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯、1%的牛油果树果脂。
一种碳酸面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将卡波姆、乳酸钠、蜂蜜、小苏打、三乙醇胺、积雪草提取物、北美金镂梅提取物、甘草酸二钾与去离子水按比例混合,搅拌加热至85℃并在该温度下继续搅拌至物料完全溶解,搅拌速率为50转/分钟,之后降温至40℃,加入辛酰羟肟酸搅拌5分钟,再次降温至室温,得到成分A;
(2)将产碱杆菌多糖类、透明质酸钠、乳酸钠、蜂蜜、泛醇、积雪草提取物、北美金镂梅提取物、甘草酸二钾、柠檬酸钠、乳酸、去离子水按比例混合,搅拌加热至80℃并在该温度下继续搅拌至物料完全溶解,得到第一混合物,其中搅拌速率为50转/分钟;
(3)将月桂基PEG-8聚二甲基硅氧烷、角鲨烷、亚麻籽油、辛酸/葵酸甘油三酯、鲸蜡醇、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-75硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡醇聚醚-20、硬脂醇聚醚-20、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯、牛油果树果脂混合,搅拌加热至70℃并在该温度下继续搅拌至物料完全溶解,得到油相,其中搅拌速率为50转/分钟;
(4)将油相加入至第一混合物中进行搅拌乳化,乳化搅拌速度控制在4000转/分钟,乳化时间5分钟;
(5)乳化完成后,控制搅拌速度在70转/分钟并逐步降温至40℃,加入辛酰羟肟酸继续搅拌5分钟,降温至室温,得到成分B;
(6)将成分A与成分B按质量比1:1混合均匀,得到碳酸面膜。
所述产碱杆菌多糖类、透明质酸钠、乳酸钠、蜂蜜、泛醇、积雪草提取物、北美金镂梅提取物、甘草酸二钾、柠檬酸钠、乳酸、去离子和辛酰羟肟酸组成成分B的水相。
蜂蜜中含有人体所需的氨基酸、维生素、果糖等有效成分,能够起到排毒养颜、滋润白肤的作用,还能够保存肌肤的弹性。北美金镂梅提取物有舒缓、收敛、抗菌、深层清洁、对抗自由基的功效,具有消炎、镇静安抚肌肤的功能,能够缓和受刺激的皮肤,帮助肌肤再生,防止肌肤衰老。积雪草提取物主要成分积雪草苷对瘢痕成纤维细胞活力有促进作用,与磷脂物质聚合效果很好,对消除青春痘有较明显的作用,对葡萄苷醛酸酶有抑制作用,加之具有抗菌性,能很好地抑制体臭;其可用作生发产品,通过促进细胞活力促使毛发良好生长。在成分A中,乳酸钠、小苏打、甘草酸二钾属于电解质,电解质浓度的微小变化都能引起卡波姆凝胶体系粘度的变化,且电解质浓度越大,卡波姆凝胶体系粘度下降就越显著,使成分A稳定性变差。本发明中,通过成分A各组分的合理配制,控制pH在7.5-8.2,使卡波姆与三乙醇胺、积雪草提取物等形成稳定水溶性凝胶体系,凝胶体系能够吸附北美金缕梅提取物中的有效成分,提升体系稳定性,且蜂蜜的加入能够使凝胶体系形成牛顿与非牛顿流体混合体系,进一步提升成分A的稳定性,并能够在面膜使用过程中,快速释放北美金镂梅提取物、积雪草提取物、蜂蜜、产碱杆菌多糖类、透明质酸钠、牛油果树果脂等有效成分,使有效成分在肌肤停留时间长,药效持久,从而充分发挥北美金镂梅提取物、积雪草提取物、产碱杆菌多糖类、透明质酸钠、牛油果树果脂等物质的协同增效作用,实现面膜美白润肤、祛除色斑和痘印、修复受损肌肤、改善肌肤弹性的功效。另外,面膜使用时,在成分A与成分B混合生成二氧化碳的同时,成分A、成分B中的乳酸钠已与其他成分形成水化膜,能够有效减缓二氧化碳的消散,且反应生成二氧化碳的同时所生成的乳酸钠也能快速与其他成分形成水化膜,从而以两层水化膜的形式进一步减缓二氧化碳的消散,从而使二氧化碳分子有效进入肌肤。
