Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical equipment and instruments, in particular to an air cushion bed capable of turning over automatically.
Background
The traditional bed board of the sickbed is made of hard wood boards or PVC materials, pressure injury is easily caused to long-term bedridden patients, and the turning over work is mainly completed by nursing staff.
A medical air cushion bed, also called as a pressure injury prevention mattress, is a mattress for preventing pressure injury of people lying in bed for a long time. The air cushion bed can effectively reduce the occurrence probability of pressure injury. The main reasons for the pressure injury are the continuous pressure on the skin on the body surface, which causes the ischemia and anoxia of the tissue, and the necrosis and ulceration of the skin tissue. The air cushion bed can disperse the skin pressure of the long-term bedridden people, reduce the local pressure and prevent the cells from necrosis. Can also keep skin dry, relieve sweat impregnation, and prevent local skin infiltration injury to prevent pressure injury. The traditional medical air cushion bed can prolong the turning-over time of the patient, but cannot completely replace the turning-over function, and the turning-over work of the patient mainly depends on 2 to 3 nursing staff for cooperative supporting. The traditional turnover not only increases the working pressure of nursing staff, but also brings uncomfortable experience to patients.
At the same time, patients are also at risk of developing limb thrombosis.