水相与油相混合时,易发生分层、析水等现象,影响体系的稳定性,本发明中,成分B水相中的积雪草提取物、产碱杆菌多糖类、透明质酸钠、蜂蜜形成层状水凝胶物质,能够促进水相与油相的乳化混合,且当成分A与成分B混合后,该层状水凝胶物质能够稳定二氧化碳气泡,减缓二氧化碳消散,进一步改善面膜功效,另外,蜂蜜的加入也能够使水凝胶体系形成牛顿与非牛顿流体混合体,进一步提升成分B的稳定性,北美金镂梅提取物中的有效成分也易被凝胶体系吸附,提升稳定性。
本发明的有益效果是:通过成分A中的碳酸氢钠与成分B中的乳酸反应产生二氧化碳,并利用双重乳酸钠水膜(反应生成的乳酸钠形成的水膜和成分B中事先形成的乳酸钠水膜)及混合物中的凝胶体系减缓二氧化碳的消散,保证充分的碳酸分子进入肌肤,从而促进肌肤新陈代谢,提高血液循环,有效改善肤色暗沉、祛除色斑和痘印;同时通过蜂蜜的添加,分别改善成分A、成分B的稳定性,并能够有效促进北美金镂梅提取物、积雪草提取物、产碱杆菌多糖类、透明质酸钠、牛油果树果脂等有效成分的释放吸收,从而发挥各有效成分间的协同增效作用,实现面膜美白抗菌、滋润修复受损肌肤、舒缓肌肤敏感、增加肌肤弹性、改善皮肤松弛的功效,。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例1
碳酸面膜,由成分A和成分B按质量比1:1混合而成;
以成分A质量100%计,所述成分A包括2%的卡波姆、2%的乳酸钠、2%的蜂蜜、4%的小苏打、5%的三乙醇胺、8%的积雪草提取物、5%的北美金镂梅提取物、0.5%的甘草酸二钾、0.4%的辛酰羟肟酸,余量为去离子水;
所述成分B由水相和油相按质量比7:1混合制成,以成分B质量100%计,所述水相包括0.3%的产碱杆菌多糖类、0.05%的透明质酸钠、2%的乳酸钠、2%的蜂蜜、0.5%的泛醇、8%的积雪草提取物、5%的北美金镂梅提取物、0.5%的甘草酸二钾、6%的柠檬酸钠、6%的乳酸、0.4%的辛酰羟肟酸、56.75%的去离子水,所述油相包括0.4%的月桂基PEG-8聚二甲基硅氧烷、3%的角鲨烷、1%的亚麻籽油、2%的辛酸/葵酸甘油三酯、0.5%的鲸蜡醇、2.5%的甘油硬脂酸酯、0.2%的PEG-75硬脂酸酯、0.2%的鲸蜡醇聚醚-20、0.2%的硬脂醇聚醚-20、1.5%的肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯、1%的牛油果树果脂。
碳酸面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将卡波姆、乳酸钠、蜂蜜、小苏打、三乙醇胺、积雪草提取物、北美金镂梅提取物、甘草酸二钾与去离子水按上述比例混合,搅拌加热至85℃并在该温度下继续搅拌至物料完全溶解,搅拌速率为50转/分钟,之后降温至40℃,加入辛酰羟肟酸搅拌5分钟,再次降温至室温,得到成分A;
(2)将产碱杆菌多糖类、透明质酸钠、乳酸钠、蜂蜜、泛醇、积雪草提取物、北美金镂梅提取物、甘草酸二钾、柠檬酸钠、乳酸、去离子水按上述比例混合,搅拌加热至80℃并在该温度下继续搅拌至物料完全溶解,得到第一混合物,其中搅拌速率为50转/分钟;
(3)将月桂基PEG-8聚二甲基硅氧烷、角鲨烷、亚麻籽油、辛酸/葵酸甘油三酯、鲸蜡醇、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-75硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡醇聚醚-20、硬脂醇聚醚-20、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯、牛油果树果脂混合,搅拌加热至70℃并在该温度下继续搅拌至物料完全溶解,得到油相,其中搅拌速率为50转/分钟;
(4)将油相加入至第一混合物中进行搅拌乳化,乳化搅拌速度控制在4000转/分钟,乳化时间5分钟;
(5)乳化完成后,控制搅拌速度在70转/分钟并逐步降温至40℃,加入辛酰羟肟酸继续搅拌5分钟,降温至室温,得到成分B;
(6)将成分A与成分B按质量比1:1混合均匀,得到碳酸面膜。

所述成分B由水相和油相按质量比4.46:1混合制成,以成分B质量100%计,所述水相包括0.35%的产碱杆菌多糖类、0.08%的透明质酸钠、2.5%的乳酸钠、2.5%的蜂蜜、1%的泛醇、10%的积雪草提取物、8%的北美金镂梅提取物、1%的甘草酸二钾、9%的柠檬酸钠、8%的乳酸、0.6%的辛酰羟肟酸、38.67%的去离子水,所述油相包括1%的月桂基PEG-8聚二甲基硅氧烷、4%的角鲨烷、2%的亚麻籽油、3%的辛酸/葵酸甘油三酯、0.8%的鲸蜡醇、2.7%的甘油硬脂酸酯、0.3%的PEG-75硬脂酸酯、0.25%的鲸蜡醇聚醚-20、0.25%的硬脂醇聚醚-20、2%的肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯、2%的牛油果树果脂。
碳酸面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将卡波姆、乳酸钠、蜂蜜、小苏打、三乙醇胺、积雪草提取物、北美金镂梅提取物、甘草酸二钾与去离子水按上述比例混合,搅拌加热至85℃并在该温度下继续搅拌至物料完全溶解,搅拌速率为50转/分钟,之后降温至40℃,加入辛酰羟肟酸搅拌5分钟,再次降温至室温,得到成分A;
(2)将产碱杆菌多糖类、透明质酸钠、乳酸钠、蜂蜜、泛醇、积雪草提取物、北美金镂梅提取物、甘草酸二钾、柠檬酸钠、乳酸、去离子水按上述比例混合,搅拌加热至80℃并在该温度下继续搅拌至物料完全溶解,得到第一混合物,其中搅拌速率为50转/分钟;
(3)将月桂基PEG-8聚二甲基硅氧烷、角鲨烷、亚麻籽油、辛酸/葵酸甘油三酯、鲸蜡醇、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-75硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡醇聚醚-20、硬脂醇聚醚-20、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯、牛油果树果脂混合,搅拌加热至70℃并在该温度下继续搅拌至物料完全溶解,得到油相,其中搅拌速率为50转/分钟;
(4)将油相加入至第一混合物中进行搅拌乳化,乳化搅拌速度控制在4000转/分钟,乳化时间5分钟;
(5)乳化完成后,控制搅拌速度在70转/分钟并逐步降温至40℃,加入辛酰羟肟酸继续搅拌5分钟,降温至室温,得到成分B;
(6)将成分A与成分B按质量比1:1混合均匀,得到碳酸面膜。
实施例3~8
分别按照表1所示配比及实施例1的制备方法制备碳酸面膜。

对比例1
按实施例1的方法进行对比实验,不同之处在于成分A、成分B水相中不添加蜂蜜。
对比例2
按实施例1的方法进行对比实验,不同之处在于成分A中的乳酸钠改为柠檬酸钠,成分B水相中乳酸改为柠檬酸、乳酸钠改为柠檬酸钠。
对比例3
按实施例1的方法进行对比实验,不同之处在于成分A中卡波姆的含量为1.5%,除去离子水外,其他组分不变。
对比例4
按实施例1的方法进行对比实验,不同之处在于成分A中卡波姆的含量为2.8%,除去离子水外,其他组分不变。
分别对各实施例的成分A、成分B进行稳定性及抑菌性测试,结果如表1所示。

随机筛选30名志愿者,对各实施例及各对比例制备的面膜进行性能测试,试验结果如表2所示。

Claims (4)
1.一种碳酸面膜,其特征在于:所述碳酸面膜由成分A和成分B按质量比1:1混合而成;
以成分A质量100%计,所述成分A包括2~2.2%的卡波姆、2~2.5%的乳酸钠、2~2.5%的蜂蜜、4~6%的小苏打、5~6%的三乙醇胺、8~10%的积雪草提取物、5~8%的北美金镂梅提取物、0.5~1%的甘草酸二钾、0.4~0.6%的辛酰羟肟酸,余量为去离子水;
所述成分B由水相和油相按质量比4.46~7:1混合制成,以成分B质量100%计,所述水相包括0.3~0.35%的产碱杆菌多糖类、0.05~0.08%的透明质酸钠、2~2.5%的乳酸钠、2~2.5%的蜂蜜、0.5~1%的泛醇、8~10%的积雪草提取物、5~8%的北美金镂梅提取物、0.5~1%的甘草酸二钾、6~9%的柠檬酸钠、6~8%的乳酸、0.4~0.6%的辛酰羟肟酸、38.67~56.75%的去离子水,所述油相包括0.4~1%的月桂基PEG-8聚二甲基硅氧烷、3~4%的角鲨烷、1~2%的亚麻籽油、2~3%的辛酸/葵酸甘油三酯、0.5~0.8%的鲸蜡醇、2.5~2.7%的甘油硬脂酸酯、0.2~0.3%的PEG-75硬脂酸酯、0.2~0.25%的鲸蜡醇聚醚-20、0.2~0.25%的硬脂醇聚醚-20、1.5~2%的肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯、1~2%的牛油果树果脂。
2.如权利要求1所述一种碳酸面膜,其特征在于:以成分A质量100%计,所述成分A包括2%的卡波姆、2%的乳酸钠、2%的蜂蜜、4%的小苏打、5%的三乙醇胺、8%的积雪草提取物、5%的北美金镂梅提取物、0.5%的甘草酸二钾、0.4%的辛酰羟肟酸,余量为去离子水;
所述成分B由水相和油相按质量比1:7混合制成,以成分B质量100%计,所述水相包括0.3%的产碱杆菌多糖类、0.05%的透明质酸钠、2%的乳酸钠、2%的蜂蜜、0.5%的泛醇、8%的积雪草提取物、5%的北美金镂梅提取物、0.5%的甘草酸二钾、6%的柠檬酸钠、6%的乳酸、0.4%的辛酰羟肟酸、56.75%的去离子水,所述油相包括0.4%的月桂基PEG-8聚二甲基硅氧烷、3%的角鲨烷、1%的亚麻籽油、2%的辛酸/葵酸甘油三酯、0.5%的鲸蜡醇、2.5%的甘油硬脂酸酯、0.2%的PEG-75硬脂酸酯、0.2%的鲸蜡醇聚醚-20、0.2%的硬脂醇聚醚-20、1.5%的肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯、1%的牛油果树果脂。
3.一种如权利要求1-2中任意一项所述碳酸面膜的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将卡波姆、乳酸钠、蜂蜜、小苏打、三乙醇胺、积雪草提取物、北美金镂梅提取物、甘草酸二钾与去离子水按比例混合,搅拌加热至85℃并在该温度下继续搅拌至物料完全溶解,搅拌速率为50转/分钟,之后降温至40℃,加入辛酰羟肟酸搅拌5分钟,再次降温至室温,得到成分A;
(2)将产碱杆菌多糖类、透明质酸钠、乳酸钠、蜂蜜、泛醇、积雪草提取物、北美金镂梅提取物、甘草酸二钾、柠檬酸钠、乳酸、去离子水按比例混合,搅拌加热至80℃并在该温度下继续搅拌至物料完全溶解,得到第一混合物,其中搅拌速率为50转/分钟;
(3)将月桂基PEG-8聚二甲基硅氧烷、角鲨烷、亚麻籽油、辛酸/葵酸甘油三酯、鲸蜡醇、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-75硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡醇聚醚-20、硬脂醇聚醚-20、肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯、牛油果树果脂混合,搅拌加热至70℃并在该温度下继续搅拌至物料完全溶解,得到油相,其中搅拌速率为50转/分钟;
(4)将油相加入至第一混合物中进行搅拌乳化,乳化搅拌速度控制在4000转/分钟,乳化时间5分钟;
(5)乳化完成后,控制搅拌速度在70转/分钟并逐步降温至40℃,加入辛酰羟肟酸继续搅拌5分钟,降温至室温,得到成分B;
(6)将成分A与成分B按质量比1:1混合均匀,得到碳酸面膜。
4.如权利要求3所述一种碳酸面膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述产碱杆菌多糖类、透明质酸钠、乳酸钠、蜂蜜、泛醇、积雪草提取物、北美金镂梅提取物、甘草酸二钾、柠檬酸钠、乳酸、去离子和辛酰羟肟酸组成成分B的水相。
